It was my first time trying this place, and they did not disappoint! Lily and Killy did my nails and toes. Lily did an amazing job with my builder gel fill--the shape and length are perfect, and both hands look identical. Killy did my gel pedicure. She hurt me a little while cleaning my toenails, but aside from that, I really loved the result! I paid $86 for both services (before tips). It's on the higher end price-wise, but it's only 3 minutes from my house, so I'll most likely be going back. I hope they keep up the great work! read more

Horrible experience... Do not come here. I showed the honor a set of nails i wanted to do very simple french short nail, she recommended i do gel X instead of acrylics so i did. I wanted square or coffin but she did it so bad so i told her to change it to round but still looked crooked. The fake nails weren't stuck to my nails and were tilted upwards so when i told her she said no she does not see what i am saying ... she had an attitude right away so i just let it go, it's new years' eve i just wanted nice nails for the evening. She tried to do french tip but was very thick line and not nice. I had the worst pedicure done yesterday (2/8). I have never felt so unwelcomed. Walking in, I was barely greeted, and the place was empty. I wouldn't have cared, but the couple that walked in after me were greeted so above and beyond it made me feel as if they are prejudice there. Once seated, the unfriendly lady started working on my pedicure without acknowledging me or asking what color or type of pedicure I wanted. She handed me a laminated menu and asked me to choose. She was extremely rude and angry. I wish I had walked out instead of letting her continue. She was digging so deep that the sides of both my big toes are sore. I'm hoping it doesn't turn into an infection. When I told her it hurt, she seemed annoyed, stopped for a moment, and then continued. I can't believe she works there and should be fired. I wish I got her name; she was one of the older ones. Worst experience ever. I am wondering if there is such a thing as good customer service at any of these "inexpensive" nail salons. Disappointed: I made an appointment for a regular manicure and an upgraded pedicure. I was not greeted too warmly , the guy who did my manicure didn't make sure I was comfortable he just kept pulling my hand so he could do his job as I was trying to adjust my chair. The lady who was doing my pedicure did not confirm what type of pedicure I was doing and she did not put the special ingredients in the water for the package I wanted until way after when I confirmed if she was doing the special . There are front row spots limiting you to 20 minute parking, but lots of parking directly across the way. This spa has about 6 spa chairs and 6 stations with a back room where they perform waxing. The spa is very clean and inviting with plenty of color choices for polish and packages to enhance your experience . Service was fast and friendly! I got the gel pedicure along with a fill/ polish change and did not feel rushed. This spa takes both card and cash as well a venmo option. (There is a sign advising that cash tips are greatly appreciated). I absolutely love my nails , they took their time and are skilled . I will definitely be back ! read more

Terrible service, avoid this nail salon. My daughter and I went to this salon, because the location is convenient for us, even though my family members had warned me of their awful service. Their work is not up to par with today's nail art. We requested simple flowers on our toes, and they glared at us, as if we were making a rude request. Their attempt at flowers ended up looking like five dots. I could have done a thousand times better. They charged an additional $5 each for that mess. I also had to kindly ask to fix certain things multiple times during our session. Also, their sanitation process is questionable. My sister was infected with a nail fungus after leaving their salon. The price is not worth it, $65 for one adult pedicure and one child pedicure. I highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Lily does my nails perfectly, as I am sometimes hard to please (LOL). She is detailed and will give you whatever design you want.
