A literal gem. I'm soooo thankful I found this spot, the prices are sooooo good and so affordable which is so rare these days, so I hope they can keep that aside from the price, I always enjoy myself here and find myself laughing so hard with my nail girl I can't remember her name but she's so sweet and sooo funny, always does a killer job! had such an amazing experience at Dalila's Nail Salon. They were so honest with me, and I appreciate that because I hate getting talked into things I don't need. I came in one morning and they had amazing food for their customers. Everyone was so kind and it was truly pleasant being here. They really take the time to make your nails look fantastic and I never felt rushed at all. Wonderful people and great energy. I think I will make the drive out here just for my nails. So My man and I came here at same time. For my part, I requested gel pedicure. So this is first time I had foil over my toenails. I took them off after 20 minutes bc they were starting to burn my toes. In my 20+ experience of pedicures, gel or not. This was first time ever I had foil over my toenails and left it til it was burning. While this girl choose to go over to do her nails. Note this girl arrived 20+ minutes after we came. So that shows first come first serve does not matter. I'm a big believer in tipping people but the fact this girl push me back aside and my man has to wait for my toes to be done bit longer isn't acceptable as we actually have places to be after this. Sorry. Won't be back. Whoever did our toes were amazing, its just that girl messed it up for us. read more

I've been here a few times and Dalila is awesome. She's a super talented artist. She did my friend's nails too with a design my friend found on google and Dalila's replica looked identical! They looked so good! I had gone to a different salon in Riverside with my mom a few weeks before my wedding and the manicure did not turn out how I had wanted But I went back to Dalila a few days before my wedding and she fixed it for me and my wedding nails were perfect! I got hard gel and they look so sleek, not thick and lumpy. And the French tip was perfect! read more

The service is horrible. DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SHOP. Honestly I don't think most of the employees have the required credentials /state license to work as a nail techs let alone the training. Other shops have their credentials posted at each station but at this shop no where to be found. The girl who did my nails did not know what she was doing or had a clue how to fix it. I have gotten my nails done for over 10 years so I'm familiar with the process and I knew from the start she had no clue what she was doing but I chose to ignore my that instinct. The worst part is that I saw them drop instruments on the floor and pick them right back up and use them on the customers. Another employee was picking her nose.... Just disgusting! read more

I went in 45 minutes before closing for a pedicure and they took me in no problem. Hannah did a wonderful job and didn't rush to finish. She was very gentle and made sure I was happy with everything. The owner Dalila came to check on me and her and her husband made great conversation and were super friendly. I will definitely be going back. Very genuine people that's very rare nowadays. read more

Just got my Holiday nails done and I'm very happy with how they came out. Dalila continues to do a wonderful job and takes her time. These are a gel manicure. She was able to fix a nail that had broken and make it the same length as the rest of my nails. Can't wait to come back! read more

During my pedicure, the technician made me bleed on my toes three separate times. Then, during my manicure, the technician did not complete the design I requested because he used the wrong powder. When I pointed out that it wasn't what I had asked for, the technician simply laughed and said it was a different powder--even though it was the same photo I had shown him before starting. This was extremely unprofessional and lack of accountability. After he had no way to do design due to his mistake, I just told him to do a French tip style instead, but even that came out poorly. The French tips were uneven, and there were visible scratches beneath the polish. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and disappointed, especially after paying for a service that caused pain and did not meet basic quality standards. Would not recommend this place.

This is a long one, so I…read morereceived a 10% off coupon for my birthday which was perfect because I had a wedding to attend so I needed a pedicure, I have been here many times I've never had this experience as they have always been very friendly and on point with their services so it was never a question about where I was going to go. I went it and wasn't greeted I stood there for a bit before they approached me, I asked for pedicure I was sat down and I told them the service I wanted which was the CBD one which is about $88 with card which is the one I always get because they do hot stones, a 20 minute foot massage and scrubbing with hot wax. At first everything was going well until it came to the foot scrub, the lady only scrubbed the bottom of my feet I thought she was guna do the top last so I waited she then proceeded to drain the water so I told her she had forgotten to scrub my toes and top of the feet so she went back and quickly did it still leaving dead skin on, she moved on to the other services I told her I wanted a French tip. I sat there and let her do her thing she then began rubbing my feet which was horrible there was zero effort very lightly more as caressing rather then a massage, she then went on to the hot stones which she rubbed once on each side of my leg then put them away. She didn't finish the 20 minutes before she stopped and started drying off my legs with a towel. When everything was finished I looked and my toes were completely wrong the French tip was different, a piece of my nail was sticking out, the gel was bumpy. I went to the front to pay for the service and they asked me how it went I said I was unsatisfied with the way they came out I showed the polish and the piece of my nail that was sticking out. At first the lady up front tried to fix it but still wasn't able to I however had to leave because I was heading out of town which I said I had to go. She then told the lady who did my nails and comes back saying the lady told her I had a chip in my nail which is why the polish shape was off, she asked me if that was true as if I was lying about something or it was my fault. I paid and left they had texted me to which I left a review fully explaining what had happened. They then blew up my phone which I was at wedding, I then received a text which I posted below stating I could go in for a redo or get a refund, I declined the service because I had already gotten my nails redone when I went out of town so I asked for a refund. They then tried to offer me a $43 voucher to which I declined and then again asked for a refund, they then offered me a $43 dollar refund however they were also taking off the full 10% which only was going to be a $38 refund. I said no that was unacceptable as I was only getting a partial refund so adding the full 10% off was not okay. They then stated that was their policy. At this point I was done with the conversation as they were being rude and blaming me. I then let them know I would just be contacting my bank to dispute it through them. They then told me to go ahead and that the bank would contact them and they would let them know my services. I did not respond at that point then I received another message saying that the boss would not be arguing with me over 10% and that I could come in and get my $43 via cash. Again I did not respond. My services were $90 and the level of disrespect is so disheartening. I've come here many times I've spoke nothing less than highly of them and the treatment I have received over this. I will never be coming back here. They are nice people until something is done wrong then they flip and start being so rude and blaming the customer.

I needed to get my thumbnail fixed because the gel chipped even though I just got a fill a few days ago. I got my nails done at a different place, but I couldn't go back there since it wasn't convenient, so I decided to come to Dalila and it was such a good experience! The lady fixing my nail was so nice and she really took the time to match my nail color. She even cleaned the rest of my nails and applied more top coat on them for me even though she only had to focus on my thumbnail. She didn't make me pay for the fix even though I didn't get my nails done there initially. She was the sweetest and I will definitely be coming back for a full set! read more
