I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I brought my daughter in to get her nails done, GelX french tip, and instead of it being an enjoyable mother-daughter experience, I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. From the beginning, I felt judged and questioned simply because I did not want long nails for my daughter. As her mother, I should be able to choose an age-appropriate length for her without being made to feel like I am doing something wrong. The repeated comments in a different language and uncomfortable looks between the employees towards us were unnecessary and made the entire experience uncomfortable. On top of the poor customer service, I was also disappointed with the quality of the nails. If I am paying for a professional service, I expect both quality work and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this experience was not what I expected, and I will not be returning. A nail appointment--especially one with your daughter--should be fun and relaxing, not an experience where you leave feeling judged and frustrated. read more

The people were nice but I asked for gel for my fingers the gel did not last long max 2 weeks. They peeled so easily I was just trying to button a shirt and it peeled off. Once I peeled them all off they were all super thin I could see right through it no wonder why it didn't last. just wanted to update my review. I no longer will be back.. When I walked in, I asked the lady at the front if they know how to do 3d gel and showed them my reference picture.. she said yes of course they can do it, I would've settled with plain nails if she said no. Well I attached the picture of there work to my review lol, nothing like what I requested and the lady who did it was struggling doing the flower. Then I noticed the lady was using a used nail file and a used nail drill bit on me. I got alarmed by that because that's very unsanitary. Once I realized it was used, I looked at all the tools from all the nail techs around me and saw they're not in those sanitized bags that nail salons normally use. Instead, I saw all the tools mixed together laying in the carts they use! Luckily I didn't get an infection. This is why I stick to nail techs I find on social media, they actually care about sanitation. Another note- The lady at the front my previous time did come to me to write a review so that's why I made a review to begin with. All the other 5 stars might be due to the same reason. read more

I recently visited this salon in person, as I was at business next door, to merely inquire about their services offered and cost. The manager/shop owner was so pushy and rude, and kept interrupting me asking, "which do you want?", and kept pointing at the various offerings on the paper she kept waving in front of my face. I looked at her, and said, "I don't see good manners on the menu." I then turned around and walked out the door. HONEST REVIEW This was first time here, I haven't found 'my' salon spot yet. Staff is friendly, salon seems clean. I called ahead to see if they had availability, and I arrived 10 minutes afterwards. I was only going in to get a pedicure, and they offered a manicure that they can do at the same time. My service began at around 5:55pm and I left 7:05pm. My total for a gel French tip manicure and pedicure was $104.00. My only complaint is my service was completely rushed. I pretty much saw their whole closing routine and every one working there was WAITING by the door for the other ladies working on me to finish. They turned off the tv the lights ... They also asked for my payment when they were still working on my nails ALSO .. No lotion, no hot towel, I still feel the callouses on the back of my heels which I hate! Mind you my feet are not that bad on callouses! I'm not completely happy for the amount I paid for the service I received. I pay pretty close attention to detail and my nails are OK. After the gel and clear coat she over- filed my real nails .. it was fine! By Over-filing the nails - didn't dust off my hands and puts oil over them so my hands were full of oil with the crummies of the nails from overfiling. So with that - 1 time is okay I don't think I'll come back here not for the price and quality of work. Staff wasn't rude, that's why 3 star read more
