The ladies hair is super sweet, and I can't say that I really had a bad experience whenever I have come here. I always get the threading and occasionally get the henna brow as it looks really nice and definitely saves me time in the morning when getting ready! I think the threading with the Hannah is a little on the pricey side, considering that henna only last about a week (which is why I don't get it often). The threading is always clean and I'm always seated quickly, which is perfect since I come on my lunch breaks! read more

First time here and I can say that I have had a pleasant experience. Based of previous reviews, I requested to have Sonia (chair #2). There was a short 5 min wait considering Sonia already had a client; however there were two other kind ladies (chair #3 & 4), ready to take clients as they came. I love how my brows came out and throughout the process Sonia kept asking if I was ok. She was very accommodating and kind. Not sure if she was asking if I was ok because she usually asks her clients or if she could tell I was getting squirmish. I can usually stand the pain and I'm pretty used to it, but I'm not sure if it's the thread they use or whatever..... I was ready to yell out cuss words out loud because it hurt so bad, which is why I gave 4 stars :-( but overall, I would come again when I'm feeling brave lol. read more

Don't proceed to read if you're immature or under the age of 18 lol So I came here today for waxing only, so I can't speak on the threading part although from the reviews it seems like a good spot for that as well. I wanted to do the full bikini Brazilian wax but my stuff wasn't grown out enough to do it. However there was one area that was long enough to wax... My butt crack hairs lol Sonya was very quick and it was super "gentle" compared to other waxing places. Like I was shocked that it didn't hurt much at all. I'm not sure if it was the wax or Sonya's technique but I loved her! I definitely recommend her for waxing. I'll be going back for the whole shebang once my hair is eligible lol and their prices are really good compared to other places! I won't be going anywhere else. I have been coming here for I want to say 5+ years now maybe more. I've been a loyal costumer all thanks to Kailas (chair #2), they all do an amazing job! There has been times I can only make it on days Kailas isn't there (due to my schedule) and I will let the other girls who have been there a long time do my eyebrows, but Kailas is my #1! I've been coming here for over 3 years, Sonia always makes sure to have my brows looking exactly how I want. However, I went in about two days ago and asked for her but they told me she wants there and seat number 4 did my brows instead. I specifically asked for just a clean up but she gave me a whole new shape and made my brow super thin. Prior to this, Sonia had always given me a clean up kept my brows thick because she knows that my eyebrows take a really long time to grow back on certain spots. Untop of all this, I saw Sonia walk out from the back after she had finished her lunch when I was paying. Had they just told me I would have to wait for her I would have waited, I usually would not make a big deal about this, but I did not appreciate how even though I asked for a clean up I was given a whole new shape and it does not suit my face at all. read more

Horrible customer service, very unprofessional. Went during COVID, did not feel safe one bit! Asked the employee to wipe my chair down for eyebrows and she REFUSED, had major attitude problem. Very stingy with taking proper precautions. One of the employee wasn't even cleaning chairs in between clients and another employee was using the same wipe over and over to wipe chairs. When I asked her to use a new wipe to clean the chair she had a huge attitude. Do not recommended. Very unhygienic. Poor customer service. Extremely unfriendly. Don't feel safe. Also charge extra $1 for using credit card. read more
