When I say she is AMAZING! I mean she is AMAZING. 1. I showed up with all of my 3 gremlins since it was last minute she was so sweet about it 2. She took her time to listen to my likes wants and fears 3. She examined my brows was honest with me about what would or wouldn't work 4. They were perfection and she took her time to make sure of it. There are 20 minute parking spots across from brow and beauty threading, just enough time for a walk-in appointment today. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result. It is so convenient to be able to be in and out of there within 15 minutes, as a walk-in client! Highly recommended!!!

If you're worried about super dark/sharpie-like results while the tattoo heals, I did not have that experience at all! It remained natural throughout the healing process. I was already satisfied with the results on Day 1 and feel like they healed very nicely without losing much pigment. I also really liked that she had a complimentary touch up within two months which addressed some fading at the ends. Overall, my brows are much fuller and more symmetrical while still looking really natural. I will be back if I need any touch ups in the future!
