After coming here for a solid 3 years, I have to say this salon had never once let me down!! I have been always so thankful and thrilled with their service and support. I moved further away recently but still come to Guccio Nail Spa, because they are just the best. Yes it's longer drive but that drive is always worth it for the level of care and technique seen here.

Went to Guccio for the first time for a Gel pedicure. I am.so happy with the service i received. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Mini did a wonderful job on my daughters nails. I will definitely go back to Guccio Nails

This is the previous pedicure that I complained to her about. Took a month for my nail to grown in straight.

I typically don't like to leave reviews but I needed to today after my visit today. Lee did my pedicure. She's done it a couple times before and cut my nails crooked . I asked her if she can please cut the nails straight this time and She became defensive and said she will not cut the ingrown again. I told her my toes hurt and I need them to be cut but she refused to cut them. During my pedicure she did not say one word and when she did she was very rude. I'm sorry but if I am paying 60 bucks for a pedicure I would like my nails to look decent and not ugly. I usually go to Brea and do my nails but I figured I will try them again to see if there is any improvement and there wasn't. Mimi does a great job with my daughter's nails and so did Linda. Not sure why Lee has an issues doing her job right. Not coming back again after today's ride service from Lee.

This place sucks, staff lies to make a quick $$. I called and asked if they could do design on nails and they claimed they are really great at designs. So I asked for French tip with stars. When the lady goes to draw the star design it looks like a 2 year old grabbed a marker. She even agreed that it looked bad and I told her to just take it off and I'll have to go somewhere else and get it done. AND SHE AGREEED?! There was three other workers there I was the only person in there and not one of them stepped up and said oh hey, I can do the design instead. Absolutely ridiculous $75 for mediocre nails. read more

Such quality treatment from the whole staff in Guccio, especially Mimi who was so attentive the whole time. She is super professional and caring! I requested a pedicure and refill on a full set and they came out fabulous! This was my birthday nail sets and I could not be happier. The vibe is super chill and calm. The prices are super reasonable, I would say even cheaper compared to other nail salons in the area. read more

Sorry Mimi. I will never return to drive over 30 miles to be treated as I was Saturday. Lee is just so rude and when you went Vietnam last year all she did was complain about you. She is burned out big time, she cares nothing about your customer loyalty. You know I always tipped everyone10$ for each job. You are very sweet. Her quality of work is rushed and my nails alway crush at the tips within a couple days. The toilet was probably from your male tech. Maybe he might try lifting the life & atleast see that pee all over the toilet. Lee really need s to have a heart & quit talking behind everybody back. She's down right rude. I will never return to Guccio. read more

Awful nail salon they do an absolute horrible job on a standard pedicure. They also don't mind you waiting around even with an appointment 30 mins before finally helping you. They will cut your nails horribly, barely do the callus removal you paid for and your massage will be punching the bottoms of your feet and that's it. Do not go here. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. I've been going here for years and never bothered. Just giving them a yelp. My bad. I always have in a relaxing time the whole time while they give you your manicure and pedicure and enjoy the serene atmosphere as well. I have been coming here for a few years and have always been very happy. I love their callus treatment because it doesn't leave your feet drier than when you came in. My soles are always baby soft! Recently switched to getting GEL pedicures and they are life changing and worth the extra price. Mimi always does a GREAT job and pays attention to detail. Highly recommend! read more

Guccio nails gave me the best manicure and pedicure I've had in months! I've had my fair share of feeling rushed in other nail salons, and this place is quite the opposite. The customer service is incredible. Meme gave me the best set of acrylic nails. She asked for feedback as she shaped them since I told her I wasn't sure how long I wanted. I've waited a few weeks to write this review. My granddaughter has been salon hopping for quite a while - she was never totally happy with her nails, especially the last set which looked awful. I took her here three weeks ago and she got Gel X. The salon is beautiful, the staff very friendly. The manicurist (I failed to get her name) took her time, my granddaughter's nails looked beautiful, and still look beautiful three weeks later. She is a teen and very hard on her nails. She's just made her second appointment. read more

Went in for a full set and the lady was putting on my nail tips crooked and I told her I didn't like that they were crooked if she could fix them.. instead she snapped all my nails off and told me to leave. Do not recommend this place ! Very unprofessional!!! read more

Got my nails dipped for the 2nd time and I'm loving them so far. I came with my mom and we always get our pedicure with Mimi she's good. I'm pretty sure all the other ladies are good too. I drive all the way here from Perris that's how much I like this place. read more

In addition to the whole service being subpar, the lady was using dirty tools on my feet. She gave me attitude and I ended up leaving. I will be reporting them to the health department/ it's only A matter of time until this filthy establishment gets shut down. Definitely not worth the $130 spent . Nails started lifting after 5 days while I was on a business trip. It wasn't just one nail but 3. After 8 days I had 5 lifting. I normally can go 3 weeks without any issues with my fills elsewhere. Pedicure was fine but should have gone with the basic pedicure because the massage was just her slapping lotion around on my legs. I will go anywhere else for half the price and receive nails that last.

Somehow, she always comes up with something even better than what I had in mind. She is incredibly creative, has such an amazing eye for detail, and I always leave loving my nails. I'll keep coming back just for Vicky. I cannot recommend her enough!

Shaping is off- both hands look completely different and were different lengths. I didn't want any length off my nails but with all the filing they are super short. I had to fix them when I got home. I had a design I wanted that was pretty simple and they wanted to charge me $40 extra for it. Won't be coming back. I did tip because they did the work and know sometimes that's all they get (I've worked in the beauty and service industry). All I liked about the nails were the polish color. I was hoping this could be an alternate place for when my normal nail girl is on vacation or has an emergency like in this case- but nope I'll wait for her next time. Response: I've already had a nail break because of how thin they are. The cleanliness needs to be improved the bottles were dirty, files dirty, tools not cleaned after use. The man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. I expected more from a "luxury" nail salon- and it is just like every other cheap nail place out there only with higher prices. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.

When I walked in and they assigned the lady to me to do my pedicure I immediately felt that she did not want to do it. I was never asked if I wanted to select a specific package like at other places. Usually I will pick a more expensive package because I like the extra perks. It felt very rushed. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The massage which we all know is the best part, is what really upset me - was 2 to 3 minutes max for BOTH feet. And I say feet loosely because she didn't actually touch my feet. There was a lady next to me whose pedicure started around the same time as me and I watched the experience she was having which was way better than the service I was receiving. Her pedicure wasn't even done as I was leaving. Very disappointing. I gave 2 stars only because my toe nails look decent, but still I would prefer the French tips to be a little thicker and more square. I'm really not picky either, just very disappointed to spend money and not have a relaxing experience.

The lady that did my nails was nice, the place was clean but I likely won't be back. The staff clearly lacks communication with each other at the very least. Plus my nail chipped already...it's been two days! I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and that's never happened before

We've had two appointments with him and every time my son gets out the chair he walks a little taller. That says a lot about the cut when you feel how you look especially with a 6 year old! Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. Made me feel like I've known them for years first time meeting them. This is definitely the only barbershop we'll be frequenting.

This is for my visit on 12/30/15 while visiting my parents in Corona, CA. I came in to try out their eyelash extensions since it was $25 + 20% off for check in. The place recently changed management again so there's a lot of specials going on. Kim, the manager, was the one who worked on me. The service took about 40 minutes and it came out super natural! The glue she used didn't make my eyes burn and felt really light (I have really sensitive eyes, so some glues make me tear easier). She uses 3 different lengths to create the look and the way that it sits on top of your natural lashes makes it look like you have some thin eyeliner on. Makes my daily routine so much easier. Lets see how long it lasts! Kim also mentioned that they've switched their mani/pedi/facial products (lotions, scrubs, etc) to a natural line called Epoch. She let me sample their exfoliating scrub and I really liked it. I bought a Baobob Body Butter to try out and so far, I really enjoy it! It's super creamy and absorbs well. No residue left behind. Plus with the purchase of each jar, Nu Skin (the parent company) plants a tree. =) Definitely will come back to try out the mani/pedi services. read more

I started going to Kim when she was working in Riverside. After she moved to Corona, I could not find someone in this area that could do as good of a job as she did. Yes, I drive all the way to Corona so Kim can give me my mani / pedi. I have never had nice nails until Kim started working on them. I have my own nails - she does the gel with a white tip, and they last at least 3 weeks - sometimes even 4 weeks. But so many different colors and other options to choose from. She is very particular and will take her time so they are perfect. When she gives a pedicure, she takes the time to work on those big toes so there is nothing ingrown. And then she works on those calluses and massages those feet and legs . . . ahhhh! But! She also does waxing and facials - a full service shop. The salon is classy and clean and quiet - with soft music going on in the background so it is a relaxing atmosphere. There are always going to be days when everything doesn't go as planned, but Kim will do her best to do the best job she can for you. But Kim is busy - better to make an appointment and have plenty of time so she can get you out looking absolutely perfect! read more

I have been coming here for a very long time as it was right around the corner from my job. The Service when Jimmy was there, the owners son was at least tolerable. The service on one takes 3 to 4 hours to get out . A plain fullset and pedicure. Today was the final straw I called made an appointment for my daughter and her friend 3 fullsets and 1 pedicure including eyelashes extensions . The owner Nancy and her staff fight in front-of the customers in there language . They jump from one customer to the next without finishing the one they started on. We where there for 6 Hrs . My daughter came out with a fullSet but no polish . At this point we where so tired . I never got my fullSet. She still had the nerve to want to charge us full price fir the worst service any salon can give. She uses the same dirty glove on the same customers. I am calling State Board to report the filth of implements used on the same customers as well. She did this to my daughter and friend in front of me . I have my license so I know she is doing horrible service. People will get fungus . This place is awful very disappointed. read more

Once again my wife V'nails done by Tina, Tina did a great job, her nails look beautiful every day. My wife had been so many nail salons, none of them have that kind of skill that match Tina. She is the best, my wife is very happy since her nails were done by Tina. We highly recommend every one go to Guccico to have their nails done at Guccico. This is my first time in Guccio nail spa. The salon is so beautiful and so CLEAN. I have been to many nail salon but this is the best in southern California. Their customer service is second to none. I drive in from San Diego to get my nails done with Lee. She is very detailed oriented and extremely nice. I told her I'm glad she has her own nails done nice. It like when you go to the dentist. If the dentist teeth are all hacked up would you feel comfortable going there. I'm going to say NO. read more
