Hello, I hate giving such a bad review, but I was shocked with my experience. I was referred to this doctor by a friend. She loves him and refers all her friends to him. I have had botox before at a different location. I know how botox should feel. July 11th- Botox - Exactly 3 weeks later 1st impressions: Office is nice. Receptionist and Office manager ( doctors wife) were VERY nice. The doctor was also great. Conversations were good and had a very pleasant time waiting for the procedure. However, once the procedure started it was very strange. Again, I have had botox done before. The place I went to did not need a nurse or anyone distracting the patient. They said it helped distract and not think about the pain. This was weird because again I have had it done before and there was little to very low pain. I figured it wasn't going to be a problem. Holy heck! It was SO PAINFUL. SO PAINFUL! It felt like he was hitting bone or something. My hands started tingling, they had to position my chair where my head was down and my feet were up. I never experienced this before. I even commented and said " this pain is unbelievable. This isn't what I went through before". That pain was too much. Results- They are ok. I explained that I didn't want my forehead to feel heavy and I didn't want my brows to drop. They did. Not too bad, but they did. It's not a bad result. It was less botox then he recommended. I'm just stuck on the crazy pain. Plus above my eyebrows is still sensitive after 3 weeks. They did tell me if I'm not happy I can come back in. I didn't let them fix anything because I didn't want that pain again. Maybe this was just my experience. I don't know why it was so bad. read more

I just finished an appointment and really appreciate the customer service provided at this office. Everyone, from Jasmine to the doctor, is friendly and committed to client satisfaction. My calls are always returned, appointments are easy to schedule, and wait time is minimal to none. I've gotten botox to my forehead done here several times. They are cautious so as to prevent eyebrow droop. For me that has meant that my lower forehead wrinkles are not fully addressed the first time, so I have had to make a follow ups to have it treated. Today's follow up was gifted, which I greatly appreciate, as Allē points are harder to come by and also considering the time taken to make another drive and visit here. As this was the second time this has occurred, they've made notes for the future that my forehead can handle their approach. Inconvenient, but better safe than droopy. I've had botox done at another medspa in the area, with lackluster results and without the customer service and attention to detail that is provided here. I'm glad I've found my spot! This is my FIRST time doing any type of cosmetic procedure to my face. So, you can imagine how nervous I was. I've always wanted to add volume to my lips so I scheduled an appt over the phone with Sue, who was just so helpful and attentive over the phone. Now after spending all that money to do this, I have to spend more to remove it so I'm balanced. My lip is still swollen on one side. I'm so upset at my disfigurement and waste of money.
