I'm so disappointed to have to leave this review as initially I went to support a local business…read more The manager seemed very sweet but when I pay 150 an extra for a French tip upgrade they didn't tell me about 50 for gel And 7 for extra tip even though they did nude when I asked for color They said 'get gel it'll last for months' but did not properly seal it and it didn't even last a week! Then they force suggest an 50$ tip for work that didn't last and service that was... not good. I will not be returning which makes me so sad I really wanted to like this place I'm so disappointed it didn't even last to the event I got them done for!! I can't give one star because the manager had charm I cannot deny his attitude was good it just feels bad after to not get what you want and then to have them buckle and dime you for things that didn't last at all I'm probably going to have to go to a new place and get it correctly done so I'm paying this twice and that is why the review is so low

He went online, read my review, and took the time to reach out and address the situation. He apologized and offered to do whatever he could to make up for my daughter's experience. Him making an effort to make her feel better showed me that they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate that they didn't ignore the situation or make us feel like our concerns didn't matter. The original experience was disappointing, but the way Anthony responded afterward really changed my perspective. Mistakes and bad experiences can happen, but they made an effort to make things right.
