From some near rancho cucamonga to west covina/pomona and ontario, but this one remains one of the best one and it happens to be closest to home. The masseuses are mostly female from what I've seen and they speak Chinese and english! They let you choose what pressure you want from light, medium, and hard. Of course you can ask for more or less strength during the massage and they encourage it! They checked in on me during the massage to see if I was okay with the pressure and despite it being abit too hard i loved it because i wanted to become a flexible noodle afterwards so i asked them to carry on and they did. My bf got medium and thought it was the perfect amount of pressure BUT he wished they focused on his legs more than his back. So after the AMAZING session we asked if it's possible next time to request to focus on one part more than the other and they said YES OFC! Enthusiastically. The owner puts up Groupons for people to purchase but then refuses to actually book appointments. She said they only take walk-ins for Groupon customers, and if she's busy, she just won't take you. When I asked, "Okay, so when are you available?" her answer was basically, "We're never available right now." I then asked, "So how am I supposed to use my Groupon?" and she told me to just keep coming by every day until she decides she has time. That has to be a joke. So according to her, I'm supposed to waste my time and gas driving there day after day on the off chance she might feel like honoring something I already paid for. When I told her this felt like a scam - selling Groupons that customers can't realistically use - she didn't seem to care at all. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. There are plenty of other places that actually respect customers and honor what they advertise. This one is absolutely not worth it.

Purchased the usual Groupon offer and made an appointment via text message. We purchased a couple…read moremassage and confirmed a 3:00pm appointment. When we arrived, the receptionist claimed we didn't have an appointment. We showed her the text exchange and she confirmed the phone number. We also showed her proof of purchasing the Groupon. At this time, she suggests that we purchase another couples treatment in store. We declined, as we had already purchased a treatment. She then called the manager and asked that we speak with them. The manager then explained that they are not accepting the Groupons because the price is different when you purchase in store.... I'm sorry, but isn't that the point of a Groupon? Furthermore, one of the staff members confirmed the appointment and it's never been an issue before. I understand the price difference, however if you offer a Groupon for customers to buy, that should be honored. If not, remove the ad/Groupon from the website. Personally I feel as though they wanted to buy a whole new service in store rather than accept what we already purchased. Needless to say, I won't be returning. So, just as a heads up, don't purchase their Groupon. It won't be accepted.
