She helped fixed it but it was still irritating once again when I walked out. There was even a deal for first time clients, which was $10 cheaper but she still charged me full price for a new full set. Then I went to a different lash tech to get them removed because it was consistently irritating and she had told me that there was an eye infection forming. The total was around $148 before tip, including $69 for the brows. In hindsight, I would have skipped the brow service. Overall, 2/5 stars. My technician was kind and did her best to make me comfortable, and I did like the lash lift result. Unfortunately, the discomfort and brow results made the overall experience not the best to say the least.
