Update on my service: Unfortunately I can't recommend them. I just need to post this as a warning. While the business did the right thing, I think consumers need to know their business practices before entering into a contract. First service....deep discount on Botox on fillers....who doesn't love that? Business advertises significant monetary discount for a 5 star review on Yelp! (Yikes) Hydrofacials. Underwhelming for me. But I'm the type who washes my face with Dial Soap and has no issues. Before the business responds about my need for Botox: I have Multiple Sclerosis, migraines, and "ice pick" headaches (Look it up). Botox is a treatment for it and I sought treatment outside of Kaiser for it. Yes, in addition I had a minor lip filler done. My issue has to do with the front desk staff and their appointments. They were booked without consent, confirmed without confirmation (despite having COVID, major surgery, etc), and fined and nasty emails were sent. While everything was resolved, it left a HORRIBLE feeling for me and every time I walk past that establishment I can't help but remember when I was in a horrible situation how the front desk staff treated me. I was willing to pay my monthly membership dues and they treated me like trash. I only asked to be let out of my contract when it was due to expire. At one point I could barely stand due to surgery and they were calling and harassing me. It was absolutely absurd. I don't recommend the way they conduct their memberships. I do however highly recommend their estheticians and physician staff. But their business practices will be their downfall. I'll never forget the way they treated me. read more

Last Monday (9/28), I had the pleasure of being one of the first clients at this new medical spa. The place is located in the Dos Lagos Shop with ample parking in front. It was immaculate and beautifully set up. There are many things that sets it apart from other medical spas that I have visited. First, you are greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff members. No one was pushy or made you feel as if they were sales people. Dr. Heidi Choi was very personable and made me feel very comfortable from the start. She exudes confidence and experience while talking to you. Second of all, they offer some great lines of service including the latest the Evolve machine which does toning, trimming, and tightening. I also got a hydro facial by Sarah and my face never felt cleaner. My wife and I both did a session on the Evolve for toning. Very cool and innovative way to get your body the way you want it. Finally, with the whole Covid situation going on, I felt very safe here. They have a temp scanner upon entry. Every inch of the spa felt clean. Everyone was very careful and used precautions throughout. After my visit, I was also shown the client portal. It was really simple and allowed me to see my visit history and make appointments. This is a fantastic tool and adds to the experience. All in all, I had a great experience at this Med spa and would highly recommend it. read more
