My first experience wasn't really good,My appointment was at 11:00 while she just started another client at 11:00 without notifying me that she is running behind.Also i am not happy with her technique.i was there for fill in and instead of she fixes my nail she was putting glue on my lose nails,and an hour after all my nails git lifted. And my nail polish are all bumpy and not even all o er my nail,i had just one finger french which is not even evenly rounded. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I had the worst experience ever. I was the first customer of the day. Was there before they opened to get my nails and pedicure done before work. First, they started with my pedicure and skipped me on my nails to help someone that walked in later.... Bad taste in my mouth already. Then, they kept saying someone else was coming in later to help with my nails. That person walked in after my pedicure was done. I decided to just leave because of time. I get home to get ready to work and noticed two of my toe nails gel peeled off. Are you serious??? I went back for my money so I can go somewhere else, and they refused to give me my money back. I was so devoted to my former nail stylist, but when she became ill I had to look elsewhere FAST. I chose Bliss because it was close to home with outstanding reviews. Well, folks the reviews didn't lie. On the first visit I wasn't that happy because the gel manicure left my nails too flexible (I type all day everyday). On my second visit Lynn convinced me to get a thin acrylic top layer as my natural nails are long and strong. It was a special occasion, so I splurged on designs on four fingers. FIVE weeks later my nails are still looking good. The only reason I need to go in today is because they have grown out and are too long! The design is still intact and NO lifting. Superior service! Was really disappointed with this place. My original nail spot was closed because it was a Sunday so I chose this spot closer to me. I came in as a walk in and asked if they had time for a dip, she said yes & started to soak my nails to take of the previous dip. She put my nails in acetone and then proceeded to put my entire hands in plastic gloves and covered my hands with hot towels. She left me like that for about 45 min to an hour while she finished her client. My hands were burning at this point. Once she started she did nick my nails a couple times and I had to tell her to be more gentle. The whole place was unsanitary, at one point she took out a Clorox wipe to clean my hands and that was the only sanitary thing I saw. Don't get me wrong she was really nice but I hated the entire experience. Now a week later, my hands are still peeling from being in acetone so long and I have scabs around my nails from the nicks. I don't plan on coming here again. read more
