She has such incredible attention to detail, takes her time with every service, and always makes sure my toes look perfect. A lady name Lily was awful and rude. She rushed me into picking a color and was rough the whole time. She was not listening to what I was asking because she was too busy talking to other lady. She literally took less than a half an hour to do my fill!. I wanted longer nails and got absolutely the opposite. She was arguing with me about her poor sloppy service and just rambling on yelling blaming everyone else for her unsatisfactory work. I had to ask her to stop talking. RUDE!! And this was $45??!! My nail shop closed down after 10 years they moved out of state. I've been to the mall but don't like how busy it is all the time. Getting my nails done is a relaxing time for me. I love this shop. Parking is an absolute nightmare. If you're going to come here be prepared to leave with a migraine. Now if the parking wasn't enough of a problem the service is horrible. The first time I came Yeni did my pedicure and it was a great experience. She took her time and my toes were perfect. I came in this week and a man did my toes. Even after telling him to clean up the edges he did not. I got home and looked at my toes to see that not only did he not remove my ingrown nail but he didn't shape my toes. He cut them and slapped some gel over them. The gel was also poorly done. I called and asked them to fix it and I was told to go back only to have them tell me they didn't have the time. When I asked for a refund the suddenly had the time to fix it. When I finally get in chair the man has the audacity to argue with me. She treated me less than human, ignored me, didn't look at me until she was almost done then she asked me a question and I answered, she said a few nice words, but I felt her behavior was rude 99% of my time with her. The nails were beautiful. I asked for her name and gave her the tip I always give a technician, she gave me her card and phone number and was very friendly after that. I won't be requesting her. My gel polish chipped after 1 week. They won't re do gel polish if it chips. I've never had issues with gel polish chipping. That's why I pay extra instead of getting regular polish. Maybe I'm just used to better quality polish being used. I would not recommend! read more

This has been my go-to nail salon for over 7 years. If you're complaining about gel lifting off, please consider your job and your own nails. I can't get gel because it ALWAYS lifts of pretty quickly. It's not the salon's fault. My nails don't even hold regular polish. All of my friends that I have brought here have not had problems with gel lifting off. I have never been disappointed by this place. I always come and get a spa pedicure and it is totally worth the price. Also they give a great manicure. This is the type of place you come and relax with a spa pedicure. When I let them know that they forgot to do some of the treatments they said they couldn't decrease the price and INSISTED that I pay full price and the next time I come in they would do the service.
