Staff was welcoming when you enter and I didn't have to wait long to get seated even without an appointment. There are various and higher grade pedicure so I'll try that out next time. There is a difference in cash versus card pricing so if you want to save a little you can use cash.

It seems excessive considering the line work isn't even clean. I was cut multiple times. They look like press-ons to me. They also charge like $4 to use card? Payed $119 for the mani. If you get basic work done I think pricing is ok. Overall just not the salon for me. I don't mind high cost if it's worth it but will not be returning because the quality does not match the price. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.
