If I could give this nail salon a 0 I would. I went in to get a pedicure. They messed up my toe nail. The lady that was doing my nail was going to rough and hurting my toe really bad I was even telling her it was hurting a lot she was even laughing bc she was trying to take out the sides of my nail. I was legit screaming from the pain and her doing it so rough ! Idk if she was rushing because they were about to closed but she messed up my nail to the point where I got an infection and puss was coming out of it !! They could of clearly told me no if she was going to rush like that ! Here are some pictures so u guys don't think I am lying. she gave me one price before she started , by the end she charged my mom and I twenty dollars extra . Our nails were fat and lumpy and bumpy. I had asked for long nails and i got short nails because she kept filing after I had told her to stop. would NOT recommend. They also talk behind your back. read more

The plaza and parking area do not look like much. Walking in, it was a 360 degree difference. I was greeted right away for a $20 gel manicure. I was sat with a male technician who was meticulous and great at cuticles. The staff had a good repoire with patrons walking in and it was a pleasant , relaxin atmosphere. They have spa chairs, flat panel tv hanging and a very large variety of gel polish. More glitter options than most salons....something I'm always looking for. The staff was very nice and friendly. We had a group of ladies in there at the same time. I only have one complaint. My teenage daughter asked for acrylic nails. When it was time to go I was charged for the gel nails. When questioned about the price difference, I was told that she DID get acrylic BUT because of the color of polish And the shape of the nails, I would be charged for the gel. Our experience had been great up until this time. Their prices and extra charges need to be explained.. I don't think it's ok to add charges and not tell anyone until time to pay. Our plans were to keep going to this salon even if we do have to drive 40 min. After this and a phone call back questioning the price again...we will take our business elsewhere and ask many questions before having anything done. read more

Just moved to the area and was looking for a nail and came across Diane's nails. At first I was taken back with the prices they have for their services. So I went ahead and had my eyelashes done and two full sets for myself and daughter in law. Not even two days later I had to remove my eyelashes myself because my eyelids felt really heavy and they were extremely uncomfortable. As I was removing my eyelashes I couldn't help but notice how many of the individual eyelashes that's he used we're glued to my actual skin(not supposed to be). Then before the two weeks I was supposed to return for my fill, my daughter in law came to me and told me she had to remove her nails because they had caught fungus! SMH I most certainly will not be going back to Diane's nails! read more

They have changed prices beyond the sign and refuse to change it! 35 for a gel manicure and they didn't even soak my finger nails. yes I had a manicure and she didn't do anything but cut down my nails and slap on the color. I'm always a supporter of small businesses here in corona. This nail salon always seems to have 2 woman working there. Tina and an older lady who is really sweet. I've been here 3-4 times with my mom and I. This time I came in wanting to take off my acrylic nails and shorten them. She put me in front of another client who was already there waiting and said "let me just take off her nails really quick and I'll get to you after" SHE WAS RUSHING big time. I thought she was going to soak my nails (which they've done before) in a solution that takes off acrylic. She started by clipping my nails off and my first nail chipped all the way to the skin. Second nail chipped as well. Because the second acrylic nail chipped so much she literally yanked the acrylic off by digging underneath using a plastic nail from her box. By then she got her tool and filed down the rest of my acrylic nails to make them look like I didn't have acrylic on. Please keep in mind this isn't "taking off acrylic", which is what I asked for. After she was done she sent me off to the older lady to paint my nails. I used gel because it was thick enough to conceal that I had no acrylic in two Nails and the rest were filed down. She charged me 20$ as a "full manicure" she said. "To take off Nails is 5 dollars and the gel was 15$" I should have spoken up. That was my fault. I thought it was a lot of money to just break 2 nails and file the rest down and paint over it. She didn't get to my cuticle. She hurt me when she dug underneath the acrylic and she charged me a full manicure. When I asked for the break down of the cost she got defensive. THE WORST quality in a nail business is to be defensive when I just kindly asked for the break down. I didn't have an attitude and I wasn't insinuating that I wasn't going to pay. To avoid conflict or confrontation I just paid and left. I read all the reviews on here and she's very sweet and professional in her responses to bad reviews. She continues to say that she strives for customer service but what I experienced was not striving for customer service. They are just nails! My nails will heal. It's not the end of the world. But I will no longer support you. read more

This salon was very clean and the staff was warm and friendly. I had made an appointment, so I was helped right away. I had a spa pedicure and Gel nails done. The pedicure was very good and left my feet looking great! The Gel Nails look amazing and I really like the idea that after she was done I didn't have to carefully dig for my keys and wallet!!! It is best if you have an appointment rather than just walking in. A family of 5 walked in and wanted pedicures. It was obvious that an appointment would have been courteous to the staff. Several other customers walked in and also wanted service, but were kindly given a time in which they could come back and have the service done. I had changed my mind when she told me the prices and she got angry and started to talk bad behind my back to the other lady's in a another language not knowing I know how to speak their language I knew what they were talking about. The price is what got me in I wanted pointy nail I got the but all pointing to the left I asked the older lady if she knew how to do them and I got a yeah I know well at the end I would say no. Went in for a pedi while I waited for my car to be ready from tire place across the street. Horrible experience -I asked for "square" shape...lady cut my nails down so short they were rounded on top. She cut one of my nails so short it cut me and would not stop bleeding. The polish was horrible, she left paint all around my toes and didn't even clean it up. I ended up getting an in grow toe nail a week later and went to my usual nail place to fix and new pedi, they even acknowledged the bad pedi I had received. Will never return here. read more

This nail salon does not believe in customer service whatsoever, I had visited the salon two times prior to this last one, which was a very unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience. I asked the owner Diane if they can please fix my pedi since the last lady at her salon had done a terrible job, she left my nails choppy and unevenly polished with nail polish on my toes instead on my nails, the owner started yelling at me from across the room stating that if I was so unhappy with the job I should not return. They were joking around with the customers (all in good fun). I love the variety of nails these people have. I love that every time I go in there "Friends" is playing. I don't' like that 3 out of the 5 times I have requested a shoulder and neck massage (which I plan on PAYING for) I am told "we too busy" I also don't like how their pedicures are standard and you are not offered extended massages, calus removal, sea salt scrub like at other places. So I came in on Wednesday around 5 to get a gel fill and on Thursday the nail was lifting like it wasn't stuck to my natural nail and lifted up . It wasn't broken or painful so I came back Friday to see if then can fix it. I called in and made an appt before hand . I come in and they have me wait an hour after my appt. then they finally sit me down and ask me what happens and I said idk it just lifted up . And they said I hit something and broke it. I said they polish shows no sign of me hitting anything my natural nail is still intact if I wound of hit something my whole nail would of came off too. And then they put super glue under the acrylic to stick it to the bed of my natural nail and now my entire finger is super hard because the glue dropped to my skin. And they sent me away.
