Each communication preps the client for their responsibility, what to expect, and whats next. The studio is within a beautiful and private locked (for safety) facility that requires notification to enter. It is located in a large corner mini shopping area with plenty of parking. Upon arrival , the client sends a text to gain entry. Kay comes to the door and brings you to her quaint private, very clean, bright and nicely decorated studio. After meet and greet introduction Kay goes over the process of how she will spend more time mapping and measuring to perfection before actual procedure. Her time guesstimation is pretty accurate. It was during this phase that it was evident to me that she is a very passionate perfectionist which awards her the title of "The Eyebrow Queen". Kay is very caring and compassionate always checking in to make sure you are comfortable and doing fine as well as explaining everything she does while doing it. I've been getting the Stretch Mark Camouflage (ISR) from Kay for various parts of my body and I am…read moreso happy with the results! My stretch marks are about 15 years old and nothing has helped improve them except ISR. Some of my deeper stretchmarks have becomes significantly less visible and some of the shallower/lighter ones have almost disseapered after 2-3 sessions. I was not expecting much after the first session but the results on my abdomin really surprised me. It's a process for sure but it's been worth it for me and I am really happy with the results and with Kay!
