I wanted to get eyelash extensions again so I came for the grand opening to try a new place. Tiffany was my Eyelash Technician that made my eyelashes look amazing. I got full volume long mink lashes the longest I ever done and she did a beautiful job. She really took the time throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable for the 2 hours it took to get a full set of eyelash extensions. She was very careful when applying the individual lashes with the glue, removing all the eyelash tape and sealing the lashes. She also informed me on the after care to keep my lashes looking nice till the next fill in 3 weeks. I would go back to this place to get eyelash extensions in the future. It's a bit of a drive for me from Orange County then I feel its worth it if I was happy with how beautiful the full volume mink eyelashes looked. I don't know the girl's name but it's been the same girl each time I've gone. She seems to be the only one available. She does a great job, my lashes come out beautifully each time and they last for a few good weeks. She only takes about 45 minutes total. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Tiffany is amazing! I have been a regular client of hers since April, 2024.She does a great job, she is fast and will give you quality lashes. Her experience speaks for itself. I love her work, and she is very sweet and professional. She does Not cut your lashes lol. She used tweezers to remove old lashes and part them but it does sound like it which is where I see the confusion from others reviews. She is the only technician and runs the show all by herself. I booked my appointment ONLINE, after work hours (9/9/22) and I got a response confirming my booking early the next morning (9/10/22)! Great response time and professional. Went to get my lashes removed and towards the end of removal she begins to cut my lashes shorter. I was so gutted while it was happening and didn't want to believe it but once I saw the damage I said to myself I will never be back again. So sad because she does great work. With the exception a a few instances wear my eyes began to burn even though my eyes remain closed. I don't know if she cut my natural lashes shorter at the end so I would come back sooner but I will never be back. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. What a scam! I thought I made myself quite clear on the style of lashes I wanted. Then she completely changed the price, doubling it and adding on extra for features that aren't even evident in these lashes. Then once I tried explaining it was not what I wanted, she just said "this is not my fault", blaming it entirely on me. Ended up paying double of what I thought we already agreed on. I can't even say these lashes are worth the price I had to pay, they are average at best. Will never be coming back here. read more

I started coming here because I was getting my nails done about one salon down. I love the fact that it's very private a one on one you get to lay down you get to hear some very relaxing music. I love that the aesthetician cleans your Eyelashes on a daily she will clean out your old ones clean your eyes out if she sees them super dirty, not like a place where I was going where they would just plump them on every time and they started feeling grumpy and ugly but here they actually take care of your eyes and I actually feel very good about my eyelashes. They look very clean. I get a lot of compliments. I do pay a little bit more, but it's worth every penny. I love that I get to relax and I actually fall asleep every time I am here I think that sometimes that we take for granted that we need to learn to able to love ourselves a little bit more and take the time and relax as a person and enjoy the little bit of time that we have a quietness. I love that they don't have kids running around and doing your nails and get your eyelashes done at the same time. I think Eyelashes clinics only and there are no kids in here running around so I think this is a positive and I love it this way, I think my eyelash lady all the time she's so sweet and she's so wonderful and every time I get my eyelashes done I love them. read more

Zero stars for me!!!! I had gotten my lashes done everything was good up until the 3rd day they started falling out. So I called and spoke with gentleman and he said he would call me back. When he did he said I can go in the following day for a replacement of what fell out at NO CHARGE..... when I got there she charged me said he never said anything about being free so she charged me $40!!!! I initially payed $74 and to be charged again 4 days later was some bull!!!! I don't recommend nor would I to anyone. I came here for lash removal because I went somewhere else earlier in the day and for whatever reason my vision was blurry and eyes were irritated. I called and was told to come in 30 mins. I was nervous at first because I've never been here before and I know that this place was new. I believe Tiffany helped me out and I was so very grateful for her. She walked me through the process of removal and did let me know that my eye lash extensions were glued to my skin and there was a lot of glue. That's why I was having problems. Thank god she removed them because after that I was better. No more blurry vision or irritation. I will definitely give them a try for lashes next time. read more

If you want a place where a lot of your eyelashes start falling out after a few days then make sure you come here. They lie and say it is normal. But i have never had this happen to me before with eyelash extensions. An entire chunk of my right side fell out but they wanted to charge me $65 for a refill when I only needed them to fix their mistake. It has only been 6 days and i will be removing my eyelash at a different store. Do yourself a favor and find another eyelash store. I know I won't be coming back here. read more
