I purchased 50 units of Botox at around $465, fast forward two weeks and 3weeks and they never took except my frown lines and because I have a heavy schedule I couldn't get in at the two week mark, at 4 weeks I tried calling and kept getting no answer to speak to someone and left a messsge to return my call, another week went by and called again and the same thing but this time I got a text saying that they missed my call and to proceed to talk to anyone I would have to get sent a link to communicate via text so I messaged them and told them what was going on and wanted to make an appointment, she told me that the I could make an appointment but the complimentary units would no longer be free due to it being 5weeks and continued to explain my heavy work situation and that the tox never took, I also told her about the tox being in different syringes and seemed like it was a different type of tox because 50 unit of tox easily fits in a single syringe( keep in mind I work in healthcare and give shots everyday, I'm very aware of needles and syringes along with the fact every time I've gotten it in the past never has it not took or they draw it up in separate syringes and if they used a different tox other then Botox because it not as potent, you would need to use more units per area) , I asked if they can they would make an exception and she said well yes I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem because I was not going to drive 1hr away for no reason. I got to my appointment and exactly nothing happened because they wanted me to pay for it again and I was not about to spend another almost $500 dollars! The day I initially went everything seemed good until they called me back and before even asking what I wanted they threw a paper at me with the different packages they were selling that day or week, finally the manager came and asked me what package I wanted not if I was interested in a package and when i said none she proceeded with how great of a deal they were and I could finance it but I told her I was buying a house and could not run my credit or add anything to it and she finally said "ok then what brings you in?" They make you feel like they are more interested in how much they can sell you on instead of patient satisfaction! They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.

After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for.
