I have chronic muscle tightness from years of bad posture and general sedentary lifestyle. I feel bad for Sandy since helping me recover is generally a workout (feedback from all my wellness providers haha). Sandy is very communicative, attentive and flexible in her scheduling. More importantly, she knows what she's doing, relieves tension in the right spots, pleasant to be around and will make you feel better. Even though I'm used to a male therapist, that has nothing to do with the actual massage I received. It was awful. Sheets felt gross & the space was far from clean. I'm more upset that I didn't trust my gut and leave right after I walked in. I would suggest you go in person before you book a massage. If the lack of cleanliness doesn't bother you, go for it.
