I wanted to get my nails done and needed a new place to try that charges fairly for the work done. This place was exactly that! I love the design for my set, I gave the lady who did my nails Natalie, a reference picture and she gave me exactly what i asked for. She took her time with the design and my nail care. The place was very calm and they offered tea as well! The ladies were so friendly and I will be returning here!

I recently followed my favorite nail tech when she left the salon she worked at and opened her own shop. Rachel has been doing my nails for almost two years. She can do ANY design. I've never been disappointed. Her new shop is very clean and her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As long as Rachel exists, I won't allow anyone else to touch my nails! She's incredibly talented. So sad Nina nails is under new management. I was really bummed and walk in there and Ken is not there . Looks nice but besides being nice my service was bad I have been going there for about a year now . My nails always looked soo beautiful and thin. yesterday I got my nails done and some are thick and not to say this time around they will not be lasting me a month the application was just horrible. Oh my gosh a hidden gem, I desperately needed my nails and toes done .. I looked up something nearby and called .. immediately I felt welcomed by Tiffany !! You don't get that anymore.. she said come on in .. I arrived and they greeted me again .. they asked me what I wanted and sat me down immediately... I explained to Ken and Xen I believe that was his name what I wanted and they were happy to deliver. OMG BOTH OF THEM WERE AMAZING .. my full set and pedicure was perfect They were so gentle .. perfect place for anyone near the area .. I will not be returning which makes me so sad I really wanted to like this place I'm so disappointed it didn't even last to the event I got them done for!! I can't give one star because the manager had charm I cannot deny his attitude was good it just feels bad after to not get what you want and then to have them buckle and dime you for things that didn't last at all I'm probably going to have to go to a new place and get it correctly done so I'm paying this twice and that is why the review is so low

I don't even know where to begin. I came here and the whole place was under construction. They were…read morenot inviting and told me I could pick my color once I sat in the pedicure chair. Then they started the service and the water was cold and the lady doing my pedicure was speaking in her language loud the ENTIRE time. This made the entire experience awful. In addition to the whole service being subpar, the lady was using dirty tools on my feet. She grabbed what looked like a kindergarteners pencil Box and it was labeled "soiled " she then started using the tools on me and I finally said something. She gave me attitude and I ended up leaving. I will be reporting them to the health department/ it's only A matter of time until this filthy establishment gets shut down. I would highly discourage anyone from Going here

They've been cutting my boys (age 8 and 5) hair since they each were about 2 years old. Malinda does amazing eye lash extensions. Now this place is a one stop shop! Mommy gets her lashes done, boys get their hair cut, and we are good to go. They offer many of their services here. I'd definitely recommend everyone from all races and backgrounds to treat themselves to a service from Kuts and Queens. Hairbyqueenaaliy also braids my daughters hair. Fast and neat. I highly recommend her.

We've had two appointments with him and every time my son gets out the chair he walks a little taller. That says a lot about the cut when you feel how you look especially with a 6 year old! Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. Made me feel like I've known them for years first time meeting them. This is definitely the only barbershop we'll be frequenting.

So the one tech started on my first daughter's toes and moved onto the nails since the toes would take time to dry. The other tech decided to do my other daughter's nails first then told me to do gel on her toes. At this point everyone was almost done except her and her toes we didn't have time so I agreed and now her toe nails are peeling. Fantastic. I really liked the place until that. I would go back in to get it fixed if I had time which I don't. I got a pedicure and I think it was a blue clay mask or something and I I didn't realize it was still on my leg when I left. Pretty much got up charged for some other things and I wasn't told either so a little annoying. Having a huge blue spot on my leg was tilting since I was out. Most likely never going back. If anyone has suggestions for a different nail salon message me please.

I have been going to NINA nails for over 30 years and after 20+ years, the original owner sold and the new owner that has just recently taken over Natalie and her husband,,,,, they refurbished and decorated the whole salon. . It is beautiful and they are so accommodating and so kind to your needs. I had my nails done by Jenny. She is absolutely fabulous. I came here to get a pedicure and while I was there the owner.....well at least she said she was the owner treated another customer horribly. She raised her voice and it was totally unacceptable. She claimed to be the business owner so I am assuming she is the owner. Beware.....if an owner treats customers this way.....imagine how she treats her employees. Do not give money to this business. There are a million nail shops around and this one.....if owned by someone that rude.....please go somewhere else. read more

(Went today) Best Experince! In love with my nails! I have been looking for a place that wasn't overpriced and didn't do a half effort service, and my friend recommended this place. Nina's was beyond my expectation. Very reasonably priced and excellent service. I got a manicure with dip power acrylics with a gel pedicure and a nail design -99$. I don't know if today was my day but it was! The nail tech absolutely hooked me up! She was really nice and very patient with me. I got French tip nails and she added gems when I didn't ask but she said it would look amazing I said yes. I also added a letter and a heart and she did it with ease. She even gave me a discount, normally the gems would be 10$ but she said she would give me them for 5$. I absolutely love her. She got me looking amazing for high school read more

I was in the area and saw this nail salon since it was close to my dad's work. Since the moment that I walked in Tiffany greeted me and was super kind and welcoming. Ken did my nails and did an amazing job! By far the best job and service I've gotten. He was really quick, but paid attention to detail, he did the shaping super good too and the French tip as well.
