I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want someone who's extremely unprofessional and doesn't understand fluent English. First the lady inside made us wait 5 minutes because someone was getting their eyebrows threaded. A few minutes passed, and another customer had come in wanting threading. She made us wait another 5 minutes without even paying us any mind just because waxing was another action, and the threading would be quicker for her. She brings me in the back, on the laying table that has a used sheet on it. Doesn't even change it for sanitary reasons and you could even feel the old wax on the side of the bed. I didn't pay any mind to this during because I thought it would just be a QUICK waxing. I was wrong. She spreads the wax and decides to prematurely rip the paper off for BOTH ARMPITS. Both times NO hair came out so she had to repeat the pressing and ripping of my skin. I'd say she pulled the paper off me about 20 times. I complained and said she wasn't doing it correctly and was irritating my skin. She said it was because I had longer hair? Not sure what she was going at because other spots I've been to have NEVER messed me up like this. She didn't even clean off all the wax. I wasn't going to pay for this type of service and she had the audacity to say "oh so why you come here then if you no pay?" Maybe if you understood how to properly wax and to keep hygienic conditions up to par with COVID regulations, then I'd recommend you to someone who's possibly desperate for a waxing. Other than that, do not come here ever. You have been warned

Srijana has been doing my eyebrows for over 2 years now and has killed them every time! No complaints. If you struggle with finding an eyebrow shape / finding a good artist, communicate what you would like and show reference photos as well.

My daughter had gone to get her eyebrows "cleaned up" this afternoon, however, not only was the (eyebrow) lady rude but she could not thread without causing cuts. When my daughter was given the mirror, she noticed a small chunk of eyebrow missing. Appalled, she brought it to her attention. Manisha had the audacity to say, "I did not do that. That was already there. " Manisha DID do it! My daughter will NEVER return nor will any other members of my family and you can be sure that I will tell everyone of our awful unprofessional experience. I only gave one star because you have to; otherwise, I would've put none.

I do not know what happened to this place. I came here before the holidays to get my brows threaded and they were great. But I went today to get them done and I walked out so unsatisfied. I have beautiful, thick eyebrows and she completely ruined them. She made them super thin and and uneven. In addition, when she trimmed at the end of my service, I don't know what she was thinking but she cut them crooked. The inner most part is thicker than the outermost part by alot. It looks as if I'm missing a patch on both brows. Her work is so messy. I have taken a lot of time and effort to get my eyebrows where they are and she's completely ruined them. It sucks so much I left crying frustrated!DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the money, time and heart break. Find a different threading spot.

i'm fuckin SHOOK. came here because my boyfriend wanted to get his eyebrows waxed and this looked like a reliable place. when we walked in, there were two girls and they made us check in at the ipad which is understandable but the store was literally empty and they didn't even greet us. he got his eyebrows waxed by the older lady (manisha??) and she was really nice and they laughed throughout the process which is good i guess lol the eyebrows looked pretty good- he has pretty bushy eyebrows so they're not hard to clean up when we left the salon, there was A HUGE ASS MF BURN ON HIS EYE. we didn't know if it was a burn bc it didn't hurt or just wax residue so we waited but H O LY F U C K it's not even a small burn it's huge!! looking back at the videos i took to make fun of him lol i found this video of where she literally burned him and dismissed it. in this video she rips off the wax, looks at it for awhile FULLY AWARE that she burned him, and continued as if it doesn't happen. what's crazy is that she had the nerve to continue and charge him full price without any mention of it and we didn't notice until we left. reading the reviews now, i realized i should've done that before walking in but i thought this place looked really legit and it couldn't be hard to clean up my bf's brows bc they're already thick and shaped but wow she fucked that up lmao. if i could give 0 stars i would i can't add videos so i was so mad i made a link to it lmao: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18XjUjLfZYYirJZp5pJorH1z-Oqt3scva/view?usp=drivesdk

Great service and great results. I've been doing my eyebrows here for about 10 years now. I went to another place near my work because it was more convenient but their bad service brought me back to Nirvana. Almas is AMAZING. Not only is she great at threading but she remembers her customers. Never leaving. :)

I like these ladies that work here but I know I can go to a place that does threading at a cheaper price than $9. They listen to how I want my eyebrows done, and my husband ALWAYS compliments me after I get them done. His compliments are the reason why I go back! They really do a clean job, I don't go for other services other than my eyebrows. They do clean the hairs abover my eyebrows as well..Ewwww, I know I have a hairy forehead! Thanks Ladies! P.S. Brought my tween here to get threaded for the first time. She was scared shitless, mostly due to the unknown. Our lady was so warm and friendly, it totally made her less antsy about the whole thing. They did a fantastic job although missed a few spots. read more

Went there Sunday 7/19 for henna tattoo. Showed my picture of snowflake to the girl and also the size and location I want it to be. It came out nothing like what was discussed. It was 8 times bigger and also included stuff I specifically said I don't want. The worst part is, it took less than 5 minutes and looks like a kid's drawing! For real. I don't think the artwork in their book will come out anywhere close to what you expected. I left before it dried up (the girl was talking on her personal phone after she was done doodling and did not pay any attention to my status) I couldn't wait and started to take it off once I stepped out of the store. Will NOT ever set my foot in this store again. read more

Go-to eyebrow threading place. They all have great artists who are willing to work with you and make sure you are satisfied! Manisha is personally my favorite artist, but I trust all of them to do a great job with my brows! Cute place. Relaxed ambience. Good location. My experience here was exceptional. Fromt he moment i walked in, Denise greeted me and informed me to wait a few minutes (she was attending another client). The waiting area is great with comfortable couches and a variety of magazines, i certainly would not mind waiting a while longer! :) As Denise prceeded to thread my eyebrows, i immediately let her know i only wanted a cleanup and did not want them thin. (99% of the time i end up with thin, uneven, irritated eyebrows). She sure knows how to listen, because my eyebrows ended up better than what i expected! :D I hardly felt any pain and irritation was minimal. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend. read more

Only come here if you want your thick eyebrows to be cut off and become super thin!!! Grew them out for a month, went in for just a clean up, and BAM they were all cut off. I used to love coming here but I will have to find a new eyebrow place in the city. The only plus is that it is a beautiful and clean place. read more

This place is horrible. The brow tech didn't speak any words to me besides telling me to pull my forehead taut. She completely trashed my eyebrows and didn't even trim them. I had to go home and trim them correctly, and they still look like crap. The second problem I had was that she started threading my upper lip without even asking me , and I figured ok, maybe it's a bonus ! (Looking back that sounds silly) but she ended up charging me more for something I didn't even ask for ! Never coming back. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR BROWS read more

Great place for eyebrows. They always make sure you leave satisfied. They have great workers and make everything quick. I love how they add aloe or witch hazel to the end of your treatments. I recommend this place to anybody who is in the area of chino hills read more

The shop is nice and the service is great. I haven't had to wait long most visits even though they rarely have more than one person staffing the place. I come early on weekdays though. They seem to have some sort of loyalty program - you sign in at a tablet when you enter. I'm not sure what discount or extra you get for your repeat visits because I don't go often enough. Brow threading goes for $10 but if you yelp review, I think they give you a discount. Didn't get a chance to earn that one on my last trip either :-( read more

I honestly loved this place with my usual. Person . Today I went in but she wasn't there so I decided to try it out anyways . I went for a clean up on my eyebrows and thread on my lip . I got sumcet . She changed my shape which I'm really upset . Because I loved it how it was before . And I got small cuts on my lip from the thread . I learned my lesson , not going to anyone else than my lady I go to . read more

This is my favorite place to get my eyebrows threaded, they have very good threading ladies. I have never been dissatisfied with any of their jobs. All though, I am not very happy with the "coupons" they send me. Every time (multiple times) I have tried to use a "coupon" for two dollars off they say I can't because I got the "combo" for brows+lips. && supposedly it is already at a discounted price. So the only way I can use he coupon is if I do only one service which I can't completely get around understanding this, because if I only get on job done it's still less profit for them anyway. They have there Mon-Wed special for 13$ on the brows and lip combo and I went today Thursday they have the combo at 15$ I tried using the coupon and she said I could not, but what would be the issue if you already charge only 13$ Mon-Wed and this was a supposed coupon for 2$ off. I did not argue with anyone I paid what she charged but I am writing this honest review. read more

I been growing out my eyebrows for a while now almost 10 months already ! Cause one lady I went to do my eyebrows with left them so THIN !!! so I let them grow out, so i FINALLY thought it was time to get them down but was to SCARED to do them !! So i did lots of research on places before getting them down & this one had the most reviews and stars. Do not come here unless you want very thin or uneven jacked up eye brows. The last 3 times I have come here have been terrible. I am so annoyed with myself for giving them chance after chance. (i dont have time to look and its close to my house) Recently one threaded them so thin there was nothing I could do about it and still to this day my eye brows are ruined. The thin eye brow session was about 2 months ago. I have been trying to grow out my eye brows since they ruined them and my shape has never been the same! omg i am so pist amd im never coming back to this DUMP!!! today is my last time stepping foot in here. I am so annoyed, who wants to walk around with fugly ass eyebrows??? They look like I tweezed them myself in the dark. read more

Best place in town to get threaded hands down! The staff was very polite and had great customer service. Denise was great and she explained to me what she was gonna do before she did it, and then asked me if there were any more hairs I wanted out just to tell her. Very quick and precise. A very beautiful threading salon. Aside from the location, and the decor, the service is great as well. Worst place ever. My teen age daughter got a henna tattoo. After one hour you couldn't even see it. Took advantage of a child. I have seen henna applied on numerous occasions and this was not applied properly or something else was applied that literally was invisible after one hour. Don't go here and don't let your teens either unless you want them to be taken advantage of. read more

I did give her a bit of a challenge since I wanted thinner brows, but she suggested starting by taking a little off just in case I didn't like them and I'm glad I listened. The appointment took about an hour and was super relaxing. She carefully mapped my brows to a shape that suited my face, and we also did a tint, which I absolutely loved. In the end, my brows turned out really good! For me these are considered thick, but she did an incredible job, and I ended up really liking them. I definitely plan on coming back in about a month maybe going just a tad thinner next time. So if you're thinking about booking with her do it!

Nirvana Threading is okay overall, but my experience was pretty average. The salon is clean and the staff is polite, which I appreciated. The prices are reasonable, and the wait time wasn't too long, even without an appointment. The threading itself was fine, but not the most precise I've had. My brows looked decent, but the shaping wasn't as clean or detailed as I'm used to. It wasn't bad--just not as sharp or consistent as I expected. There was also a bit more redness afterward than usual. It's a decent spot if you need something quick and affordable, but the quality could be a bit more consistent. I might return in a pinch, but it didn't stand out enough to be a go-to place for me. read more

From my daughter- I've been going to this same place for my eyebrows and upper lip for years because the service is top tier! My eyebrows are always so beautiful and the eyebrow technician is just amazing. She is the most beautiful soul I have ever met and we always have the best conversations every time I go in. I always look forward to seeing her. I started going here since high school and the service and special bond I've made makes me want to never leave.
