I've been coming here for the past few years and I honestly can't recommend them enough! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and they do such an amazing job every single time. The salon is super clean, the service is fast (but never rushed), and the prices are really reasonable for the quality you get. It's one of those places you can fully trust to take care of you and leave feeling your best. I always walk out happy and looking forward to my next appointment Lily is my go-to and she absolutely kills it every time with my nails! Horrible experience... Do not come here. I showed the honor a set of nails i wanted to do very simple french short nail, she recommended i do gel X instead of acrylics so i did. I wanted square or coffin but she did it so bad so i told her to change it to round but still looked crooked. The fake nails weren't stuck to my nails and were tilted upwards so when i told her she said no she does not see what i am saying ... she had an attitude right away so i just let it go, it's new years' eve i just wanted nice nails for the evening. She tried to do french tip but was very thick line and not nice. I was very disappointed and told her i would come back on Friday to fix them after paying for the service today of course she was so mean and said no and pushed me hand as if she doesn't want to finish them. read more

I had the worst pedicure done yesterday (2/8). I have never felt so unwelcomed. Walking in, I was barely greeted, and the place was empty. I wouldn't have cared, but the couple that walked in after me were greeted so above and beyond it made me feel as if they are prejudice there. Once seated, the unfriendly lady started working on my pedicure without acknowledging me or asking what color or type of pedicure I wanted. She handed me a laminated menu and asked me to choose. She was extremely rude and angry. I wish I had walked out instead of letting her continue. She was digging so deep that the sides of both my big toes are sore. I'm hoping it doesn't turn into an infection. When I told her it hurt, she seemed annoyed, stopped for a moment, and then continued. I can't believe she works there and should be fired. I wish I got her name; she was one of the older ones. Worst experience ever. I am wondering if there is such a thing as good customer service at any of these "inexpensive" nail salons. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Disappointed: I made an appointment for a regular manicure and an upgraded pedicure. I was not greeted too warmly , the guy who did my manicure didn't make sure I was comfortable he just kept pulling my hand so he could do his job as I was trying to adjust my chair. The lady who was doing my pedicure did not confirm what type of pedicure I was doing and she did not put the special ingredients in the water for the package I wanted until way after when I confirmed if she was doing the special . The lady seemed a little stressed out , and was in a hurry to get me out of her chair in the process she messed up my nail polish as she was putting my flip flops on . A Classy Nail & Spa is located in a shopping center in Corona, right off the 91 and Green River Road. There are front row spots limiting you to 20 minute parking, but lots of parking directly across the way. This spa has about 6 spa chairs and 6 stations with a back room where they perform waxing. The spa is very clean and inviting with plenty of color choices for polish and packages to enhance your experience . Service was fast and friendly! I got the gel pedicure along with a fill/ polish change and did not feel rushed. This spa takes both card and cash as well a venmo option. (There is a sign advising that cash tips are greatly appreciated). I absolutely love my nails , they took their time and are skilled . I will definitely be back ! read more

Terrible service, avoid this nail salon. My daughter and I went to this salon, because the location is convenient for us, even though my family members had warned me of their awful service. Their work is not up to par with today's nail art. We requested simple flowers on our toes, and they glared at us, as if we were making a rude request. Their attempt at flowers ended up looking like five dots. I could have done a thousand times better. They charged an additional $5 each for that mess. I also had to kindly ask to fix certain things multiple times during our session. Also, their sanitation process is questionable. My sister was infected with a nail fungus after leaving their salon. The price is not worth it, $65 for one adult pedicure and one child pedicure. I highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Had my nails done by Lily yesterday. This is one example of her artistry. I love and appreciate that she listens to what I want and will execute the ideas I bring to her. It is both refreshing and comforting to know that she (and staff) knows us and always greets us with a warm smile and a cold bottle of water. I stumbled upon this place on Yelp since it was close to my house. I made an appointment a few days before. When I got to the appointment, I was seated within 5 minutes. I got a pedicure and a full set. Lily did my full set... I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations! This is a real CLASSY Nail Salon & Spa. I have been going here about 2 years and simply love it. Everyone is so warm and friendly and make you feel relaxed. Lily does my nails perfectly, as I am sometimes hard to please (LOL). She is detailed and will give you whatever design you want. It was my Birthday a couple of days ago, and she did a beautiful animal print design, which I am getting so many compliments! Lily, YOU ARE THE BEST ! Kathy does great Pedicures. She is detailed and doesn't rush you. She performs a really good massage, as well. I also bring my 88 year old Mom, who is Blind but loves to go here, as she always leaves with a smile. A nice, clean, friendly and conveniently located salon. If you want lots of colors to choose from you won't be disappointed! They have a huge selection of gel colors and powders. Candy is great at helping me pick out a color when I can't decide and my dip powder mani always holds up a long time. Showed up two full hours before they closed and they refused to do my manicure and nails. Said no time. Then another young woman walked in and she asked for her nails to be done and they had no problem taking her in. She walked in & came to the nail salon 40 minutes after me. She came with her mom and they seemed to be acquainted with one another - so they took the daughter. However, I was already there and had settled for a quick pedicure. In the time they took that other girl all late, they could have already been done with my nails. I will not ever be returning. They're dismissive, prone to favoritism, and clearly do not apply their policies fairly to all of their customers. I will never be back here. It was a MUCH better business when Daniel was here- SAD to see this local, once lovable business go down like this. What. A. Shame. read more

THE BEST FULL SET IVE EVER HAD! Lilly was AMAZING!! I live in Vegas and needed a full set ASAP! I had 3 nails hanging on for dear life and they would not budge!! I asked if she would just leave them on cuz they hurt so bad trying to take them off and she didn't mind at all. Before she started she asked if " I was ready for pain" I didn't think anything adverse because they are usually professional and pay attention to detail. I am taking care of the nail very carefully to make sure I don't get an infection and to ensure my nail grows back properly. I normally see an older lady with glasses who does a good job. She really cut and clean your cuticles and takes her time. today I saw a different tech. Didn't get her name but she normally sits in the front, always dressed up and handle the register. she did such a horrible job. She didn't cut my cuticles but said she did. I told her I like them short and she barely cut them. Didn't file my nails. They are all crooked and chipped looking. The service was rushed. Not sure why when there was only one other customer and 2 other techs sitting around. I paid for deluxe pedi for $62 to get crappy service.

This meant I would have to wait for my manicure to be done while she worked on someone who had an appointment after mine. Essentially, I would have been waiting nearly double the time to have both services completed. I make appointments because my schedule is limited, and I value my time. It felt like my appointment was not being honored. If double-booking is part of the scheduling process, that should be communicated clearly in advance. Unfortunately, I chose to leave without receiving any services because I did not feel comfortable waiting significantly longer than my scheduled time. I do not recommend this place if your time is limited.

Didn't get her name but she normally sits in the front, always dressed up and handle the register. she did such a horrible job. She didn't cut my cuticles but said she did. I told her I like them short and she barely cut them. Didn't file my nails. They are all crooked and chipped looking. The service was rushed. Not sure why when there was only one other customer and 2 other techs sitting around. I paid for deluxe pedi for $62 to get crappy service.

I've been coming to The Nail Spot for six years, and I absolutely love my nail tech. The ladies here have always been warm, friendly, and welcoming, and they've kept me coming back year after year. Unfortunately, my visit on Wednesday, July 15, around 3:30 p.m. was very upsetting. When I walked in, there was only one other customer in the salon getting a pedicure. The owner was loudly yelling at the staff. It wasn't just raising his voice--it was shouting. It created an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone, including the other customer and, most importantly, the employees. My nail tech was visibly shaken. I quietly asked her what had happened, and she explained that he was upset because customers were texting their nail techs directly to make appointments instead of calling the salon. I've scheduled my appointments this way for the past six years because it's always been convenient and has never been an issue. He told them if they don't like his rules, they are welcome to leave! The owner eventually stormed out and sat on a chair outside the salon. A short time later, he came back in, slammed his drink on the counter, walked to the back, and began yelling at the staff again. Before I left, I told him that he shouldn't be yelling at his employees. He responded by saying he'd told them the same thing over and over. I told him that regardless of the reason, people deserve to be spoken to with kindness and respect, and that this kind of behavior should never happen in front of customers because it created a very awkward and uncomfortable environment for everyone. He apologized, but it didn't feel particularly sincere--he just seemed frustrated. I understand that he may have valid reasons for wanting customers to call the salon directly instead of texting their nail techs. That's his business decision to make. However, there is never a reason to berate employees in front of customers. I'm still giving five stars because of the wonderful women who work there and because my nail tech has consistently provided excellent service for six years. They deserve recognition. That said, if this had been my first experience at this salon, I honestly would not have returned. Be aware of this whack-o. I couldn't believe how he was talking to them. Not okay!!!!!
