I had Cindy do my very basic pedicure. I didn't want any bells and whistles. Easy right? Nope. Gel polish and chrome is really messy. I got the feeling she had never done chrome before she seemed puzzled on what to do. Here's the best part - I woke up at midnight to my big toe throbbing. The next morning it was red, swollen and starting to get infected. Unfortunately I have a trip planned where I will be doing a lot of walking. I'm soaking it and hoping it calms down. Will I ever go back? Nope! This place needs a deep cleaning and maybe better sterilization procedures. Side note- Julie did my full set and did a great job. I just can't get past the poor quality pedicure and how dangerous a toe infection can be. !!!Update- you contacted me ONCE! I told you it was not a good time to talk as I was away in the middle of a conference. When I left the salon my toe was not infected. You can leave whatever lies you want but the fact is that I walked in with no issues and within 24 hours I had such a bad infection that it was difficult to walk on my trip. I am picky with my shape, real nail length, and thickness, Trish is very patience with me. Today I stopped by but Trish was not there, and Tram did my nail. She is also awesome. The past 2 times I have been here I have gotten toe infections from them digging into the side of my toes & dirty tools after I had clearly told them DONT CUT THE SIDES OF MY TOES. And they don't listen. I am livid because the second time I went back after my toe healed, I had to tell the lady working on my toes to stop digging into the sides because it hurt and she laughed it off like it was funny. It got to a point where the pain was so bad and she wasn't listening I told her "what did I say in the beginning. I was here a couple weeks ago and you guys gave me an infection and do you want that to happen again?" Everyone turned around and started coming over to see the infected toe and they were saying "that happened last time" I am so incredibly irritated and will never be coming again. My nails were very short so she suggested a fill to help them grow. She is very detailed oriented and took her time which was nice. I had lots of questions and she is very informative. UPDATE: On 2/1, I received a phone call regarding my original complaint. I explained that we were not happy with the service or the quality of work done on my daughter's nails, as shown in the photo. They asked that we return to have them redone. I let them know we were only in the area at the time and live about 35 minutes away. I also shared that I had already taken my daughter elsewhere to have her nails fixed and had mine removed due to excessive Gel-X glue left under my nails. During the call, the employee asked me to remove my review and offered a complimentary service. I respectfully declined and explained that I'm willing to pay for quality work done with care and attention . I just expect it to be done properly the first time. In response to the owner posting inaccurate pricing and claiming that my 7-year-old received both a manicure and pedicure is simply not true. We never received a pedicure. I'm disappointed by the false statements and the way this has been handled. ................. The nail technicians were very nice, but overall I was disappointed. I had an appointment for 4 people, including two kids (ages 12 and 7). The prices were way too high for very basic services. A short set of Gel-X nails was $78, my 7-year-old was charged $37 for a single color, and an acrylic fill with a French tip was $88. After I left, I checked their prices online and what I was charged did not match what is listed. The quality also didn't match the price. My teen's nails were bumpy and some were still sticky, like they weren't finished properly. They were quick to take payment but didn't ask if we were happy with the nails. We also weren't offered water or anything during our visit. Between the pricing, quality, and service, I won't be going back. read more

honestly if I could give this place a 0 I totally would. I had faith considering the reviews were good and the starts looks amazing but once I got there the energy was okay at first got us seated and offered us water very welcoming. as soon as the nail lady got started she had a very heavy hand, what's supposed to be a comfortable pedicure seemed more like she was just trying to rush through it. keep in mind we were being very sweet but the nail lady didn't seem to have patience. once I asked for acrylic she started putting them on but when it come to cutting it down to the length she nearly cut the tip of my toe off too!!! which I groaned a bit because it hurt and she didn't even apologize!. as soon as she started doing the cuticles oh my god it hurt so bad. she was digging her nails into my toes, once she started putting nail polish on the nail it looked very bumpy, very thick, almost as if I had a tooth on my toes which I did mention and she pointed at her watch basically saying she's on a time limit? as if I wasn't paying her for the service?? she than literally threw the nail file on top of her basket walked away came back and said "everything good?" but she didn't even touch my feet to fix the problem! she did that almost 4 times before finally touching my toes again but being more aggressive which still didn't make the feet look pretty. as she's putting the nail polish dry machine over my feet the machine continued to fall on my feet burning them and she wasn't even paying attention I kept having to tell her but it got to a point where I just got frustrated cause she wasn't listening.There also was a young man who had extremely aweful attitude for no reason kept trying to say it was my nail that was the problem but it truly wasn't because I've never had a problem before at other places, for my nails not coming out smooth? she then had someone else come and fix it which made it decent and she had such a lighter hand so I do appreciate her. as for the other two older lady and younger man they for sure need to find other jobs if they do not have patience to be dealing with customers. This was my birthday treat to myself before flying out for business and my experience here was horrendous, it's very shocking how a business can have such rude employees makes the entire business look bad and loose customers because of the attitude they have. the manager was sweet enough to give us a discount and said she'd take care of us next time but idk if I can trust coming here again, I feel like I deserved a free pedicure with the rudeness, bitterness, coldness, childness, behavior I had to endure. read more

I've been going here since they opened, the prices went up at some point, and they're nothing special but wasn't horrible. The customer service was always lacking but the job was getting done until it wasn't. One of the nail technicians messed up my pedicure so bad, I contacted the manager, she said come in for another one. I went in, there was another lady who said, we're only doing cuticles and polish. I said okay. And she goes, only pay $15 today, that's it. and I go, I thought it was a do over. Like a free pedicure for messing up in the first place? And she gave me such a dirty look and left. And eventually when I was done, she came and told me my pedicure was free. I tipped the lady still. But the manager whatever lady made me feel so bad and stupid, the way she was looking at me and talking to me. So I won't go back again.
