We don't really get our nails done, when we do we love coming here, they can get very busy but the wait is worth it. I prefer a gentle mani/pedi for high sensitivity. We had a gentleman do our nails today and he was very pleasant and we had a fun afternoon with him. Love the choices and the prices are still very low compared to other places. They keep the place very clean and have a bowl of candy for you to enjoy. The customer service is great and that is worth a lot now a days. Parking can get busy at this shopping center. read more

Wow. What a dirty nail salon. I'm NOT that picky and understand certain things... but my normal nail salon had a hour wait so I decided to try this little hidden place close to my home... hoping I found a hidden gem. Well when I walked in no one greeted me... because no one was in the shop! They had about 8 chairs no clients and only TWO people working on a Saturday. The lady finally came and met me didnt say hi said sit here and acted like I was bugging her. I explained what I wanted super easy. After having. A bad vibe I started to look around and the place is SO dirty. I'm not a clean freak but this place was so bad. I hate giving reviews like this but I'm so worried about people coming here! If it was a pedicure I would have to leave for sanitary reasons. I'm not happy with my nails (didn't tell her) because I wanted to leave ASAP. I really thought maybe a small place like this would be even better then expected but EEWWWW please refer to photos. Ugh I'm sorry for this business shouldn't be in business it's that's bad. Came here Saturday to get eyelash extensions done. The lady was extremely nice but giving what I know now I don't think she knew was she was doing when she put my lashes on. As she was putting them on my eye lids were extremely itchy. Soon after leaving my eyelashes hurt so bad! I couldn't even rub my eyes cause it felt as though my eye lashes were going to be torn out by the glue of the false lashes. The lady told me the lashes would last me about 3-4 weeks... well it's been 2 days and my lashes already have started coming off. So I began to soak them in make up remover. After doing so my eye lids are extremely red and swollen! They hurt so bad and I have barely any lashes of my own left. I'm so upset and won't be coming back. $30 down the drain! I visted this shop early Saturday morning. Little after 9:30am; two ladies were doing a mani-pedi. So they told me to sit and they got me going on the pedi. Well the older lady moved the tools onto my station. All the used tools. I complained so she reluctantly went and got new, and appeared to sanitize other. But the chatter back and forth started.So the lady finished my pedi...got mad because I asked her to cut the toenails. She finished my toes and moved on to another client who just came in. Put me at dryer for 20 more min. for my toes only. Then the 'owner " male asked oh you want manicure. I went early to get in and out.now it was after 11am. I paid pedi left. Cool spot.. my pedicures are always done well. They treat my daughter really nice when we come in. They do a wonderful job on my mother's mani pedi. Suggestion: check the gel polishes, some of them start to peel off within 1 week. I haven't went back to bring it to their attention, but next time I will be sure too. It's an alright place to go. Might just have to make an appointment though because it seems to get very busy. I showed up on a Friday morning thinking it wouldn't be too bad. I was wrong. 3 people there waiting. I asked how long she told me 20 minutes. I sat down to wait. An hour later I was about to leave and I think the lady saw me looking at the time and looking for my keys in my purse. She ran over and said what color do you want come over and sit here. I debated in my head to tell her no thank you and leave or stay.... So I stayed and asked for an acrylic fill. She told me it's $12 and I picked a color. She worked relatively quick on my fill and it came out fine. She did good shaping them and painting them. Afterwards my nails dried for a bit and I went to pay. She said the total is $17.... Uhhh what happened to $12? Like I didn't get anything fancy, no design, no gel coat. I hate places that charge more than what they say initially. And I'm not the type of person to make a scene and argue the price. Just won't be going back. It might sound petty because it's over a few bucks but it's the honesty piece. What if I got my feet done too and she added a few bucks on top of that also? Then I'm paying $10 extra for no reason? I don't like nail salons that do this $hit. I went to get my nails down last Saturday, I got a full set. The next day one nail fell off so I went to the salon to get it fixed by Monday two more nails had fallen off. I went back on Wednesday since they close on Tuesday. Anyway, the nail tech said it was my fault that they kept falling because my nails are too oily. She fixed the two nails but charged my $8. I wasn't too happy about her charging me but I paid and I even tipped her. Long story short by Friday 3 more nails had fallen off. I work at an office, so it's not like I has doing hard labor that would make the nails come off. I also didn't like how instead of apologizing she blamed it on me right away. They could really improve on the customer service because it's not good at all. I'm sorry they have just lost me, my sisters and friends as customers. read more

Place is filthy, customer service is poor and the nail tech was in a rush. She huffed my nails and burned me twice started to laugh I'm like that isn't funny it hurts.
