The ONLY reason why I'm giving them an extra star was because my husband liked the way the took off all his callus. We have been here multiple times and every time I wasn't too happy or impressed. The shaping is never even. They always cut me. The quality just doesn't match their pricing. I have acrylic on my 2 big toes and this last visit, I just couldn't believe the laziness. On a Tuesday at 3pm... not crowded at all, so no excuses. From the pictures you could obviously tell I needed a fill. But she ignored the fact and layered on the gel polish in hopes of not noticing. But common, they look horrible. And I was very verbal with my husband and she knew I didn't like them and didn't bother to fix them even after I told her to file my big toes to make them SQUARE ! And I still tipped her after leaving my toes like this. I will not be returning. If you can't do a simple pedicure, I have no hope for this place. Please try some where else before coming here. I really wanted to love these nails, but I'm honestly disappointed. The shape is uneven, the polish application looks messy around the cuticles, and the overall finish doesn't look clean or professional. I asked for a simple natural set, and unfortunately they look rushed and bulky instead. Not what I expected for the price. I would have been better off getting press on, extremely disappointed. disappointed! The space was beautiful, which was agreeable but I paid $50 for a gel pedicure with cat eye and she did not know how to do the cat eye properly. As well, she barely scrubbed my feet leaving them dirty and I got zero massage. She just applied lotion to my legs and feet. She was sweet though. My daughter did get a much better manicure and pedicure with much more attention given her by her technicians. Overall I feel like my experience was good. I called the same day to make my appointment for my friend and I since we were having brunch nearby. This place had so many good reviews it was a no brainer. The lady in the front is great at managing the place and scheduling clients. When we arrived I was asked to pick my colors but I really didn't think about what colors I wanted. I chose a nude pink gel polish for my mani and for the first time red pedi for my toes cause of lunar new years and Valentine's Day. My gf thought red would go with my skin tone so I said what the heck , why not! The lady that did my toes was kinda rough and inpatient and I literally felt like anjelah Johnson telling her my big toe nail is slanted and I showed her with my finger and she also didn't know how to work the massage chair which started digging into my back and was hurting me. So I just asked that they turn it off. Now, the lady that did my nails had a RBF and she had a mask on but never smiled and in fact both ladies did not talk to me or try to start a conversation with me unless they were telling me to move my feet or to soak my hands. Which I was okay with because I have kids and I just wanted some quiet time , peace and relaxation. My feet came out pretty cute and then I moved to the tables for my gel nails.. now first there were little bubbles in 2 of my fingers after several coats of polish and gel coats so I informed the lady. She said she couldn't see it and then was annoyed and said she would fix it because I told her that there are bubbles. She tried to use the nail roller machine to file down the bubbles that were baked into my pinky nail but it didn't work so she had to remove some of it and redo it, which she didnt seem too happy about. I tipped both of my ladies generously because I do understand they are under a lot of pressure and stress being a busy place and needing to make themselves available for other clients. I do like how my nails came out and for the first time in a long time! It's been 7 days and my nails are growing out a little but still look pretty good with no chipping, Some of my cuticles are dry but my feet look like I just got them done. Came with my mom to get a pedicure and manicure for her bday. When we entered we were greeted and told to start looking at colors while we waited. I believe we waited about 10 minutes (we did have an appointment) before we got seated to be serviced. One thing to keep in mind is that you may not have both service done at the same time so make sure you aren't in a rush! All of the workers that helped us were friendly and accommodating. My deluxe pedicure felt rushed, cuticles weren't trimmed unless I asked, and my nails were done sloppily with globs of polish and even old color showing. I had to go back inside to get acrylic filed off my skin. Staff seemed flustered even though the salon was slow. I have Been coming here for a year and I hadn't had any complain until the last 2 months I try to get my nails done every 2 weeks 3 tops. However the last time I was in there I didn't book an appointment ( my fault) they told me I had to wait 10-15 mins. Not a problem with me I decided to wait. I get there and as soon as I get there I tell them I have an appointment (don't say my name and she doesn't bother asking for my name or look at the list of appointments) and she just tells me to wait. Then I get told to wait 10-15 mins. Which I was okay with didn't I know it's the holidays and it's busy. So I wait until about 1:30 pm and I ask how much longer, then the lady at the desk says I have to wait a little longer another 10-15 mins. Mind you while I was waiting there was appointments that came in asking for specific people that where taken right away but because I didn't have a preference they weren't taking me in. At that point I was going to be waiting 45 mins when I had an APPOINTMENT!!!! That's insane!! If you don't have the people don't book it! I literally waisted 30 mins of my time just sitting there. I would come here VERY rarely. I don't get my nails done a lot. The first few times I came here, service was great. I'd get gel manicure on my hands and regular polish on my toes. The last time I came here, end of May, I told the lady I wanted gel on my hands, &regular pedicure. NO gel. But she wouldn't take no for an answer. She INSISTED Gel on my toes. I DO NOT like gel on my toes. Again. I do not get my nails done regularly. If I need to take the polish off, obviously gel is more harsh. I chose white nail polish for my pedicure. It's now SEPTEMBER. and my toes look TERRIBLE. the gel or their tubs must have either given me fungi or something. I BARELY took the gel polish off my toes a week ago, I thought it was polish still on my toe, but looking closer, it's UNDER the nail. I told this lady, wish I could remember her name, I did NOT WANT GEL ON MY TOES. yet she forced me to get them. Yes. I am one of those that will just stay quiet after I already told them what I expected. She wouldn't take no for an answer. I'm never going back here. Seriously one bad experience & you lost my business. Also when I went, I took my mom with me, and she told me a month or so ago, she thinks she got fungus under her nail. My polish was still hanging on, so I just assumed she had a dirty tub when we got our pedi. I'd say look elsewhere to get your toes done. Update: In reply to the owner's comment: I have the SAME polish on because I do not get my toes done regularly. And obviously GEL does NOT come off with simple nail polish remover.
