Hello Greg, I really don't want to think about my experience with this office anymore, but I must respond to the misinformation you wrote in your reply. What record are you trying to set straight exactly? And why did you wait 19 days. I really don't see where you have set anything straight. I think you replied in response to the letter I sent to your office. 1. I never said, "wow, you have spent 5 times longer than any other provider has ever spent with me in my whole life!" You made it up. If I was wowed at Mr. Popzit Dermatology, It wouldn't make sense for me to post a negative review. 2. You were not kind or compassionate towards me. I needed pain relief. You told me that my pain was from scratching itches. I told you that I wasn't itching, just in pain. You argued with me and said that I was incorrect. It is not compassionate to argue with someone about the way they feel. 3. The Labcorp biopsy report of the specimen submitted matched exactly with my description of my condition. They carried down your misdiagnosis for billing purposes. I confirmed this with the lab. But you are getting awfully close to that HIPAA line by talking about my health, if you haven't crossed it already. 4. I DID NOT get the same misdiagnosis from any other provider. And you are the only one that did a biopsy. I have no doubt that you remember this fact. So you are wrong to be "comforted" by saying that your misdiagnosis matched another provider. 5. You said that I thought I had a condition that does not exist. My condition existed whether you recognized it or not. You would never let me fully describe my condition by consistently interrupting me. 6. Your misdiagnosis was not unsettling or stressful. It just didn't help me because it was incorrect. I was sorry that I had driven so far to be treated so rudely. 7. MPZ Dermatology not being a "good fit" for me is correct because I don't like going to providers that don't listen to me and try to understand what I am going through. I do not respect your medical knowledge, but I must admit that you are a social media expert. I wonder why my first review was removed? I would really like to know if you got all these things wrong on purpose or because of carelessness. read more

Had a procedure done here yesterday with Greg Lynch, PA-C. I have Kaiser insurance, but I elected to do cash pay with Greg. Cash pay was reasonably priced. I figured it would be worth it since my sister had a similar procedure done here, and also I've probably seen all of his YouTube videos at this point. Greg explained the procedure thoroughly. Answered all my questions. Checked in on my pain level throughout the procedure. Location was easy to find, ample parking, beautiful views from the room where I had my procedure done. Staff was very polite and professional. I would definitely come back should I need anything else done even if I do have to pay cash. read more

I recently had a lipoma from my back removed. Greg had been monitoring it the last 2 years & after it grew it was time to get it removed. I was very nervous, but Greg and his staff made me feel calm & comfortable. He checked on me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable & not in pain & gave more lidocaine when needed. Greg is the best dermatologist PA I have ever seen. I have been going to him for over a year. I had pretty bad/rare type of cystic acne and he helped my skin significantly when other dermatologists couldn't or even dismissed me and said "there was nothing they could do" and recommended unnecessary procedures and medication. I went to probably over a handful of dermatologist and they don't even compare to Greg. He has great instincts and tons of experience that help him think outside the box, which a lot of other dermatologist I've seen don't do. He is a great listener, patient, and will explain everything in great detail. He is also more than happy to jump on a quick call if any questions come up. Dr. Lynch is fantastic! His office is nice and clean. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. He went above and beyond to treat my son's acne due to hormones, and playing hockey. He's treated me for moles, skin tag removal, Botox, laser skin resurfacing, and recently he discovered a growth on my ear that was Basal Cell Carcinoma. Dr. Lynch went out of his way to find a doctor near me who could do Mohs surgery to remove the skin cancer. Dr Lynch called ahead of time and sent over all the information they needed to treat me. I had an appt with PA Greg Lynch this week and WOW!!! After a few less than stellar appointments with another dermatology office, we decided to give MPZ a try even though they are a newer clinic. Office manager, Natalie had a professional yet calming tone to her voice. I recently got my health care coverage back and had been dealing with flare ups of eczema that at times progressed to intense itching that I had become sleep deprived. When Greg Lynch, PA C walked into the room with a big, bright smile he began interviewing me and assessing my condition in a very unassuming manner. We decided that a biopsy and allergy labwork would be the best route to create a focused treatment plan.
