I've been coming here since August and I love this nail shop. Liam did the white set with butterflies and Wynn has done the last two sets. My sister told me to try them out because she had a pretty set as well. The quality is great and the price is even better very reasonable. Customer service is excellent and they never fail to give me what I ask for.

My new go to nail spot! Every worker is so nice and welcoming and the salon is super clean! When I went to other places my gel polish would start peeling after a week, but the 2 times I've come here my nails will last 2weeks + (my job requires me to work with my hands a lot so trust me!) Both times I got a design on my nails and they looked exactly like my inspo photo, the nail techs take their time and are very precise which I love! You can tell they really care about their craft.

I found this place on instagram, and I'm glad I came in. I been coming since their grand opening, I come in once a month because that's just how good the pedicure and nails last, Wynn or Liem do my nails, and I honestly don't know who the girl who does pedicures is but she's good too, she always makes sure the color is right and my colored french tip, my pedicures still look good at week 3 but I go in at week 4 because then it looks grown out, my nails, I only went once to get a broken nail fixed but that was my bad not theirs. These people are really nice and they listen. They are young which is so much better because they know what's up with trends. It's always relaxing when I come in. I truly love this place. read more

Probably the worst pedicure ever. My massage was maybe like 30 seconds total. She scrubbed the heels of my feet very softly which wasn't even hard enough to scrub off dead skin. Part of my nail polish on my toe isn't cured all the way & is starting to peel. It's one day old. My girlfriends nails weren't even cleaned underneath, she got a basic manicure & her clear polish is already coming off. Would not recommend read more

I wish i could give more than five stars!! I came in to get my nails done and callus remover on my feet since the place i went to a couple days ago did a terrible job.. they took really good care of my my feet look and feel so good and rhe massage she gave me was phenomenal!! the guy who did my nails took his time and they came out so pretty!! Loved the atmosphere and the nail techs were all so kind, polite, and patient. I didnt feel like k was being rushed lit of here at all!! Ten out of ten would recommend!! Will definitely be comming back and bringing people with me!! read more

Wyn is the best! The place is super cute and they have a bunch of unique nail designs. All the girls are super friendly. Her husband is very professional and nice too. I even sipped on a margarita while getting my nails done pretty cool and not in a very busy shopping center.! read more

Wyn is always honest about what's best for her clients. She's the kind of professional who builds trust, which is exactly why so many loyal customers followed her from her previous nail spa. At 1:28pm, another client arrived for her 1:30pm appointment. I was then asked if I could have my pedicure done first while Chloe helped her next client. This meant I would have to wait for my manicure to be done while she worked on someone who had an appointment after mine. Essentially, I would have been waiting nearly double the time to have both services completed. I make appointments because my schedule is limited, and I value my time. It felt like my appointment was not being honored. If double-booking is part of the scheduling process, that should be communicated clearly in advance. Unfortunately, I chose to leave without receiving any services because I did not feel comfortable waiting significantly longer than my scheduled time. I do not recommend this place if your time is limited.

Response: I've already had a nail break because of how thin they are. The cleanliness needs to be improved the bottles were dirty, files dirty, tools not cleaned after use. The man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. I expected more from a "luxury" nail salon- and it is just like every other cheap nail place out there only with higher prices. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.

We've had two appointments with him and every time my son gets out the chair he walks a little taller. That says a lot about the cut when you feel how you look especially with a 6 year old! Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. Made me feel like I've known them for years first time meeting them. This is definitely the only barbershop we'll be frequenting.

Mario is wonderful at what he does and the conversation was great while he cut our kid's hair. He took his time and you can tell he knows what he's doing.
