I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want someone who's extremely unprofessional and doesn't understand fluent English. First the lady inside made us wait 5 minutes because someone was getting their eyebrows threaded. A few minutes passed, and another customer had come in wanting threading. She made us wait another 5 minutes without even paying us any mind just because waxing was another action, and the threading would be quicker for her. She brings me in the back, on the laying table that has a used sheet on it. Doesn't even change it for sanitary reasons and you could even feel the old wax on the side of the bed. I didn't pay any mind to this during because I thought it would just be a QUICK waxing. I was wrong. She spreads the wax and decides to prematurely rip the paper off for BOTH ARMPITS. Both times NO hair came out so she had to repeat the pressing and ripping of my skin. I'd say she pulled the paper off me about 20 times. I complained and said she wasn't doing it correctly and was irritating my skin. She said it was because I had longer hair? Not sure what she was going at because other spots I've been to have NEVER messed me up like this. She didn't even clean off all the wax. I wasn't going to pay for this type of service and she had the audacity to say "oh so why you come here then if you no pay?" Maybe if you understood how to properly wax and to keep hygienic conditions up to par with COVID regulations, then I'd recommend you to someone who's possibly desperate for a waxing. Other than that, do not come here ever. You have been warned

Srijana has been doing my eyebrows for over 2 years now and has killed them every time! No complaints. If you struggle with finding an eyebrow shape / finding a good artist, communicate what you would like and show reference photos as well.

My daughter had gone to get her eyebrows "cleaned up" this afternoon, however, not only was the (eyebrow) lady rude but she could not thread without causing cuts. When my daughter was given the mirror, she noticed a small chunk of eyebrow missing. Appalled, she brought it to her attention. Manisha had the audacity to say, "I did not do that. That was already there. " Manisha DID do it! My daughter will NEVER return nor will any other members of my family and you can be sure that I will tell everyone of our awful unprofessional experience. I only gave one star because you have to; otherwise, I would've put none.

I do not know what happened to this place. I came here before the holidays to get my brows threaded and they were great. But I went today to get them done and I walked out so unsatisfied. I have beautiful, thick eyebrows and she completely ruined them. She made them super thin and and uneven. In addition, when she trimmed at the end of my service, I don't know what she was thinking but she cut them crooked. The inner most part is thicker than the outermost part by alot. It looks as if I'm missing a patch on both brows. Her work is so messy. I have taken a lot of time and effort to get my eyebrows where they are and she's completely ruined them. It sucks so much I left crying frustrated!DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the money, time and heart break. Find a different threading spot.

i'm fuckin SHOOK. came here because my boyfriend wanted to get his eyebrows waxed and this looked like a reliable place. when we walked in, there were two girls and they made us check in at the ipad which is understandable but the store was literally empty and they didn't even greet us. he got his eyebrows waxed by the older lady (manisha??) and she was really nice and they laughed throughout the process which is good i guess lol the eyebrows looked pretty good- he has pretty bushy eyebrows so they're not hard to clean up when we left the salon, there was A HUGE ASS MF BURN ON HIS EYE. we didn't know if it was a burn bc it didn't hurt or just wax residue so we waited but H O LY F U C K it's not even a small burn it's huge!! looking back at the videos i took to make fun of him lol i found this video of where she literally burned him and dismissed it. in this video she rips off the wax, looks at it for awhile FULLY AWARE that she burned him, and continued as if it doesn't happen. what's crazy is that she had the nerve to continue and charge him full price without any mention of it and we didn't notice until we left. reading the reviews now, i realized i should've done that before walking in but i thought this place looked really legit and it couldn't be hard to clean up my bf's brows bc they're already thick and shaped but wow she fucked that up lmao. if i could give 0 stars i would i can't add videos so i was so mad i made a link to it lmao: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18XjUjLfZYYirJZp5pJorH1z-Oqt3scva/view?usp=drivesdk

Great service and great results. I've been doing my eyebrows here for about 10 years now. I went to another place near my work because it was more convenient but their bad service brought me back to Nirvana. Almas is AMAZING. Not only is she great at threading but she remembers her customers. Never leaving. :)

SOS MY EYEBROWS ARE GONE!! It was my first and last time here. The lady left one eyebrow looking like spaghetti and the other one looking good. I walked out of there looking like two different people. I do not recommend this place at all. R.I.P to my eyebrows. read more

I'm very disappointed, mad and upset. Used to be a regular here and used to recommend this place but never again! Staff is over all friendly but today I came in and was barely greeted. The lady seemed to be bothered that I came in and I should have walked right out. This morning I walked in with STRAIGHT brown and just needed a clean up but the lady MANISHA made my brows rounded and short from the front and the tail! My brows are now way to thin and not evenly proportioned to my face. I feel like a clown because of how rounded, thin and short my brows came out, never coming here again! read more

This freaking lady butchered my eyebrows, make one pencil thin and the other way thicker and has the audacity to tell me that she just cleaned up the shape, BULL F-ing SH!T!!!! I wanted to like this place b/c it is just down the street from me but after my second visit I'm done. Some of the girls there seem to know what they're doing but the two times i went, the girls that worked on me seemed inexperienced. This second time, she gave me "burns" or "cuts". I don't know the technical term but what I do know is now i have angry little scabs on my eyebrows. This didn't happen the first time i went there so i know it shouldn't have happened at all. I gave it 2 stars b/c i actually had a very nice experience the first time i came in. I cant remember who worked on me but she had good customer service skills & made me feel taken care of. read more

I have been here a few times in the past and went last weekend to get a quick fix on my brows. All I can say is, there's a reason why I never made this my regular threading place. When I went last weekend my brows only needed to be a cleaned up (not reshaped) & instead were made super thin and not even even. I couldn't even get mad because what's the point? So now I have to let my brows grow out....but I'll be sure to never come back to Nirvana. Getting my brows done for cheap means nothing if they do a terrible job every time I go. Take this as a PSA for anyone who loves their brows: don't go here. read more

I've been coming here for about a year and I would always ask for Sumit, she was the best threader their! I don't know why but she's been gone the last 2 times I went. So I tried a new girl, her station is the one far back on the right side if your facing the building. She did an ok job, all I wanted was a clean up. But the last time I went she did my eyebrows again and she did a HORRIBLE JOB!! My eyebrows are all uneven now, I had nice thick shaped eyebrows and they are crooked now. I will NEVER go back to that place!! Don't waste your time or your money here, horrible job, and they are pricey. You don't get what you pay for here!!! They just lost another customer. read more

Will not be coming back here ever again. I agree with basically everyone else about the butchering of your eyebrows. Mine are pretty full & you can easily do a simple clean up on them. The first few times were good but then the girls who were there my first few times were now gone. What's left is a very rude woman who basically has no idea how to thread. One time she basically scratched my eye with her nail. I instantly started to cry & she thought it was because of the threading. Uh no, I've fallen asleep in the chair before because I've gotten so used to the pain. I told her & she laughed. She's just not a friendly person. I've gone back to Zia Threading & will never go back to this place. read more

Almas is gone now so pretty much customer satisfaction/service sucks. The new girls have a bad attitude and were doing my eyebrows like they didn't care. The only time she sounded somewhat not even decently pleasant is when I gave her my $2 tip. don't even know why I gave it to her. I been coming here since I was 15 one of the cleanest places to get your threading needs. The staff is always very kind and polite they have all the proper tools and are always very sanitary. I always love how my eyebrows come out hence why I been coming here since I was 15 I am now 20. They're never left too thin and they always form them to fit my face. I've never left unhappy and recommend to others. read more

I had the worst henna experience here. I had already been waiting because there were customers waiting before me, which I understood the wait time, because only one person was working. My cousin got her henna done before me and a few more customers came in while she was having her henna done. Next, it was my turn and I show her the picture (from their own book on hennas) of the design I wanted. She completely rushed through it, it took her 5 minutes for a $30 arm/hand piece that should've taken at least 15 minutes. It looks nothing like the design that was pictured. I am absolutely dissatisfied with my service. First time there and I will never set my foot into the facility again. I did not expect to pay $30 for a "professional" to distort a design they have in their work portfolio, when I could make a better one myself. read more

This place was a complete disappointment. The lady who did my eyebrows put no effort in and didn't care for my opinion. They were too thick and I asked for her to thin it out but she refused and said something along the lines of "no thick man beautiful". Definitely not coming back as I wasted my money for absolutely nothing. read more

I went there with 10 minutes to close and she said she clocked out and couldn't take me. It takes 5 mins to thread eyebrows. I drove across town and she didn't care. Why do you have hours that say 8:00 when you won't take people before then? Horrible customer service, do not go there! read more

Marcy did a terrible job on my eyebrows. It was as if she didn't wanna touch me and she used a RAZOR when I came to get my eyebrows threaded not shaved. One brow is way thinner than the other and there is no discernible shape. My arch is also choppy not smooth. read more

I use to get waxed but ever since i saw Denise at Nirvana Threading i will never go back to waxing! Denise is amazing! She will shape, clean, and make you brows look amazing! While I am a regular at the Nanu Threading in Santa Ana, I found out that the same people own this location which is perfect because my boyfriend lives in Chino Hills so this is a really convenient location for me to go to when I am with him! Like Nanu, the service here is spectacular. Whoever trains the threaders at both locations must be masters in the art of threading because I have never walked away less than completely happy and I am a hard person to please! The work is quick and painless and the product is amazing eyebrows. A little pricier than some other locations but its worth it. The salon is super clean and the products they use are all brand names and not generic. Also, the employees are super friendly and professional. If you have ever feared getting eyebrows threaded or have had a bad experience prevent you from trying again, stop worrying and try this place or Nanu because they are amazing! read more

I did give her a bit of a challenge since I wanted thinner brows, but she suggested starting by taking a little off just in case I didn't like them and I'm glad I listened. The appointment took about an hour and was super relaxing. She carefully mapped my brows to a shape that suited my face, and we also did a tint, which I absolutely loved. In the end, my brows turned out really good! For me these are considered thick, but she did an incredible job, and I ended up really liking them. I definitely plan on coming back in about a month maybe going just a tad thinner next time. So if you're thinking about booking with her do it!

Nirvana Threading is okay overall, but my experience was pretty average. The salon is clean and the staff is polite, which I appreciated. The prices are reasonable, and the wait time wasn't too long, even without an appointment. The threading itself was fine, but not the most precise I've had. My brows looked decent, but the shaping wasn't as clean or detailed as I'm used to. It wasn't bad--just not as sharp or consistent as I expected. There was also a bit more redness afterward than usual. It's a decent spot if you need something quick and affordable, but the quality could be a bit more consistent. I might return in a pinch, but it didn't stand out enough to be a go-to place for me. read more

From my daughter- I've been going to this same place for my eyebrows and upper lip for years because the service is top tier! My eyebrows are always so beautiful and the eyebrow technician is just amazing. She is the most beautiful soul I have ever met and we always have the best conversations every time I go in. I always look forward to seeing her. I started going here since high school and the service and special bond I've made makes me want to never leave.
