I usually never come on here to post reviews but I just couldn't help but to share my experience. I went in for my appointment on Tuesday 5pm and requested a classic set, which I loved ! My eyes got a bit sore after leaving and I didn't think too much of it. The next day I woke up with pain in my right eye and it was super red ( photo below) I still decided to deal with it and just clean it and ice it. I even applied eye drops throughout the day which burned every time. Mind you, I have gotten my lashes done a few times and never had this happen to me. Today Thursday, I called in the morning and let them know that my eye got worse and pain was unbearable. They recommended me to come in which I did on my lunch time. I went in and the lash technician said it was form the "tape" and when I was talking it scratch my eye? I don't understand how that can happen I would have definitely felt that..... then she brought a different technician and she said it was an " allergic reaction" which I has never happen to me before it this was more of a chemical burn then allergic reaction my left eye was fine.... (See video.. nothing wrong with my left eye) I ask for her to remove them and ask for my money back.. she then took 10 mins to talk to the front desk and came back out just to beating around the bush and told me she can't refund me. read more

Thank you Andrea! price was at $114 for lash lift + Tint. Front desk was also sweet and nice to explain things. They don't force you to buy stuff from them so feel free to choose yourself. I bought the Lash food which you use every night to help lashes grow which was $80, I also bought their clear and black mascara; just don't remember the price. But these can only be used after 24H. I went here twice because it's so close to my house but the quality doesn't match the price. First time I went 3 days after my first apt the lashes were severely falling off, they do offer a 4 day refreshment where you can go back at no charge to fix them and they did but just went to do my fill and I am in tears, my eyes hurt and itch so bad and the right eye extensions has almost completely fell off. I don't even want to reach out anymore because I don't want to be that client who bothers too much for it's upsetting that they aren't cheap and their quality just isn't great. read more

Im not really a person to give a review but here it is. I scheduled an appointment a week and half ago for 9am Saturday. Friday night around 8pm i received a text that my schedule is change to 12:30pm. Seriously? I tried to accommodate the new schedule but its impossible since i already planned the day. I called and told them i cant come in with the new schedule and they try to schedule me for another day or else they will charge me with same day cancellation. Which is $50. First its not my fault you guys change my schedule, secondly you cant ask me to reschedule and expect me to give you a date which you didn't give me enough time to think for. Had a wonderful first experience. Good costumer service, clean facility, and relaxing environment (literally feel asleep while getting my lashes done haha). Diana did my lash lift and tint. She was very nice and gentle. I've had issues with itchy and watery eyes at past places because they weren't gentle/careful didn't experience that here at all. But my lashes were a bit more curled rather than lifted (kinda have a kink in them is how they look) (that's the only reason I gave a 4 rather than 5) but I'm sure if I better explain what I want they will be perfect next time (so would recommend being very clear in what you want). I'm so happy with my experience and the music was great it made the time go by fast, Samatha gave me exactly what I asked for in my lashes. She was also very gentle and soft with her hands. Been coming here for a few a few months now. So far so good I have never had glue in my eye or have meet a lash tech that I didn't like. I have also tried different lash types. All have been beautiful and I found less is more. I use to go for the va va boom volume lashes and now I realized that's just too much. With talking to the lash tech describing more of I would like she gave me the best lashes I have ever had. The cons of This place is that they do not play soft relaxing music they play a lot of hits or fast pace music which threw me off at first it took me a bit to get use to it. Now I don't mind it. This place is clean the Techs and front desk are all very sweet and they are always on top of appointments which is what I like. read more

I came to this lash studio hoping to help my small eyelashes with a lift. The person I got to do my lash lift said oh yes I can do your lash lift I have seen and done smaller eyelashes. So I had the lash lift done and guess what it did not work. Me being a professional would have been honest with my client and said you are probably not going to achieve the look you want in order to be honest but I see this company is not only not professional they are not honest. Iv been a client here for two years. Nicole is my go to girl. She is always able to give me the lash look I describe. She is very intricate and gentle, I always fall asleep. I tend to tear up a lot during fills, and no matter how much moisture I have going on the glue always sticks. Her retention is unlike the other artist. Unfortunately when I miss her schedule I see someone else and I always end up going back a week later to Nicole. I try to always tip the best I can when I can afford to tip more I do because she always at the end will really check my lashes and go back and add a few fans where needed. No one else has ever done that. She's also very easy to talk to, and is very relatable and charismatic. Please take good care of Nicole. read more

I'm SUPER picky about my lashes, as I've been getting them done for over 5 years now, and Gloria knows exactly what she is doing and she does it WELL!!! I have gone to a few artists at Dior and the artists are amazing, but of course I have my one artist who is my top choice who I religiously only go to. I picked Selena's Lash because of the great reviews. I had seen so many posts on lash lifts and I had been really wanting one. I don't wear fake lashes but I hate curling them with the curler. So I figured this would substitute that. Well the technician that did mine although was very nice & professional tottally ruined them. This is now the 4th week, I was hoping the lift would wear off by now. They 1st week I got them, they looked burnt and appeared to be tiny. My bottom lashes look longer now. I was able to get a same day appointment with Alysia. The front desk was so sweet and helpful & also recommend their lash serum called lash food. This is comparable to latisse and works amazing my lashes are growing and staying strong even with extensions. Don't even get me started on the retention! I went over 3 weeks with my set still looking full and beautiful. Love my lash sets every time I go here I get cat eye hybrids and Alysia knows exactly how to enhance my eye shape.
