Mayra is at the front desk and has been the sweetest, most helpful person for setting up appointments and just to chat with. She's so incredibly down to earth and friendly. She also has great recommendations for products! The medical assistant Yoseli has helped me every time to get comfortable in the treatment room and has asked me about all my concerns with compassion and patience. She has a great smile that would brighten anyone's day! I have been helped by almost everyone here, and every single person has been awesome. I came one day for a Diamond Glow facial and was helped by Vanessa. She's so kind, and really takes the time to help you figure out what your concerns are and how to accomplish your goals. The facial was so relaxing, and she makes the environment calming and safe, I almost fell asleep! For all of my actives and injections, I see Jessica. Jessica will forever be my go-to person. Since she's a nurse practitioner, not only does she have the knowledge about everything skin related and medical, but she has that compassion that is ingrained in all nurses. She has transformed me, it is absolutely shocking the difference she has made in me. Not only has she helped me achieve my skin goals, but she has also helped instill in me the confidence that I have been chasing for years in myself. Every single person here has helped transform me into the most beautiful version of myself, and I am forever grateful to all of the staff here. It actually wasn't until I wrote this review when I saw my before and after pictures that I really saw what a difference the products and care have done for me. I have been through it. I appreciated that they had appointments available within a reasonable time frame and that they were open on Saturday. The skin check itself was simple. Everyone working here is very kind. I love the Derm Bar! This is going to be a long story, so bear with me. I've had issues with…read morerosacea and eczema for years and tried countless treatments, but nothing seemed to work. My regular MD prescribed a topical cream that helped with the flare-ups, flaking, and scaling, though it didn't eliminate or reduce the redness. I was content with the results until I lost the cream during a vacation. When I returned, my face was extremely itchy and almost purple. My doctor prescribed the cream again, and I was ready to fix the issue. Around the same time, my kids needed to see a dermatologist for their warts, which is how I discovered The Derm Bar. When Britney was helping my kids, she noticed my face and immediately wanted to help. She asked about my current treatment, not in a pushy way, but out of genuine concern. It turned out that the cream my doctor prescribed was a steroid, which had long-term repercussions and had caused my face to become dependent on it, hence the flare up when I lost it. Britney advised me to wean off the steroid and scheduled an appointment for me. She put me on a regimen of morning and evening creams and some medications to restore my skin's health. After a few weeks, my skin had significantly improved with just the creams--no more flakiness, itchiness, scaling, or burning. Britney also recommended a laser treatment, which has noticeably reduced the redness. The red nodules near my nostrils disappeared with just one zap. I'll be posting some pictures to show my progress. I can't express how wonderful my experience has been. The office and staff are incredibly friendly and great. Thanks to their services, I can now walk outside with just a tinted moisturizer and not feel embarrassed. It's truly been a life changer.

What made it even more frustrating was having morning appointments and arriving on time, only to find out that the person performing my treatment had not even arrived yet because they were running late. I completely understand that businesses can fall behind occasionally. However, when this happens consistently over nine separate visits, it is no longer an occasional delay it shows a complete lack of respect for clients' time. If you require clients to schedule appointments and expect them to arrive on time, that same level of consideration should be given to their time as well.
