I was very excited to see this nail salon open again. It is under new ownership but the current nail tech is amazing. Ana didmy nails and she took her time and paid much attention to detail. If i could leave 0 stars i would. A week ago i made an appointment for me and my friend at 3pm today because my baby shower is tomorrow: 2 full sets and 1 pedicure. I specifically asked for Calvin during my appointment call. I showed up at 3pm today and they were shocked to hear i made an appointment. My friends full set and my pedicure went fine, however my full set was horrible. I continued to tell the man who ended up doing my nails, because it was not Calvin, that i did not like my nails and i could easily do a solid color if French tip is too difficult. After redoing my tips for the third time i was just upset and tired since it was close to 6pm and let him finish, i know.. my bad. When i went to pay the lady asked how i liked my nails in which i explained that i was very unhappy. I asked if i could take my friend home and return and she said no, that i could come the following day at 11am. I shouldn't have paid but i did not feel Right walking out without paying for their service, despite my dissatisfaction. read more

Went there today and I must say I am very pleased with the results. My friend and I went together. And for us to walk out happy from a nail place is rare. We've been searching high and low for awhile now. The job was clean and pretty. No bumpy nails. Definitely we'll be going back. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here. We stopped by to get acrylic fills and lashes. They do a horrible job on acrylics and lashes. They overcharge for fills and lashes but none last more than one week, which is bad. The nails were different shapes and size. They also complain when paying customers use the restroom. I went to the restroom because the employee told me to wash my hands and when I came back to the chair. I overheard him tell another customer that people walk to the restroom like it's their house. We gave this salon a chance and it was one of the worst experiences thus far. Thank you for not appreciating your customers. We won't come back here. read more

This is the second time I come to this place. I met up here with a friend both times to get our nails done. The staff is very friendly and super nice but in both of my experiences I've simply just been "okay" with the service. They dont do the greatest job. The place is nice and clean but the knowledge of the latest and greatest styles of nail designs just doesnt seem to be there. If I'm going for a simple pedicure, sure this is a good place to go. If I'm looking for coffin style acrylics definitely not my place. read more

I absolutely love my nails! I went in today for an acrylic fill and called 15 min before walking in! My nails look amazing and by far my favorite set! Calvin took his time and made sure they were perfect. Most of the time I get my nails done at which ever shop is close by but they never turn out "great". I walked out really happy and 10/10 recommend Vip nails & ask for Calvin ! read more

I love my nails-powder dip, gel tips! Pricing is just right, not inflated like most nail salons. The lady that did them is very good. She made sure I get the perfect color I showed a picture of. I heard if you come in the AM it's less of a wait than towards PM. I spent 1.5hrs there: 30min wait and 1hr for the nails. But it's worth it, they give you 10% off on the next visit! read more

I've been coming here for a few months. Im very particular with my nails and they always do a great job here. The ultimate test is bringing my mom in and asking her how she liked the service because she looks at the small details. Okay so this place is not so bad. Every time I end up going here it's usually not so packed so the nail techs usually pay attention to details. I like that for pedis they use little lemons to prep your toes before gel/nail polish. One thing that they don't offer is dip powders in different colors. It would have to be clear dip then gel on top. read more

I had a horrible experience my nails are clumpy I kindly asked her to fix them she didn't she passed me on to another lady like if I'm a toy.To top it off there customer service is disgusting.I can't and will never recommend this place. read more

Found my new favorite nail shop! Came in with a specific picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and Nicole, the shop owner, did the most amazing job! And the price for nails and pedicure was great as well, $53! Will definitely be coming back every 2 weeks! This places is also a great location for eyebrows as well, price is $8! I love coming here I've been getting my nails done at this place for going on for months now I drive all the way from Moreno Valley because I cannot find anyone to do my nails how they do here the last set that I got from them I had on over 3 weeks and my hair would not get under my nails because of such a good job that they did here at VIP Nails they are very hospitable and polite and give great service. This is the only place that i think still does (not limited to) Airbrush This Place is Awesome! Ben is the owner and has done countless nail shows in the past. ( i love when he or Ken does my nails) They ultimately specialize in Custom Nail Designs.. But offer any nail, waxing and Spa request possibe... One day about 3 years ago i met this employee at Pick Up Stix ( because you know i gotta eat) her nails were nothing like ive seen before and i had to have em. So i bugged her for the Info, and hunted (Ben) the Nail guy down. My fist time ever going to Bling Nails i was blown away at how Natural and and thin my nails were done. He even went the extra mile to create the small moon shape tip that i like (Small Version of the bell/duck shaped Nails). Ben's Airbrush Technique is like no other.. I seen the star reviews so I was super excited to try a new place here in riverside instead of going to my other place in Ontario ! I live in riverside so I wanted to try it ! I am so disappointed I can't believe my nail set cost 47 dollars (the pink was done at this place &&& the purple set was done at my old place & not to mention for that full set of the purple only cost me 35 dollars and it had way more detail Defiantly never going back & I still can't believe this cost me 47 dollars such a waste of money ! First, I would like to commend the name of this place because the name itself is a winner. I took my mom to get our nails did after finding that our usual nail place in Riverside was not open this Christmas week. The lady who did my nails ( I think her name was Chi) was very nice. She did a very good job with cleaning and adding the white tip to my nails. She did not rush and made sure she did her job well. Horrible experience. When I asked to have nails removed she grabbed a plastic tip and dug it under my acrylic damaging my nails underneath and hurting me. After I told her multiple times that she was hurting me she still continued with her way of removing them. Will not be going back. read more

The one-star review is for the sole reason that I'm not returning to my previous waxing provider, which comes down to management response, or lack thereof, on two separate occasions. The first issue occurred over nine months ago when the Upland location closed. I was unable to get a refund for the remaining balance on my account. When I called this location to ask if I could at least use the funds toward product purchases, the manager never followed up. The second issue happened just this past week. I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important. After that response, I made the decision not to renew my membership. Respectfully reviewed.

The place is cute and clean. The set I got felt comfortable and very lightweight on me and my eyes did not feel itchy or that anything was put on wrong. Minh was great she was able to remove my acrylic and shape my natural nails and painted them this beautiful light pink color, which made them look so natural. I'm so happy with the service and can hardly believe these are my natural nails. read more
