We don't really get our nails done, when we do we love coming here, they can get very busy but the wait is worth it. I prefer a gentle mani/pedi for high sensitivity. We had a gentleman do our nails today and he was very pleasant and we had a fun afternoon with him. Love the choices and the prices are still very low compared to other places. They keep the place very clean and have a bowl of candy for you to enjoy. The customer service is great and that is worth a lot now a days. Parking can get busy at this shopping center. read more

Wow. What a dirty nail salon. I'm NOT that picky and understand certain things... but my normal nail salon had a hour wait so I decided to try this little hidden place close to my home... hoping I found a hidden gem. Well when I walked in no one greeted me... because no one was in the shop! They had about 8 chairs no clients and only TWO people working on a Saturday. The lady finally came and met me didnt say hi said sit here and acted like I was bugging her. I explained what I wanted super easy. After having. A bad vibe I started to look around and the place is SO dirty. I'm not a clean freak but this place was so bad. I hate giving reviews like this but I'm so worried about people coming here! If it was a pedicure I would have to leave for sanitary reasons. I'm not happy with my nails (didn't tell her) because I wanted to leave ASAP. I really thought maybe a small place like this would be even better then expected but EEWWWW please refer to photos. Ugh I'm sorry for this business shouldn't be in business it's that's bad. I would have even more photos if I had my phone but when asked to wash my hands the soap dispenser was covered in dirt and mold I even took a wet paper towel to make sure it could be wiped clean. Again I hate writing bad reviews but this place shouldn't be able to operate. It's THAT bad. I promise read more

These women truly know their craft. I have been an intermittent customer at Infinity through 2 ownerships and they get better and better. I went in for a pedi, and left relaxed. I enjoyed a stone rub, callous remover and deep massage for my working womens feet! For shits and giggles I thought "why not get a brow wax?"So I did. I was consulted by mirror as to my dramatic wants and needs, which were expertly delivered. HIGHLY recommended. Clean and hygienic!! read more

Ahhhhhh worst place ever!! I came in dates: September 2, 2018 Walk in early morning, they had just open. This people don't know personal space. The lady doing my nails kept talking to her (male) co-worker from across of the room close to the cashier. She kept spitting on my face and yelling close to my ears. Then the male approaches her next to me he practically touched my arm. The lady would stop doing her work on me to show the male something on her phone and kept laughing about there conversation. Why I didn't leave? I was one of the maid of honored of my girlfriend I didn't have time to walk out and look for another nail salons, they were the Only salon open. Came here Saturday to get eyelash extensions done. The lady was extremely nice but giving what I know now I don't think she knew was she was doing when she put my lashes on. As she was putting them on my eye lids were extremely itchy. Soon after leaving my eyelashes hurt so bad! I couldn't even rub my eyes cause it felt as though my eye lashes were going to be torn out by the glue of the false lashes. The lady told me the lashes would last me about 3-4 weeks... well it's been 2 days and my lashes already have started coming off. So I began to soak them in make up remover. After doing so my eye lids are extremely red and swollen! They hurt so bad and I have barely any lashes of my own left. I'm so upset and won't be coming back. $30 down the drain! I even left her a great tip! read more

I visted this shop early Saturday morning. Little after 9:30am; two ladies were doing a mani-pedi. So they told me to sit and they got me going on the pedi. Well the older lady moved the tools onto my station. All the used tools. I complained so she reluctantly went and got new, and appeared to sanitize other. But the chatter back and forth started. So the lady finished my pedi...got mad because I asked her to cut the toenails. She finished my toes and moved on to another client who just came in. Put me at dryer for 20 more min. for my toes only. Then the 'owner " male asked oh you want manicure. I went early to get in and out.now it was after 11am. I paid pedi left. My trip to LA cancelled. read more

Honestly I'm not one to right bad reviews but this place really got under my skin.. look how horrible of a job the nails are not even straight cut.... apart to that they told me it was going to be $26 when I told her how long I wanted them which was a bit longer then this ugly size and they were trying to charge me an extra $4 I would not recommend going here. I'm literally chewing them off they're so ugly. Such a waste of money. read more

Henry is a great nail technician happy with my cat eye nails but horrible service walked in me no one greeted us. And by us I meant me and my comadre . About 15 mins later they finally asked what services we wanted . And after that u would think they would arrange to be seated to start our services because clearly there were open chairs ,after waiting like 45 mins I started getting my fill and my comadre still wait . Then a lady with her daughter show up and say they had an appointment at 3 pm and it was 316 , like no you are late , but after my comadre still waited they passed the lady and her daughter the after saint an hour and a half they tell her to sit In the pedicure chair and i was already getting polished , and Then they also denied services to 3 walk ins they close at 5 on a Sunday and it was gonna be 3 . So I guess to be seen here make sure u have an appointment , read more

I really should've listened to the reviews while I was waiting to get my nails done. I don't know how a nail shop can mess up a FILL, but OH THEY DID. Been here before to get a pedicure and LOVED the outcome. Went back and decided to get a fill. HATE THEM. not only did it take long but it took long for what? I had coffin nails when I came and walked about with basically almond. I had a broken nail in which she had to put a new one and it is HORRIBLE. really wish I just went to another nail shop. waste of 30$ read more

It's an alright place to go. Might just have to make an appointment though because it seems to get very busy. I showed up on a Friday morning thinking it wouldn't be too bad. I was wrong. 3 people there waiting. I asked how long she told me 20 minutes. I sat down to wait. An hour later I was about to leave and I think the lady saw me looking at the time and looking for my keys in my purse. She ran over and said what color do you want come over and sit here. I debated in my head to tell her no thank you and leave or stay.... So I stayed and asked for an acrylic fill. She told me it's $12 and I picked a color. She worked relatively quick on my fill and it came out fine. She did good shaping them and painting them. Afterwards my nails dried for a bit and I went to pay. She said the total is $17.... Uhhh what happened to $12? Like I didn't get anything fancy, no design, no gel coat. I hate places that charge more than what they say initially. And I'm not the type of person to make a scene and argue the price. Just won't be going back. It might sound petty because it's over a few bucks but it's the honesty piece. What if I got my feet done too and she added a few bucks on top of that also? Then I'm paying $10 extra for no reason? I don't like nail salons that do this $hit. So pass for me I won't be back. read more

I went to get my nails down last Saturday, I got a full set. The next day one nail fell off so I went to the salon to get it fixed by Monday two more nails had fallen off. I went back on Wednesday since they close on Tuesday. Anyway, the nail tech said it was my fault that they kept falling because my nails are too oily. She fixed the two nails but charged my $8. I wasn't too happy about her charging me but I paid and I even tipped her. Long story short by Friday 3 more nails had fallen off. I work at an office, so it's not like I has doing hard labor that would make the nails come off. I also didn't like how instead of apologizing she blamed it on me right away. They could really improve on the customer service because it's not good at all. I'm sorry they have just lost me, my sisters and friends as customers. read more

First time, but good experience... Acrylic nails look amazing..... pedi looks good. No wait time and below 2 hora between both services.

Place is filthy, customer service is poor and the nail tech was in a rush. She huffed my nails and burned me twice started to laugh I'm like that isn't funny it hurts. Her partner was sitting there flossing her nasty teeth with her feet up it was so disgusting flicking it off the floss with her fingers. Luckily she didn't touch me nor did she wash her hands. They try to force the gel nail on you no thanks it last longer don't care. This place needs to be shut down its dirty. Never again read more
