I just wanted to share again how AMAZING everyone is here at Helen Nails! My manicures are on point; my pedicures are on point; and every time I bring in a photo on how I want my nails to look, they do not disappoint! Just recently, I booked an appointment for 6pm for a full set and a gel pedicure, and the ladies even stayed past their closing time to make sure everything was done and I was satisfied with their work. I always am! I can't stress enough how great everyone is here at Helen Nails and grandma gives the best pedicures and massages! Again, everyone here is AMAZING and their manicures and pedicures and PERFECT! read more

I would usually have nothing but good things to say about this nail salon. But I went in for a gel pedicure and the girl literally butchered my toe, and then at the end when the owner, helen saw what she had done tried to tell.me the girl had done me a favor by getting the "dead skin" out. I go for pedicures quite frequently and have never had this happen. Its one day later and now I'm scared to death of getting a infection. read more

Last minute decision to call & try this place for the first time. (full set) First they said. I needed an appointment, but within 2minutes of hanging up, I get a call back, saying please come in, if you can make it within 10 minutes. I said, "I'll be there in 2 minutes" Helen the owner sure didn't disappoint! Beautiful, clean, airy salon. Helen is a tiny beautiful lady, with a bubbly personality. Showed her what I wanted, she was very responsive, knew right away, what I liked. Found my new nail salon! Yay!!!! Definitely stopping here to get my nails done, while traveling into town to see my mom! Thank you Helen! Love my full set! read more

I was going to go to nail spot near winco but me and my mom decided to try something new. I loved it here, the service was so good, the place was very clean and new. And I want to give I special shoutout to Judy, she did so good on my nails and the extra gel was very good for the price of $10. Helen Nail And Spa - Christmas nails!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Corona, California

I was a walk-in customer on a Saturday morning. I was greeted warmly by Helen. She was helpful in answering all of my questions. I did not need an appointment to get in. A natural gel nail appearance was what I was going for. Kenny gave me samples of colors. I chose to use a neutral tone. When he painted the first two of my nails, he noticed right away that it was the same color of my natural nails. He asked me right away if this was the color I was thinking of. "No," was my response. He asked me to select a darker shade that will show more. I selected a darker nude shade that was still a tad lighter than my desire look. I never had to ask; he asked to switch to a different color as soon as he knew it was off after painting one nail. He picked the color for me this time. I really liked that color! Many thanks for Kenny's expertise in his field and professionalism. He understands what works and what does not for a client. Helen came by to check up on me. I felt she was very attentive. I knew I was in good hands when she examined my nails and added a personal touch. Overall, I am pleased with the services and plan to use them often. read more

I really appreciate Kenny being gentle with my fingers. He is the best. He was very meticulous with my dip nails and I loved the process...until in the middle of the e-filing process when a lady worker took over the job. She was extremely rushed and rough with my hands, leading to 2 cuts on my pinky and middle finger. I jerked in pain, and it was already too late. If you want to come here, please go to Kenny only. read more

I loved the work they did. Kenny took off my old acrylics and somehow did not damage my nails. Everywhere else I have been has destroyed my nails and some others even caused injury. Kenny was wonderful!! The new set was SCULPTED onto my nails like an artist! Make sure you have plenty of time and are not in a rush because it did take a while but it was so worth it!! My nails were immaculately done. Not only were they perfectly straight on each hand but they never lifted from my nails. Normally, other places are lifted in less than a week and snagging my hair each time I rub my fingers thru it. Kenny did my nails so well that this was never an issue. I will definitely go back! read more

I've always gone here and I loved it. But never again after calling and letting Helen know I wasn't happy with my nails once i got home and looked at them. She told me if you're not happy don't come back! Wow! I let her know I wasn't happy because the length and shape were off on a few of my nails and she said, that's what you wanted. I did want them a little shorter and still square but I didn't ask them to be uneven. Some were thin and square and some were wide and square. She also told me that's what happens when you put the polish on. She did offer for me to come in and make the rest shorter so they're even, but that isn't the length I want. Super upset about the costumer service considering my family has known them for 20+ yrs! read more

I absolutely love this salon! This was my go-to when living in south Corona. Helen is amazing and can do any design you present her with. It is a family owned and operated business. I've been coming to Helen's for many years. I've gotten acrylics, gel, tips, and had my natural nails painted over the years, as well as pedicures and waxes. A few years ago they got brand new pedicure chairs, and they keep everything clean. Each nail tech has their strengths, Helen is fast so ask for her if you want to be in and out fast. Kenny is very thorough and a perfectionist, so he takes a bit longer but you know everything will be on point. And grandma does most of the pedicures. I once brought a friend with me who lost the nail on her big toe by dropping something heavy on it and Helen was able to actually take some acrylic powder and make it look like her real big toe nail so she wasn't stuck hiding her feet in closed toed shoes for months and months while it grew back. Now if that isn't a testament to her talents, I don't know what is! read more

I had been going to Helen's Nails for years. On May 14, 2021 I return to get my nails done for the first time in over a year due to Covid. I told Helen that my mom had died from Covid. Another employee had asked how old my mom was. So I told them and with that Helen said "Oh well it was time for her to go anyway". I was so hurt and could not believe she had said that to me. This shows lack of compassion. I told her how I felt and she didn't understand why I was so upset and she repeated herself again. I can not patronize anyone that shows that lack of compassion for another human being. Lynnette read more

I went here 9/25/19. Not many workers just three so there is a bit of a wait like 45 minutes if your a walk in. I saw Mary who was a nail tech that had been there a month. Mary was amazing and gets 5/5 stars. Her skill with the nails magnificent and she gave a KILLER massage. Probably one of the best pedis I have EVER had. Mary did my fill as well no problem. Now I have to be honest. The facility doesn't use soap, detergent or disinfectant when cleansing the spa pedicure they just go round and round with a brush and H20. 2. They don't use the liners in the Spa pedicure. 3. They don't allow tipping on your debit or credit card and there is a charge to use it. 4. When doing the fills they are using existing paper towels when wiping the brushes during the fill. So you'll get the last paper towel wiping as the last three plus people. 5. The place is super filthy, just look at the ceiling fans and the tv. Dust is rampant in there. They also don't grab fresh towel when placing a new client for a fill they leave the previous just flip it to the other side. 6. Owner / Husband washing his face and blowing his nose in the hand washing area as opposed to the privacy of a bathroom kind of grossed me out. I know it's his place but the etiquette, eeewww. Anyway I Love Mary I would just like her in a better salon. As for this salon they need to shut down a day for a serious deep cleaning and have all items including towels and paper goods single use only, order the appropriate spa liners and use disinfectant when cleaning. Next get more colors and create a menu of your services. Provide water to your clients. So this is functional 1/5 for the experience and 5/5 for Mary. read more

On wednesday 06/23, i decided to take my 11 yo sister and i to get a pedi done. I was dissatisfied with their service, the lady was being a too rough on my 11 yo sister. They had scrub the top of her feet with the yellow scrub to remove calluses. The result of that is she was in burning sensation pain after. She had to put Vaseline to ease with the burning pain and scratches on her feet. read more

So I stopped by on a whim for a polish change & Eyebrow Wax. Started with Kenny for the polish change, he was very detailed, made sure every inch of my nails were painted, cleaned up any smears, even cleaned up my cuticles. I get really annoyed with half ass paint jobs. This guys really does great work. Got my eyebrows waxed, I forgot to ask her name, but she was the only one that I am aware of that had no accent. She's great too I love my eyebrows. I am not apposed to paying for good work. What pissed me off is that I asked for a simple gel polish change and was charged $18!! They list prices as being $5 & up to me $15 is beyond up. When I questioned the price I was told $15 for the polish change + $3 for clean up (which I did not ask for). I am dropping them from 5 star to 3 star for the shady pricing (which is sad to say normal for alot of shops) I don't know if I will go back... read more
