Booking online was also super easy and convenient and pricing was fair and transparent. I was so happy with my experience that I already booked a follow-up appointment for additional treatments. Highly recommend Skin Casa and Alyssa if you're looking for quality care and an amazing overall experience! My only criticism is the rooms aren't sound proof or sealed. They are separated by short walls similar to how bathroom stalls are "open air". So if someone's trying to have a relaxing facial next to someone's first time Brazilian wax appt....could be interesting.

Many did painful extraction which made it worse for my skin and actually spreading the bacteria. Instead of calming music, she was playing loud rap/affirmation music which completely ruined the relaxing atmosphere you expect during a facial. I've had many microdermabrasion treatments before, and this experience was nothing like a professional service. She only used one instrument briefly and then spent most of the time layering random facial products. It felt rushed and unprofessional. I even mentioned that I still had makeup on, yet she didn't properly cleanse my face beforehand. I left with makeup residue around my eyes, which any trained professional would know to remove before starting a treatment. The whole appointment felt careless and poorly done. A proper spa experience should be relaxing, clean, and professional -- this was the complete opposite. I purchased a 3-for-1 deal expecting quality service, but after this experience I don't even want to return for the remaining sessions. What's most frustrating is that after expressing my concerns, she refuses to offer any kind of refund and continues claiming she has "25 years of experience." Unfortunately, the service I received did not reflect that level of expertise at all. I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and like my money was wasted.
