Update to my original review: (This was the same day but I have been really busy and didn't have…read morethe time to update) I want to give Anthony credit. He went online, read my review, and took the time to reach out and address the situation. He apologized and offered to do whatever he could to make up for my daughter's experience. Him making an effort to make her feel better showed me that they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate that they didn't ignore the situation or make us feel like our concerns didn't matter. The original experience was disappointing, but the way Anthony responded afterward really changed my perspective. Mistakes and bad experiences can happen, but they made an effort to make things right.

I'm disappointed with my experience today. I had a 1:15pm manicure appointment specifically with…read moreChloe and arrived on time. I was seated with my feet soaking for a pedicure as well. At 1:28pm, another client arrived for her 1:30pm appointment. I was then asked if I could have my pedicure done first while Chloe helped her next client. This meant I would have to wait for my manicure to be done while she worked on someone who had an appointment after mine. Essentially, I would have been waiting nearly double the time to have both services completed. I make appointments because my schedule is limited, and I value my time. It felt like my appointment was not being honored. If double-booking is part of the scheduling process, that should be communicated clearly in advance. Unfortunately, I chose to leave without receiving any services because I did not feel comfortable waiting significantly longer than my scheduled time. I do not recommend this place if your time is limited.

It was ok- just like any old nail place. Not very cleanly- products and bottles dirty. I had to…read morehave the guy go over the acrylic again because when he filed them down they were paper thin and bending- still are way too thin and bending. Shaping is off- both hands look completely different and were different lengths. I didn't want any length off my nails but with all the filing they are super short. I had to fix them when I got home. I had a design I wanted that was pretty simple and they wanted to charge me $40 extra for it. Won't be coming back. I did tip because they did the work and know sometimes that's all they get (I've worked in the beauty and service industry). All I liked about the nails were the polish color. I was hoping this could be an alternate place for when my normal nail girl is on vacation or has an emergency like in this case- but nope I'll wait for her next time. Response: I've already had a nail break because of how thin they are. The cleanliness needs to be improved the bottles were dirty, files dirty, tools not cleaned after use. The man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. I expected more from a "luxury" nail salon- and it is just like every other cheap nail place out there only with higher prices. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.
