For years, I struggled with constant exhaustion, body aches, brain fog, mood swings, and a lack of motivation. As I entered perimenopause, my symptoms became even more difficult to manage. No matter how much I slept, it never felt like enough. I wanted to sleep during the day and throughout the night, and I no longer felt like myself. It affected every part of my life, including my relationships with my husband, children, family, friends, and clients. After trying different options without getting the relief I desperately needed, I decided to meet with Nina and learn about BioTE® hormone pellet therapy. I was nervous at first and had many questions and concerns, but Nina and her staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was that they began with comprehensive laboratory testing to determine what my body was lacking. My treatment was then customized according to my individual results and needs. Nina was honest and explained that I needed to be patient because it could take a few weeks before I noticed a difference. For me, it took approximately two and a half weeks, but once the treatment began working, I felt like my old self again! I had energy. I could go to sleep around 10:00 p.m., wake up early feeling alert and refreshed, exercise without feeling unbearably sore, work productively, and feel ready to conquer the day. I finally felt present again for my family, friends, and clients. After feeling as though I had lost myself for so long, this treatment truly felt like it gave me my life back. Several weeks after my pellet insertion, Bella Sol Med Spa repeated my laboratory testing so we could compare my levels before and after treatment. Seeing the significant improvement in my results confirmed the positive changes I was already feeling. This has honestly been one of the best investments I have ever made in my health. While this treatment may not be covered by insurance, I have learned that sometimes we must explore additional options and prioritize our well-being. We often spend money on handbags, manicures, pedicures, and other luxuries, but feeling healthy, energized, and like yourself again is priceless. The Louis Vuitton bag can wait; your health should not! Of course, every person's health and results are different, but if you are a woman or man struggling with exhaustion, brain fog, low energy, mood changes, or symptoms related to hormonal changes, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with Nina to learn whether this treatment may be appropriate for you. Thank you, Nina, and thank you to the entire Bella Sol Med Spa staff for your kindness, patience, and support. I was scared, frustrated, and full of questions in the beginning, but you encouraged me to trust the process and give my body time, and you were right. I feel wonderful, productive, energetic, and hopeful again. I am excited to continue this journey with Bella Sol Med Spa and cannot recommend Nina and her team highly enough!

I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication from this business. I spent a significant…read moreamount of time doing research on their laser procedures and found a specific treatment that I felt confident moving forward with. I visited their website and completely filled out their "Schedule Your Consultation" form back on July 15th. It has now been 20 days, and I have still not received a single phone call, email, or message to schedule my appointment. I firmly believe that the way a business does anything is how they do everything. If a medical spa cannot manage to follow up with a prospective new client trying to book a procedure, it raises a massive red flag. It makes me seriously question what would happen if I actually went through with a treatment here, had an urgent post-procedure question or complication, and suddenly couldn't get a hold of anyone for answers. Communication is everything when it comes to aesthetic procedures, and failing at the very first step is not a good sign.
