I needed to use the Restroom and Poojah was super patient with waiting for me while I freshened up! I appreciated how clean, tidy, and organized the Restroom was and how it was courteously stocked with plenty of toilet paper. When I walked back into the Salon Poojah did a wonderful job shaping my Eyebrows and Lip while interacting with me with a fun and spirited manner! I love how Poojah, Victoria, and the other Team Members always pour into me with playfully energizing affection and how neatly the operation is set up to maximize speed of service and comforting elegance. I was able to finish my threading visit for both my Eyebrows and Lip in around 10 minutes and Victoria was great in helping me check out swiftly and punching my stamp card to get me one step closer to my Free Threading Finish line prize!! There's a sign that says first-time customers get special pricing, but all three of us were charged the regular rate. I didn't make a big deal about it and paid what was asked, but it felt misleading to advertise a discount that apparently doesn't apply to all new customers. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes.
