First time walking in on a Saturday afternoon and I loved how clean and spacious the place looked, it was not busy to luckily I was sat right away, service was great the man who did my nails was very nice and took his time, unfortunately several nails were lifting by Monday morning.... I got my nails done here today and honestly a little unhappy with how I left.. everything started off fine there was a gentleman doing my nails and then another appointment came in and they made a mistake with the booking with her and I just got pushed off to another employee. She was very rough with the filing and all the nails look different my right hand shape looks a lot bigger than my left. I had also asked for a pink base and then got stuck with a nude base. I was charged $70 for a full set and French tip when she had originally wrote $65. Overall I'm just not happy with how they came out and I'm pretty upset over it. read more

I really wanted to like this nail salon based on reviews. I asked for Tina because of all her good reviews. I called and made an appointment. I arrived on time and checked in. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Thomas in front seemed very knowledgeable. But during my builder gel set I kept pointing out the nails where the shape didn't look right. They looked slanted and were too skinny. She kept telling me not to worry. I had her fix about 3 nails . But two of them were so slanted and skinny there was no fixing them. At that point I just said ok and let it go because she clearly was not going to do the gel over. When she wrote my bill I noticed the name was not Tina. When I paid and asked her name it was the one on the ticket. I was disappointed that Tina didn't do my nails and the nails were not how I wanted. UPDATE: Kaylee please review the camera footage to see when you came to look at my nails, as you were walking behind me I said "I don't like how these are coming out, they look sloppy" you walked away and continued the acrylic fill on the other lady. The man doing the pedicure also walked by at that time. I wanted to just give the French manicure a chance, however these have started to chip horribly just at the tip because of how thick the polish was. At no point did you mention to me that you were going to be doing the nail art. The man doing my nails had asked me what design I wanted and after I told him what I wanted for the thumb he looked at me like he could not do that. I am simply posting this for others to review when looking for a nail salon as there lots of nail art posted here. I've been planning on getting my nails done so I was checking out salons with good reviews. I chose Kaylee nail and had some nail art in mind. I showed them and they agreed however after the manicure, the tech seemed like he didn't want to do the designs after all. I wish he would've just said he couldn't do it instead of persuading me into getting French tips. The nails are sloppy with white gel cured into my cuticles and not even completed on the sidewall of my nail. I told him and the manager while he was still doing my nails that I didn't like them and they were sloppy. I agreed to pay for the manicure and they gave me a discount. Kaylee seemed more interested in taking a picture of my nails then actually listening to what I had to say. I used to go here when Kaylee ran it. She didn't give any of us any sort of warning she was selling the place. So you can understand the shock that I had when I called to book with her. I still wanted services done though and they treated me very professionally over the phone so I booked. Upon showing up I noticed big upgrades that were amazing ! Better check in options, and an atm ! I was immediately greeted and got set for my pedicure and nails. Thomas did my nails and he was so professional and can even do designs and all types of shapes. My toes were done perfectly my Stephanie. They were both so careful and checked in with each thing they did. They made it a very comfortable and relaxing and happy experience. I was really let down by Kaylee and seeing these new owners try to pick up everything she left behind is heartbreaking. I can't even imagine being in their shoes. They are SO sweet and so nice and honestly the work they do is amazing. For anyone that was put off by Kaylee leaving, i recommend still coming here. It's honestly an upgrade. Great people to talk to as well. Genuinely good human beings. Which is rare. 110% worth my time and money. Btw they finished a full acrylic set and my pedi at the same time. So fast yet somehow perfect. And Tina finished me with my eyebrow wax and upper lip wax. She did amazing, they look laminated ! Lol again super fast but 10/10. Now I got three services done so it had a cost to it. A bit more pricey. However for better service I would expect nothing less. That was worth the cost and I deff tipped extra since they are new and so amazing. I will definitely be back again.
