i don't think I have ever written a review but here it is. I was looking for a nail salon because mine had shut down and decided to try this place. Me and my one year old came in and I got a full set coffin shape. they were very welcoming and talked to my daughter while I was getting my nails done. My nails look absolutely fantastic and they were very understanding when my daughter got fussy and I needed to feed her. They took their time and made sure they looked great. I'm not a fan of thick nails and they made them look nice thin and beautiful without compromising the strength of the nail. I will definitely be calling to schedule another appointment soon. if your looking for a new salon that's welcoming and knows their stuff this is the place! I have been coming to this nail salon since I was a little girl, for about 12-13 years, and it is my absolute favorite! At first glance, this little tiny salon doesn't seem like much but it has the best service. I have had my nails done by Cindy, Tina, and Mona and they all do a perfect job each time. Sweet ladies who give me exactly what I ask for! Because this isn't a swanky, modern, renovated salon and it is in the Stater Bros. parking lot, it doesn't get too crowded the way a brand new salon inside of a mall or next to a Starbucks would be. It is very peaceful and quiet and their massage chairs are so relaxing! I'd prefer a visit to this modest "hole-in-the-wall" salon over a "pretty" salon any day! read more

Came here for the first time last week and was really impressed. The lady that did my Pedi was very nice, I forgot her name unfortunately. we had a nice conversation and she was very gentle with my feet and did my gel color really well. i had to leave and come back to do my nails since I was doing laundry. When I came back there was a 30 mins wait which I was fine waiting for. The lady that did my toes did my hands too and she did a great job and I really like the natural pink gel color they have available. I will definitely come back here again. they are good priced and nice, also place looks clean. read more

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET AN INFECTION. Shortly after a pedicure here I had a few red bumps on my leg that turned into what looked like pimples! As I was leaving I saw another customer take the same pedicure chair and they DID NOT CLEAN THE BASIN. DISGUSTING. On top of that the pedicure was horrid and the girl couldn't even paint toes! They were so messy, missing spots, uneven edges. Another customer has gotten an infection from a pedicure here if you look at the yelp reviews. BE CAUTIOUS. This place needs to get REPORTED ASAP. read more

Im mid pedicure and I truly am unsure what to think of this place. I will say that the staff are probably the friendliest and most caring nail salon staff I have met. However, I'm a little disappointed in my actual service. I had gel nails with tips for my fingers. I asked for the same thing. They said they use gel powder...which turned out to be acrylics. They gave me a layer of acrylic polish and fixed one of my broken nails-- then painted a layer of gel clear coat over my nails. I'm not from around here so maybe that's part of my experience but I've never been to a nail salon that tries to pass off acrylics as a gel manicure or maybe they just didn't understand me. Also they didn't put any lotion or clip my cuticles/hangnails. Maybe that's a west coast thing too but I thought it was standard with a spa manicure/pedicure. My last complaint was that I didn't get to sit with my grandmother. I was started with a manicure while they started her pedicure. I would have like to have my pedicure done at the same time as her. Overall my nails look good. I enjoy that they like to get to know you and call you by name. Affordable prices too. read more

I just got my nails done here for my birthday and Cindy was amazing! She made sure everything was how I wanted and paid a lot of attention to detail. She used about 5 drills and 2 buffers just to make sure my nails were smooth! I would have given 5 stars but I still had to wait around 35 minutes to get seated despite having an appointment. Overall, my experience was amazing! Prices were extremely affordable as well. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever even if was the last place open in the world. I call to make an appointment for 5 people for 12 in the afternoon she said that's perfect the manger that was there at the time that sits at the first chair. We get there she has us waiting for 30 mins because she had customers already, I didn't make it a big deal I just wanted my turn. She begins working on me and out of my party of 4 one is worked on so only two of ya mind you we made an appointment and it's 1pm already an hour later. She's half way done with my nails and asks me if I can go take a sit her next client is here?! Are you serious like really I said okay I was here first I made an appointment and you tell me you have someone else to work on. Never in my life have I experienced that. I was so disappointed and anger that me and my friends and little sister left. The whole reason I went here because I wanted to get my little sisters nails done for their birthday and pamper them. Anyways, Of course we paid for what we got done even though we should have paid anything. Since half of my nails done as you see in the picture I paid 10 dollars. She over booked, didn't have enough staff members and had us waiting for over an hour and didn't even finish the job. I will never go back and they need better customer service skills. read more

Asked for coffin shaped nails. Nails came out very thick and the shape is completely wrong. Gel on top is very bumpy and they don't look clean and uniform at all. Made a comment about how the shape was off and i was going to have to file them at home to get the shape i wanted and the lady said that was fine. Lol. Disappointed in this place for sure. I don't write reviews often, but I really liked this place. I found it on a whim looking to get my nails done conveniently located to where I was. I went in. There was no wait (maybe I got lucky). I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Mona took her time removing my previous gel polish. She knew what she was doing. She was gentle and efficient. She also did a great job polishing my nails. I was eating. Mona was considerate of that. I also liked that I understood her accent when she talked so it made communication easier. She massaged my hands and my feet with no extra charge. The establishment is clean and organized. Reasonable prices. I recommend this place. And I recommend Mona! read more

My sister and I were last to be seen today. The ladies there were very nice but didnt seem to understand a new brand nail polish they had, also the machine to dry your nails is vintage looking one side didnt work fully. When it was time to leave they said I was ok to put on my shoes and my nails rippled up the fix they made was more glitter on my nails and a top coat. It looks like a 10 year old did it. Im a regular at this salon, been coming here for almost 4 years. Its almost a 30 min drive from my house but its worth it. All the girls are good, but i usually stick with one girl. She quickly learned how i like my nails shaped- short and squared but slightly rounded on the corners. Plus im sensi about my toes and she's always careful with them. Cuticles on my hands and feet are carefully trimmed with clean tools. They apply alcohol, cuticle oil, and lotion to provide clean and fresh looking nails. I like the spa pedi ($16), they always let me sit for a few mins which is great. I never feel rushed when im here, so if u want to relax while you get a lil pampering, this is the place! They will offer flower designs for a few dollars, and when i'm in the mood, or have a special event, i'll take a couple white flowers painted on my big toes with a diamond in the flower. Very cute. Not like those cartoons i've seen drawn on other women's feet from their fave salons. Ive taken my mom, sister, and husband here. All had a good experiences. I have tried several other nail salons over the years but I come right back to the Nail Loft. read more

I was calling around for prices on gel manicure pedicure and the price was about $40-$50 I called this place and told them exactly what I wanted and they said $35 so no questions I went. In the end they only did regular pedicure? It doesn't make sense at all. They're such cheaters who does just one gel when I didn't even mention regular color at all. I went to get my acrylics removed and the service was horrible the place was empty and I still had to wait 20 mins. The manicurist sat there and then took another client who came in after I did which I thought was rude.
