I was really disappointed with my first experience at Nailtastic. I went I for a pedicure after months of not getting one. I was ready to relax and enjoy myself. When I walked in and they assigned the lady to me to do my pedicure I immediately felt that she did not want to do it. I was never asked if I wanted to select a specific package like at other places. Usually I will pick a more expensive package because I like the extra perks. It felt very rushed. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The massage which we all know is the best part, is what really upset me - was 2 to 3 minutes max for BOTH feet. And I say feet loosely because she didn't actually touch my feet. There was a lady next to me whose pedicure started around the same time as me and I watched the experience she was having which was way better than the service I was receiving. Her pedicure wasn't even done as I was leaving. Very disappointing. I gave 2 stars only because my toe nails look decent, but still I would prefer the French tips to be a little thicker and more square. I'm really not picky either, just very disappointed to spend money and not have a relaxing experience. read more

I completely understand that walk ins are not always preferred. Normally the staff here is great, however I had never previously dealt with "Lina". I also understand language barriers can alter intention but when someone is rude- there's no mistaking that. Someone please show this woman what a smile and customer service looks like. A simple sorry, we don't have time would have been fine but her attitude was completely inappropriate. Especially when I was nothing but kind. I hope the owner reads these reviews because she is the only one I've had an issue with. read more

I wasn't going to write about this but I think I need to say something. My teen daughter went with her friends over the weekend to get nails done. She said an older lady was doing her nails and was on her phone most of the time. She can tell because the lady had a Bluetooth ear piece on and was talking in her language. My daughter being nice so she didn't say anything and when asked if she liked it, she lied. When she got home she showed me and was very upset. I told her we can go back to let them know and get it fix but she didn't want to bother and said she will never go back. First and last time. Look at the quality and be the judge yourself! This looked so horrible and looks like an amateur doing it. Cuticles not done correctly and polishing was so blotchy (word from my daughter). Some pok-a-dots spacing looked fine, and some was like whatever..."let's just make 3 dots in a row and some big, some small dots." She even showed the lady a picture of how she wanted them done. We've gone to other places and had better quality nail polished done. Never seen such horrible job like this. And get this! The nerve asking my daughter if she was Vietnamese! So what? So they can decide to talk bad or nice around the girls and others? If you go there and love it then good for you. One bad experience will ruin it with some people. I'm some people. read more

I came in on a Saturday afternoon, it was quite busy. All of the pedicure stations were full. It's a small place but it's okay. I had to only wait for 5-10 min. I got a regular pedicure done for $18 and a Full set with gel for $30 not bad i guess. The pedicurist offers you a couple of times if you want to do anything extra but I didn't really bother I think regular pedicure lasts same as if you do gel pedicure. I love the color I picked but only shines when your in the sun. Color was #88 The manicurist was a man who did mine he was really good, wants your nails to be perfect so he was kind of like a perfectionist. I wanted them square and it was the way I wanted them to be, I'm not a picky person, as long as it looks good. I forgot what color # it was. You guys should check them out, not too expensive It was my first time. I'll probably have to go my second time to see if they really deserve a 4. :) read more

Love this place. I have tried a few and was disappointed and angry. Kelly can do whatever you ask. They make you feel like family.

I really wanted to like this salon especially because the ladies are very sweet to my daughter and I. I also really like the location. It's very close to home. Long story short, I went to Theresa ,as a walk in, and she right away greeted me. She understood I wanted short, coffin full set and went to work. In record breaking time, I'd say about 35 min, I had a full set! I was impressed! I paid $30 and $5 for a tip and off I went... 2 days later, my first nail fell off. I went back 2 days later to get a repair and paid $7. 2 more days later, (that's 4 days later now) I lose 2 more nails. I go back the next day to repair these two and I'm told I need a fill on all my nails to stop the breaking! It's only been 1 week people! Deep breath! Ok let's pay some more to fix this mess. This time, I spent 2 hours with Melissa (I think that's her name) to repair 2 nails and get a fill. They are now lumpy and uneven. I paid the lady $25 and $5 for a tip. Its Hard to tell that they are lumpy unless up close. I'm super disappointed of how packed this place is and the messy job they leave clients with. Is it that people don't know what good nails should look like or they just don't care? I knew I shouldn't have gone in after staring at the dirty tubs and watching how these ladies don't sanitize the buffers or equipment. They don't even offer new nail clippers or nail buffers. (They gave me a dirty look when I asked for a new nail buffer) and then started saying something in their own language. They are all used! Yuck! read more

This nail salon is essentially a friendly environment and I often enjoy my experiences here. However, my nails are uneven 50% of the time, and the color I requested wasn't remotely close to the SNS they used to color my nails. I insisted that the champagne color I desired wasn't the color being applied, but he continued to do my nails with a bright Barbie pink SNS powder. ON THE OTHER SIDE, Linda is FANTASTIC at waxing eyebrows! She is very friendly, and good at her job. read more

I would like to start off that I had an appointment for a new set and a gel pedicure. I was assigned to a nail technician named Teresa and right from the start she was giving me the impression that I was wasting her time. She told me I didn't need a new set, I could use a fill. (Bc it was faster) I explained to her I wanted white marble nails with gold and she said " ah ok maybe later". As she continued, she sighed of frustration, was rushing to finish, told me to pay attention when she was moving to one hand to another. I had to remind her I wanted marble nails and her response was "ugh". She then winged drawing on my nail to make it "marble". Mind you, my nail was white with black squiggly lines. (Nothing what I asked for) Her attitude continued to progress that I eventually told her I didn't want marble because I didn't appreciate her pessimistic attitude. Instead of apologizing she agreed that I should not do marble and continued to rush. Immediately after we finished, she grabbed her purse and walked out concluding her day. I was told Teresa was called in on her day off to help the salon nevertheless, does that excuse her poor service. I am a paying customer, paying for a full price service. I walked out getting something that I did not want AND felt like I was waste of HER precious time. I refuse to be that customer that allows entitled businesses to make me feel like I'm an inconvenience when I paid full price for a bad service. I was later told she is one of the oweners. I expect the other two owners such as Kelly to hold her accountable for her actions. I do not seek a refund or a discount for future services. I only seek for her to be disciplined and educated on customer service. read more

I researched and decided to bring my daughter here to get her nails done for prom. The reviews said Kelly was the best at doing ombré French acrylics and they were right...she is the best! They came out EXACTLY like the picture my daughter showed her and she was very happy!!! My daughter and I are super picky about how our nails look and other salons just never seem to be able to do them the way we want (or they get upset if you tell them to fix them or do them a certain way). We have tried a lot of other salons in Corona, but I think we found our new nail salon!!!
