If that isn't a testament in itself than I don't know what is lol Alysia was the technician that got me covered and she did an amazing job! I was hoping this would become my regular studio for lash services, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I am a lash artist and esthetician myself, so I'm very aware of placement, application, and overall technique. That said, I'm not unreasonable - I understand that all artists start somewhere, and studios are often where newer artists gain experience. With that in mind, when I booked my first appointment, I explained my background over the phone and specifically requested to be scheduled with a more experienced artist. I was assured I'd be booked with an Elite artist. After the appointment, I was mostly satisfied with the results, but I did notice some concerns. The mapping made my lashes appear one length across, despite requesting a cat-eye style. I also asked to keep the inner corners light and not fully lashed, since my natural lashes are very thin, but they were lashed anyway. As a result, my inner lashes frequently fell into my eyes, which was irritating, though manageable. When I booked my second fill, I gave the same explanation and was again assured I'd be scheduled with an Elite artist. I reiterated that I typically get a cat-eye style, which the receptionist seemed surprised by - she believed my previous set was a doll eye. This validated my initial concern that styling preferences weren't fully considered during my first appointment. During the second application, I noticed frequent stickies. I felt a lot of pulling and tugging, which caused my eyes to water -something that never happens to me during lash appointments. The following day, my lashes felt unusually heavy. I also noticed the bases were boxy and very close to my lash line, to the point where they poked my eyelids whenever I closed my eyes. Over the next few days, the discomfort increased. I quickly realized multiple natural lashes were stuck together. I could feel tugging at the root, so I carefully removed some of the grown-out lashes myself. I found that 2-3 natural lashes were attached to a single fan, and in some cases, multiple fans were stuck together. The fans looked like they were made with .06-.07mm lashes, which explained why they felt so heavy. Mega Volume fans should be made with .02-.03mm lashes. At that point, I didn't want to risk further damage, so I removed the set entirely and had my lashes done elsewhere. Overall, the in-studio experience itself was pleasant--the staff was kind, the space was clean, and I even fell asleep during both appointments. However, I strongly feel that the standards and expectations for an "Elite" artist need to be reevaluated. After my appointment, I received a text to book my 2-week fill. I shared my concerns and was told I should have reached out within 4 days for adjustments. I was offered 15% off with a different Elite artist, but by then I had already had my lashes redone elsewhere. I explained that I wasn't looking to rebook, just to provide feedback. A week later, I received another call asking if I wanted to schedule a fill. I again explained what had happened and was offered 50% off. During that call, I was told the issues may have been caused by having lashes done elsewhere prior, which wasn't true, as my previous set was done at this studio. That explanation felt dismissive and frustrating. At that point, I made it clear that I didn't plan on booking again. Ultimately, I think this studio has potential and may be suitable for clients who aren't familiar with proper lash application. However, as a lash artist myself, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning unless the artist tier system and quality standards are reassessed.

I can honestly say Alysia is the best lash artist I've ever been to. I've tried multiple places, multiple businesses, and multiple artists over the years, and from the very first appointment with her, I knew I had found my person. I showed her a photo of exactly what I wanted years ago, and she executed it perfectly. She has an incredible eye for detail and artistry, but what really sets her apart is her retention and technique. Whatever products she uses and whatever her process is, it works. My lashes last through showers, the gym, and even saunas. The structure, placement, and durability are unmatched. I've had lash extensions in the past that started falling off drastically after just a few days. With Alysia, that has never been the case. I come in every 2-3 weeks for fills, and even by the time I'm due, my lashes still look good. The retention is hands-down the longest I've ever experienced. On top of her skill, Alysia has such a sweet, calming presence. She's professional, consistent, and genuinely cares about her work. If she's booked, I don't go to anyone else - I just wait until she's available. That alone says everything. She is truly a star in her craft, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality, long-lasting lash extensions done by someone who actually knows what they're doing.

Ashli did my eye lashes 1week ago and eyebrows tint lamination today! I'm absolutely in love with both. My eyelashes are natural, but look full and my eye eyebrow tint lamination made me actually look like I have eyebrows now! She made me look beautiful! Okay so I wasn't gonna write a review but after having my lashes for only a week, I have zero lashes left. It's not the money but the time spent to have these results. I came to this lash studio hoping to help my small eyelashes with a lift. The person I got to do my lash lift said oh yes I can do your lash lift I have seen and done smaller eyelashes. So I had the lash lift done and guess what it did not work. Me being a professional would have been honest with my client and said you are probably not going to achieve the look you want in order to be honest but I see this company is not only not professional they are not honest. Third update , so yes they offered to fix my lashes but I decided not to come back , I recently went to amazing lash studio in eastvale and wow what a complete difference, the girl who did my lashes could see that the previous lash specialist from Selena lash studio (not Kay) she moved ,poorly glued my lashes and some were damaged not only that most of the clusters had fallen out all I will say is that I will never be back if you want quality go to amazing lash studio in eastvale ! Period also I was told I barely had any classics and it looked like they girl tried to shorten her work load by adding more clusters ! tldr; a really solid lash studio with some talented technicians and friendly staff. great policies around scheduling and lash touch-ups. decent prices. I've been going to Selena's for nearly a year now (before the pandemic and now) and I like it! Pros: * communication from the Studio is great! they send appointment reminders, and follow-ups and are proactive about offering earlier times if they become available. * they take note of your specific lash set! this is really what keeps me coming back to Selena's -- no matter what technician I get, they know exactly what I got last time and what I prefer. There's some variation depending on who I get (see cons) but this is something I haven't seen another studio do. It's very customisable - I like natural classic sets with a fan or two at the edges for a subtle cat-eye look (picture below -- OG set by Kay, refill by Alexis, both did a great job) * appointment flexibility: with so many technicians, there's a bunch of times and dates available. I can only do weekends, and I've always been able to book last minute or in advance. * post-lash policy: they offer to do free touch-ups if your lashes don't come out the way you want them (I think it's up to three days after). that's a great policy when you pay so much to look good, and they make it very clear that they offer it by calling or texting to check in after your appointment Cons: * location is not the greatest. While conveniently right off the freeway, it is a bit dodgy looking from just the parking lot. Inside is nicer, though. * variation in quality of lashes: I've rotated through several technicians over the last year or so since I've started going here, and some are better than others (and not necessarily according to the Master/Elite breakdown they have up). This is all preference though - I like a technician who is gentle, very tidy and asks me what I want before just jumping in. I've had great appointments where I've nearly fallen asleep, and other where I was on the edge of my seat. I once came out of my appointment with lash glue flecks on my face and in my hair (nothing damaging, but annoying to scrape off). read more

Sooo , Let me spill the Tea . I absolutely love pampering myself and just like anyone else .. I always want to get my money's worth after coming out of my pocket. What I can say about this establishment is that the Ambiance is amazing . I love the Vibe that was giving off while I was getting my lashes done . However, it took my last tech roughly 3 hours to finish my set.. & laying down flat while pregnant.. Do Not mix!!! Let's talk about prices, I felt that my lashes were Very expensive to only have last me 3 days . On Day for it looked as if I wore my lashes for at least a month . I believe that I paid 169.99. I do like how the establishment provides a complimentary lash touch up . But if you are traveling from Perris like I am & a mommy of three .. who has time to go back after 3 Days .. I was able to get a same day appointment with Alysia. The front desk was so sweet and helpful & also recommend their lash serum called lash food. This is comparable to latisse and works amazing my lashes are growing and staying strong even with extensions. Don't even get me started on the retention! I went over 3 weeks with my set still looking full and beautiful. Love my lash sets every time I go here I get cat eye hybrids and Alysia knows exactly how to enhance my eye shape. I give them 4 stars because when I left this place two of my inner lashes were already falling out and they still are I just have to keep putting it back in place all the time. Other than that they are very friendly. I think it's a little overpriced I payed $140 + tip. Ive been getting lash extensions for a few years now, and have been through 3 different lash ladies. I found Selena's/Dior lash studio online. I read reviews about Diana and booked her at the beginning of February a few years ago and I'm So glad I made that choice. I'm still her returning customer. Diana is hands down the BEST I've been to! She's very professional, friendly, sweet, and very gentle. She makes sure you're comfortable before she even starts her work. She communicates with you about everything she's doing. She even accommodates my back issues and remembers to raise the bed for me before I get off. Every Single visit! I'm 150% Satisfied and have been going back for fills every two weeks, but I really don't need a fill that soon. The lashes stay on, they look very professional and I get so many compliments! Her fans are gorgeous, retention is long, work is consistent, and you can tell she really takes pride in her work. I'm posting a couple pictures from our appointment today. Thought it would be cool to give a review after I've been going for a while! I started going to Selena's lash studio for lash lifts! My favorite lash person is Gloria, she always gives me the result I want where they are super long and pretty. The front desk ladies are also really nice and let me know ahead of time whenever I have an appointment coming up! There was one time where my stylist didn't want to do my lashes because they weren't ready yet (lashes weren't fully grown out) which I actually really appreciated since it showed the place actually cares about the outcome of their lashes and isn't just in it for the money! I've never had my lashes done professionally before and my experience here was really nice. The employees were very comforting and polite. Everyone wore masks and were socially distanced. I had received a lash lift, and my tech was very informative and her work was beautiful. My only note was that they had said to wait in my car and they said they will call me in when my tech was ready, but never called me. I was waiting for 45 minutes before I decided to walk in and ask. They mentioned someone must have forgotten. Overall, I was really happy with the results of my lashes. If you're looking for a good quality place to get a lash lift done, I definitely recommend. They send out booking reminders, overall a good experience the few times I have been there. The first set of lashes I got had great retention, but on my second round, classic fill, after one week I had significant gaping in my extensions & had to get a one week fill (which cost me an additional $29.99, when just 7 days prior I had spent $59.99) so I'm hoping that was just a one time, flukey kinda thing. The only con for me were that they didn't offer a complimentary spooly or lash wand to brush out lashes afterwards. But I recommend this establishment and see myself continuing to go here. read more

This salon was a life saver!!! I had a botched lash lift done at a lash lounge at the crossings in corona. My lashes were overprocessed by the other salon, and they were crimped, curled back to far and crisscrossing in every direction. I could not even wear mascara. I went into this salon after learning about a keratin lash lift and how they can safely reverse a bad lash lift. Unlike most salons, the keratin lash lift actually can help strengthen and improve the appearance of the eyelashes, which is exactly what it did. Gloria performed my lash lift reversal and they no longer look crazy and I am able to wear mascara again! She was super sweet, and extremely gently. She was able to get every lash straightened out, even the broken shorter ones and ones that were so crimped and curled back, which I didn't think was possible. I LOOOVE this place!!! I'd never had professional extensions before, but had gotten them a few times at a nail salon. They were so harsh on my real lashes, that I decided to pay the difference, and go somewhere professional. Everyone from the front desk, to my regular tech Aliza (along with the other techs I've had) are WONDERFUL. They are super informative, they will walk you through the whole process and really care about how satisfied I am with the result each time. I don't even know where to start because Selena truly exceeded every expectation I had. I've been getting lash extensions for a while and have tried a few different artists, but no one comes close to her level of detail, professionalism, and overall experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Her space is clean, relaxing, and you can tell she takes her work seriously. She took the time to actually ask what I wanted, look at my eye shape, and recommend a style that would complement my features instead of just doing something generic. That alone made a huge difference. The application process was so gentle I literally almost fell asleep. No irritation, no burning, no discomfort at all. She's incredibly precise and you can tell she cares about the health of your natural lashes, which is really important to me. And the results... I was honestly obsessed the second I looked in the mirror. My lashes look full, fluffy, and perfectly shaped without looking overdone. So I have been supporting this place for a year & some months now I have been a faithful customer by getting weekly fills & referring customer left & right. I like the place it's clean & the stylist are great even the gentlemen Aaron there has saved me from not returning as a value customer due to the fact I can get a fill today & 3-4 days later I've lost several lashes but have another fill appointment 1 day later. So basically get a fill Tuesday & your going to pay for a fill Thursday or Friday. The Salena came up with this verbally policy that a week is 4 days from the date of your last service with is bull crap. So the last 3 appointments I've been having some unforeseen situations arise I did call & give notice that I wouldn't be able to make it. So today 8/14/19 I called because I have a appointment 8/17/19 & wanted to see if I can come in sooner on 8/15/19 or 8/16/19 when I was informed by Aaron that Salena said I would no longer be able to receive service from them again. Salena you should value Quality not Quantity you clearly had no problem servicing me on your time & on my dime it was okay when other clients would cancel & I would get a courtesy call to see if I can come in sooner & would that was acceptable. Just remember customer service means more than money Salena. I was just shocked so when was I going to find out that I was being denied service when I showed up to my Saturday's appointment . Very Impressed with Selena's Lash Studio I did not expect to get such great experience. I have been to many lash studios in the past 2 years I have been getting lash extensions done for that long so I know a thing or two. Usually in other salons they just lay you down and you hope for the best, but at Selena's my lash artist Jessica actually talk to me about different lash styles and not only that, she showed me pictures and what to expect with my lash type and length. My lash artist is great at what she does I don't even feel my lashes on me their so light weight I did a volume set my first time going this full and am obsessed! The reason I chose this studio was because all they do is lashes made me feel more confident about coming here I've had bad experiences before other places. I really love this place. I was able to get in at the very last min. My stylist was Brenda, she was amazing. Even tho at first I was getting annoyed that she was asking me so many questions. I thought it was just showing a picture and they would do their thing, right? but as Brenda was asking me questions it made sense to me. She asked if what I liked about the picture was the lashes or the way the eyes looked. I told her the way the eyes looked. she told me that she could do what the picture looks like but that it wasn't going to make my eyes look the same. That a different style would need to be done to make my eyes look a little bit like the picture. Got my lashes done by Clarissa and I have to say, I'm very impressed not only the lashes but with Clarissa. She was very soft I can barely feel her. And the lashes came out BEAUTIFUL! Before we got started I had thought the lashes might annoy me or feel heavy and maybe look fake like the fake eye lash strips. And they are super light and very natural! And you notice right away something different. Almost as if I have a full makeup or something done. Lol Can't even feel I added any on but I have lashes now! I was going to a cheap place I thought was good and she saved me! my lashes are so soft and fluffy and full and my eyes never burn anymore, when I used to get them done somewhere else they didn't want me getting them wet and they were super stiff now they are super soft fluffy and dark, the salon is easy to find and very stylish they offer super comfy pillows blankets and free water the receptionists are so polite and kind and always remind me to book my next appointment before I leave Selena did an amazing job with the decor and finding the best artists out there so glad I found this place Selena's is the best salon out there! read more

I love Selena's Lash Studio. They welcome you nicely and help you right away. They are also super clean and well organized with their equipment. They answered all my questions and were helpful when trying to see what lashes went best with my eye shape. I appreciate their honesty when asking them what they thought would look best on me.It showed they really know what they are talking about. Esther did my lashes every time and i loved my lashes every time I've gone. She is great and knows what she's doing. She always asked every time if i was 100% satisfied if not she can correct whatever i didn't like but their was no need for that since my lashes were how i visioned them to come out everytime. read more

Okay so it's been a month since I've gotten my lashes done...... now they are still "curled" BUT they are curled in every direction possible. So when I first got them done the first few days they looked amazing. The first week passed and then the second came around and I started to notice that they are over lapping each other. I tried to put mascara on them to see how it'll turn out and it was a MESS. So now I'm just waiting for the curl to wear off I guess and never lifting them again. For the price I paid I will say it was all for the customer service because that in itself deserves a 5 star. But for just a weeks worth of nice lashes for the amount I paid..... If I could rate this place a 20 out of 10, I would!! I wish I knew this place so much sooner. When I requested an appointment, they contacted me right away. Right when I stepped into the salon, I was greeted by beautiful ladies, and they made me feel so comfortable. Brenda (who was my lash tech) asked me so many questions which I loved, made me feel comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. Nothing negative about this place. My lashes look so good and I feel so confident with them. I will definitely be a regular with Dior lash studio. read more

The employees there are not only beautiful and fabulous but also friendly and attentive. They're prices are somewhat exceptional and for a grand opening beauty salon they're on top of their game. With some minor improvements or rather I shall say... when they have completely finished setting up I believe this 'lil shop should branch out. I strongly recommend women who feel they look not so feminine to get false eyelashes, they come in different lengths and styles; from natural looking to dramatic. read more

Kayla is an amazing artist. She always takes care of my lashes and is able to accommodate my ever changing style preferences! Im constantly switching between natural hybrid and full drama volume but she is always ready! I also love how she makes sure I'm comfortable and relaxed during the service. Today I went to get my lashes done. Everyone was very friendly from the moment i walked in. The place inside looks beautiful. I was helped by Jessica. Jessica was very sweet and talented. Blankets on the beds to make myself comfortable. My sister also went to get classic lashes and they looked amazing! Jessica understood that as a make up lover i prefer long lashes. Had a wonderful experience here at Selena's Lash Studio! Clarissa did my eyelashes and she was so easy to talk to and she made me feel comfortable when I was nervous. Just had my lashes done today by Gessela and I love them! I've been going to the same lash girl for years now, but she's moving and had referred me to this studio. Gessela is super personable but will also not force you to chat small talk if you aren't feeling chatty and just want to relax. She is extremely professional and pays great attention to detail. Really loved how Brenda did my lashes. I asked for something very natural but noticeable. I really liked how she placed a lash without glue on my eyelid to estimate the length of my lashes since I had wanted something longer than my natural lashes but not too dramatic. She did an amazing job with my lashes and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process.
