My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage and while the massage itself was okay, the ending completely ruined the experience. As we were leaving, one of the staff members stopped us at the door repeatedly saying "tip, tip," which made us very uncomfortable. After we left a tip, she would not allow us to leave until she received the notification on her phone confirming it went through. Tipping should always be optional and never pressured. Being stopped at the exit and made to wait for confirmation felt unprofessional and awkward, especially after what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I understand tipping culture, but this approach was inappropriate and took away from what should have been a positive visit. I hope management addresses this so future guests don't feel put on the spot the way we did. read more

Asked repeatedly to soften pressure, I now have a long bruised and swollen upper spine due to the overly intense pressure applied when massaging me! My partner is very sore on the spine as well. Woke up with a stiff neck/back. Horrible pain and couldn't move. After stretching all morning to get a tad mobile, found this spot on Groupon and they had availability that hour. Came in, clean and quiet, friendly staff, and was immediately taken to the room, and boy must I tell you, I wasn't expecting an unrealistic amount of relief but they were able to get me back to about 75-80% mobility. And I am beyond thankful! I walked out normally as opposed to walking in, right arm tucked to my side like a wing. I will be coming back and highly recommend. Went for their Scalp Massage, was happy they were able to get me an appointment right away which I appreciated. I can only comment on the facility- as I ended up leaving and didn't get the scalp treatment. My appointment was set for 1- but when I arrived she said she wouldn't be able to see me until 2pm. I decided to wait- so she took me to the room. A few things- it smelled super weird in the whole place!! Not a good smell.. almost like a pet store smell. The lobby has their message tables and chairs out in the open (in case you want a massage) - the whole place is SUPER bright! Not at all a "spa" setting or relaxing environment. They had "spa" music playing but very low, you could hardly hear it. I was hoping the scalp room might be better.. but it wasn't. It had 2 beds so not a private room. It was also super bright and not a relaxing environment.. also smelled weird in there. I could see some of the products they use, and from what I could tell it was cheap products- like Walmart products. After a while I realized for my money.. I wanted something a little more professional and a more relaxing and nice environment. So I left. I don't know if the scalp treatment would have been good! But the whole place and vibe is just not relaxing or nice. So if you don't care about what the ambiance is like it might be for you. read more
