They did a good job. I did ask my lady if they sanitize their equipment and all o got was a nod. But then the paper bag that the supposed sanitized tools were used and not have any sterilized lines so unsure of that answer. Staff was welcoming when you enter and I didn't have to wait long to get seated even without an appointment. There are various and higher grade pedicure so I'll try that out next time. There is a difference in cash versus card pricing so if you want to save a little you can use cash.

The nail salon really does feel luxurious, with the white walls and chemical smell. There is a lot of chairs for both manicures and pedicures. There are also TVs to watch while having your nails done. The nail salon can be busy, depending on the time and the day. If it is busy, there is seating. The ladies always try to make sure you don't wait too long to be attended to. They can work fast if it is busy, but it is good work. I usually come to get a pedicure and there are different packages for it. I get the $55 with gel package. It comes with the scrub, lotion, cuticle remover, trim, massage as well as the gel nail. He went online, read my review, and took the time to reach out and address the situation. He apologized and offered to do whatever he could to make up for my daughter's experience. Him making an effort to make her feel better showed me that they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate that they didn't ignore the situation or make us feel like our concerns didn't matter. The original experience was disappointing, but the way Anthony responded afterward really changed my perspective. Mistakes and bad experiences can happen, but they made an effort to make things right.
