Took off front of the brow on just this one

Can be a hit or miss no matter who you get but very good customer service. Today they came out thin and uneven, they took off the front of only one brow which was disappointing. Next time I'll let them know not to touch that part.

First time here I'm picky on who I let thread my eyebrows so it took me awhile to find someone I like but Sonia did an amazing job and exactly how I wanted she made them even as well since mine grow in uneven and she was super sweet and nice.

Left my eyebrows so bad with bald spots & rushed in my service just because the other client wanted the same girl as me don't recommend!

Honestly I went in there thinking they would do a decent job but came out with bad spots on my eyebrows rushed my service and still left me with a bunch of hairs around my eyebrows from recommend!!

I've been coming here for years for Sonia (chair 1) and Kailas (chair 2). Sonia started cutting too much of my brow off and it would be uneven. So I decided to try chair 2 and my eyebrows were uneven again. Won't be returning after more than 5 years of being a loyal customer to them.

Got my eyebrows done today with my daughter. We actually like coming here and this was the first bad experience we've had. I just wanted a clean up.i got two different eyebrows in the end. When the lady at booth 4 asked me if I liked them I told her one was different and thinner. And she argued with me that they were the same. She said she coul make the other one thinner but then it wouldn't match the other one. Now im walking around looking like Frankensteins monsters. Very sad and disappointed

This is probably one of the best places to get your eyebrows threaded. Most of the times the work is very good. They manage to shape my patchy eyebrows very well. Prices are very low and the ladies are pleasant. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. Will continue coming here and recommend it.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Been getting my eyebrows threaded for 9 years now so I've been to dozens of places and for the last 4 years this place has been my favorite, i will commute from riverside, Orange County, LA, I don't care, I always look so clean after and sharp when I leave here. read more

I go every other month or so to get my eyebrows threaded (I'm trying to grow them out so I avoid touching them as much as possible haha). Anyways they always remember me and they always remember what I want for my eyebrows so they just get it down quickly and efficiently and always do a great job! Love love love this place for helping me fix my brows read more

Sonya was really generous and had soft hands , she did my eyebrows just the way I asked for them to be . This place never disappoints and I'm always happy when I leave after getting my eyebrows threaded ! Great little salon. Go to get my eyebrows done once a month and won't go anywhere else! The first time I went, chair 3 offered me an eyebrow mapping because they had been super overgrown and after she was done they looked so good! She does them the same every time and I always leave surprised at how they make my whole face look cleaner and lifted! Love this place and Chair 3!! read more

I've been coming here since they opened. I became allergic to wax and decided I'd give threading a try since I hated tweezing them myself. I've had them done by 3 of the stylists there but Kailas has always been my preferred stylist. I don't have much to work with and she manages to give my brows some shape. Very friendly and welcoming staff, all the ladies in my family come here. We absolutely love them! We have family from Moreno Valley come here and get their eyebrows done. I've also had facials and henna tattoos done here and my experiences with those were also great! read more

I am very disappointed!! I went to get my eyebrows done today and i haven't in a long time bc someone will tend to thin them out and that's exactly what they did here! Next to Wal Mart shopping center. I've been looking for a good eyebrow threading business for the last six months because I'm always loyal to whoever I start with. In response to your comment Bipkin, show my photo to your employees and they will immediately recognize me. I have been coming in every two weeks for over 2 years. And for you to accuse me of trying to badmouth your business for the benefit of your competitors is terrible and couldn't be more wrong. Just take my review into account and fix things at your business. Have a good one! Original updated review: I had been coming to this threading salon for years...and about a month ago I went in and sat at chair #4. I had been going through a lot at the time and I had gained a few pounds. The ladies at #4 and #1 (don't know how to spell their names) both openly commented on my weight gain and #1 asked me how many months I was. I was very insulted and it kept me from wanting to ever return. Which is unfortunate because they do an amazing job and I love #2. Your employees should learn some boundaries on what they can and cannot say to customers, because you have lost my business. read more

I have been wanting to get my face done since JUNE. I go to UCLA and everything out there is stupidly expensive and hard to get to, so I made it a goal to get something done here back home. I was looking up places on yelp because threading can always go wrong and I saw that this place had great reviews (I don't see a single bad one). I called about their $13 special and it was still going, so I drove over. $13 for your eyebrows, lip, AND chin. That's insane. It's $11 just for eyebrows at UCLA. I have never threaded my chin or lip before and only had my eyebrows done once. Someone else said that the lip part does sting a bit, which was true for me. I didn't realize I had teared until the lady was wiping little ones away. She was extremely nice and it was a quick and much less painful experience than I expected. The one other time I had my eyebrows done, my forehead was red for a while. It's barely noticeable. She was very gentle and used a nice lotion afterwards. I will definitely be coming back here again when I'm home and need a fixing. My eyebrows had fine hairs growing up my forehead, my lip had more hair than I thought, and I didn't even know I had chin hair that far down. The lady got everything in the area, not just the obvious hairs. It looks very smooth and I am very satisfied. I really recommend the place. It was hard to find and looks like a hole in the wall, but it's nice. Edit: I had red bumps that turned white that showed up a few days after :/ still going to go back and see what happens. read more

Been coming here for about three months and was pretty satisfied with the service and work they provided here. BUT on my most recent visit, I was sat at station 4. I simply asked for a clean up since I am a male and just like the clean look. After I looked up to see the finish product, I was so scared because the right side was so much more arched that the left. Then she said she could even them out. She made them both thinner but STILL uneven. Now I was really freaking out. She tried once again but after I said it was fine because I didn't want to loose my eyebrows completely. Not sure if this happening is normal but now I'm kinda scared to go again, even somewhere else.... read more

I never write reviews on yelp... but I had to for this place. I was greeted right when I walked in and because there was only one other person there, I got seated right away. The lady that helped me, didnt catch her name, she is amazing! She explained what she was going to do and asked if I was okay with it. She talked to me during the process and even made small talk, getting to know me. I've been to other places and this has to be the nicest, fastest, and best threading place I've been to. I was only going to get my eyebrows done, but she convinced me to do my upper lip too. Great place! They've found a regular :) read more

Just got my first ever Brazilian done here today! I'm half-Persian, so I think I'm a lot hairier than most ladies. I was very shy and self-conscious of getting the Brazilian, but the nice lady from the third station started me off with a bikini wax last week. Because I felt so comfortable with her, I decided to go ahead and try the Brazilian today (as nervous as I was) while in to get my eyebrows threaded (have been coming here for a few weeks now and I love my eyebrows!) Again, I think it may have been more painful for me because of my Persian genes, but the lady that helped me today was as gentle as possible and helped me relax and pull through. I felt so bad too because I did cry at the most painful part, and I think the other ladies in the salon could hear me. Overall grateful for the service I got here and will be coming back again! The ladies here have always have been friendly and welcoming. read more

There's a reason this place has 5 stars! I have never found a place that does my eyebrows this great. My eyebrows were previously just done by me (plucked) to clean up and I would go to nail shops and get them waxed. This place was able to correct my eyebrows to look just the way I wanted them. It took about two months to have them grow out and fill in some spots so every time I went they got better and better. My favorite is chair 2. I started with her and she just always gets it perfect for me. I recommend this place to anyone looking to maintain their brows or if you need help re-shaping ...these ladies know eyebrows and will take care of you! read more

Beyond satisfied! I wanted to try a new eyebrow place that's closer to where I live, and I always see Aayna's Threading whenever I drive by because it's just down the street from my home and I was always curious. So I finally decided to come in, and I'm so glad I did! I was nervous about finding a new eyebrow artist, but I was very pleasantly surprised that I hit the jackpot on my first visit! Came in for the first time and the eyebrow artist knew exactly what I needed without having to tell her. She was very quick and efficient and I was truly satisified. The prices are very reasonable! I came in for one service, but once I saw the price of another service I wanted, I decided to get both! It's very spacious and clean, and the workers are very nice. This is now my go-to threading salon in Corona! I've been to the salons closer to my home but the customer service and results here are much better in comparison. Everyone greets you with a smile, so you feel welcomed instantly. I have had a different person work on my eyebrows each visit and they are all wonderfully talented and polite. I've been coming here for years!!!I love the staff, they have the best customer service ever! They do amazing job! I live very near by but even if it was further, it is definently worth the drive. Sonia does my eyebrows, but the other ladies are just as great! If you're looking for an eyebrow spot, this is the place to go! Best place ever!. I went Into Aayna Threading Salon Around 1:30PM I usually go to get eyebrows threaded and upper lip waxed.. this has never happened to me until today. Right after I got my upper lip waxed this happened. The lady I had was going super rough too. I'm never going back to this place again, now I have to walk around with this on my upper lip. Also even if I made a complaint they would do nothing about it!! Unbelievable and very upsetting. read more

This review is from my service today 3-23-16. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and I always go to the same two ladies the 2 Middle chairs. They weren't there today so I got recommended to go to the girl closest to the wall she doesn't know what she's doing! So my advice to anyone who decides to come to this shop is to go to who you know! I recommend the two chairs in the middle they know what they're doing they are experienced and they will not mess up your eyebrows. Maybe I got too upset but I'm the one who has to walk around like this until my brows grow back properly. My 2 middle chair ladies get 5 STARS. The girl at the end by the wall NO STARS! Shali, Kayla or Sonia. Sonia fixed my eyebrows the best she could before I left. I couldn't stop crying so she didn't even make me pay. I have to think about coming back. It's so hard finding the right person. read more

Brought my sisters with me kinda nervous at first but seeing lots of good reviews I had to come and see for myself...I've had several bad threaders who claim there great and do horrible work and ruined my eyebrows but today not only was i impressed but so were my sisters..not only that my eyebrows finally look like how I've been wanting them for the longest time...I love this place I had Riya do my eyebrows and she did a marvelous job will be back soon for a clean up very impressed and prices are fair...love love this place the ladies are super sweet!! read more

I have came here about 3 times already in about the past 5 months. The first time I came I loved it! My brows were perfectly shaped and the clean up was spot on. The second time I came though was horrible, just my luck I got the lady who isn't the most experienced. (#4) After leaving the eyebrow place I regretted even bringing my service here. I was in the area recently so I decided to give it another try, I was also desperate for a clean up. I spotted out the same lady who messed up my eyebrows last time, (#4) I decided not to go with her and requested #2, this time, Kailas. She did such a great job, she deserves 5 stars and beyond. Because of her I will continue to come here. Also, while waiting for Kailas one of #4's customers came back in the same time that I was waiting just to point out that she had messed up. TIP (if it isn't obvious already): Don't go with #4, Request somebody else! read more

It was not gentle, a little rushed even, and the sugar felt cold on my skin. There was a whole lot of powder and she said the sugar was sticking to me and tried with another sugar. After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. My previous experience with sugaring has been great and I was expecting a different outcome, which is why I was disappointed with the results. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. I moved to Eastvale from Orange County. I always trust in Yelp review on average. I have to find my new threading place near by. I keep reading yelp review for all location.my relative took me at this place and told me while we were on the way that they have all employees with experience of more than 15 years in threading as she knows personally. I gamble on her and OMG.. I don't understand why this place has only few yelp review.if yelp allow mo to do it, I might post 100 review for their artist. I have been to this place twice now to get my brows done. Even though they have a bunch of chairs set up when you first come in, I don't think that Anybody ever waited more than about 10 minutes to be helped. The first time that I went in here, the girl that helped me, station 2(her name is Kailas as per stamp card)gave me advice and told me to grow my brows out before I came back so that she could thread them "correctly" and get the arch right when I came in next time. I have never had someone threading my brows offer me advice about how to make them look better, so I was happy to have her helping me out. I went in again last night to get them re-done now that they have been growing out for a few weeks - - I can admit - they were a mess and they were a lot of work. I know it. Kaila took her time and did it exactly the way i want it.she said that she just wanted to make sure she shaped the arch right.... my kinda threading!!! They just start new promo.. Eyebrow,upper lip and chin threading for $13 only..I always give $5 as a tip because their price is very low compared to their service. They look beautiful now and I am so happy that I stopped in.highly recommend this place whoever pick the best service. read more

i just moved in corona couple months ago. i went to one UNKNOWN eyebrow threading next to produce store on 6th street and made my eyebrow so thin and uneven..one of my friend recommend me aayna threading as she go always at that salon for last 3 years so believe in her..and GUESS WHAT!!!!! This place deserves every 5-star rating it has, and more! kailas is the owner, i think(the way she answer every single question so nicely), totally friendly and extremely experienced. My eyebrows are a little thin but she knew exactly what to do with them, evening them out and making them look great now and even better when they fully grow in and she can shape them more. On top of being so inexpensive for the top notch service she provides ($7 for eyebrow and $4 for lip!), there's a punch card so you can get eyebrow threading for FREE after some service( i forgot how many..six or seven). I am owner of Aayna Threading Salon. As we are the HIGHEST rated eyebrow threading salon in Yelp in riverside county, some people are obviously not happy. I got a call from lady( her name start from Y) and mention about bad service and threaten me to post bad review and will defame my salon name in her own group. I just want to let everybody knows about this kind of people who just want to black mail you by defaming your business name or by other way. I agree with the review below that gave booth 4 a low review. I feel as if one of my brows is nicely arched and the other one is flat. Two different shaped eyebrows. Didn't argue in the moment, but also I would like to think people have eyes to notice how different the brows came out. I always get my eyebrows here and I love their work! The only thing is I went a few days ago and one of the younger girls messed up my eyebrows . One is thinner and higher than the other. I usually get Sonia or the 2nd chair . But overall they do nice brows. I just don't like that they have higher the price to $8 and I thought $7 was already expensive .
