In the first photo is the design that I wanted. And the other two pictures they're showing my right and my left hand as you can see the design is not consistent with both my hands the polkadots are very spaced out. It looks sloppy and the other hand of polkadots look great. Don't give me wrong. The workers here are very nice, but the work that she did was not the greatest. She had showed me the shape and it was square like slightly coffin, like barely nothing and then I turn around for like a second and I see that my nails are literally coffin. I won't be coming back.

My daughter and I enjoy going to Star nails for basic mani and pedis. For the most part all the staff are very pleasant and happy to see you, location has a relaxing, elegant vibe, a million nail colors and options, and they have excellent massage chairs. Prices have gone up slightly like everywhere else so I attached a few pics. Shout out to Jill and Megan for their excellent service!

Had an appointment yesterday We come in every 3-4 weeks, awesome service, unfortunately at checkout we were informed that there is a $2.00 charge if you pay with credit card. And you can no longer add tip to your card Only "Cash" fortunately we had cash I would had felt horrible not being able to tip 4 ladies, as they were closing early and we were the last ones. I suggest adding this to your text confirmation message As well as informing your clients when they make a phone call appointment. And your walking customers!!

Been coming here for over 20 years. Have always enjoyed my experience. They offer lots of services. Lots of colors to choose from and will help you choose a color or service. They even have a semi private area with 2 spa chairs. Everything is clean. They are quick and the ladies are nice and the vibe is relaxing. read more

This is where I get my nails done most often. I rarely make a reservation and usually get different techs. Most do a fine job, and have the normally accepted limited amounts of English, but I do find more than half are actually pretty good English speakers. What surprises me is that almost every other time I come in there's some annoying customer who is loudly complaining about their own ignorant decisions and is bothersome to all of the other customers. Maybe it's a price point thing.. but these people are seriously stupid and annoying. Today the lady next to me is complaining that her 5 year old's service of gel nails is like $53. How she is shocked by the price and she can't believe it. How she is so upset she wants to hurry and get done so she never has to return. Anyone knows to check prices before acting SHOCKED. Anyone knows nail services are a luxury and any add ons can add up quickly. I wish she would stop blaming "the language barrier", and blame herself for thinking she needed to get gel nails for her kid. I have 2 daughters, they always ask to come with me and that is not something I am willing to pay for. Dollar tree manis at home suit us just fine for them. Star Nails must deal with this behavior daily because the manager dude is a pro at dealing with these irate idiots. He deescalates the situation, provides an explanation, and usually doesn't cave and give out freebies. So don't come here if you aren't prepared to pay for what you want, or if you like to bash on immigrants trying to make a living. They do good nails, deal with my nasty calluses, and I've never had a problem. read more

Winnie had horrible manners and rushed through my full set of acrylics which were french tips abd the ends of them were all smudged and messed up then when i asked nicely for them to be fixed she shook her head barley talked the whole appointment and kept slamming the nail dryer instead of nicely asking to switch hands very horrible experience read more

I recently called to see if they had availability for a walk in, and they notified me that they could absolutely take me in now which was fantastic as I was free! They were so kind and welcoming upon arrival and the salon is very clean and well lit. I did the the spa pedicure with sugar scrub and not only did it feel amazing, it smelled great too! They have a great selection of colors and different packages for pedicures. I will definitely be returning. The spa pedicure with the sugar scrub was $43. They accept Zelle/Venmo which makes payment easy. read more

The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I arrived at 10:03am and was told it would be a 30 mon wait...no biggie so i went to tan came back with 10 mins to spare..20 more mins go by and i start to notice people who came in after me with no appt get seated(at least 6 people) i was finally seated at 11:22am she started taking off my old polish and then disappeared for 15 mins, at this point I was literally about to walk out. She came over and apologized and I expressed my frustration. Finally at 11: 37am someone sat down to do my nails and I cant even relax or enjoy it because I am so annoyed. She gave me $10 off for the inconvienence so I will try this place one more time but if I have another bad expierence I will never return read more

DON'T LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. I found this nail salon last year and I have NEVER gone anywhere else since. Every time I get a new set, Catherine never disappoints me, in fact her work is so impeccable that I can't stop admiring my nails. She takes her time and pays attention to detail to do your nails exactly to your liking. They last long too. I come here 4 days ago to get my gel-X done. The lady do my nails her name EMILY . I think you can't believe she made my gel-x in 20 minutes, the polish color was uneven, there was a lot of glue under my nails, and I paid for short gel x nails $85. I came home and my nails fell out within 3 days. If i could give 0 star i would. This is my first time and my last time come to this salon. Will never comming back!!!! read more

I hadn't gotten a pedicure in so long and my last couple have been almost violent leaving me with cut up toes lol, but she took her time and really did a great job. I got gel and she convinced me to get my calluses removed, which I definitely needed gone. Only $5 extra. So in total besides tip I paid $40 for gel and callus removal. Very reasonable to me. All the employees are wonderful at their jobs and they really make you feel comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly and make sure everything goes well on your visit. I went and got my nails done somewhere in Orange County and they didn't do well and the lady that did my nails said my nail tips weren't glued down correctly so she took all the nails off and did a new set.
