Very disappointing and unprofessional. Drove an hour to Chino for my 3:30pm appointment, which I was really looking forward to. Upon arriving at 3:25, I called and was paged in by a staff member who was not physically present, but told me the nurse could be with a client and that I could wait on the bench outside the room. I proceeded to wait until 4pm. I then called the business number twice and no one answered so I left a voicemail. A staff member texted me after, saying that she wasn't sure if the nurse was at the studio and that she needed to check. I then was called and told they couldn't get a hold of the nurse but could reschedule my appointment at 15% off. It's extremely difficult for me to put my trust in this business when I drove an hour and waited 45 mins to essentially be ghosted irl. Nurse Angie was amazing and I loved working with her. Durning my apt we did a facial re-balancing. I wanted my features to be enhanced and have a little extra pop to them but still look natural. I've gotten injections from several other med spas/clinics in OC, and had been getting my injections religiously for years up until about 18 months ago. Prior to the lockdown, I had been going to the same place in Newport Beach for several years. But then I stopped keeping up with my regimen. I felt that injections were an unnecessary expense when I wasn't seeing anyone face-to-face anymore. Obviously, now that things are getting back to "normal," I realized that my confidence in seeing family & friends has waned. I looked & felt like I aged so much in the past 2 years! Seriously. I've gotten more gray hairs in the 2 years of COVID than I had in the last 10 years combined. Distance learning with two kids, working from home, then not working at all probably had a lot to do with that! Lol I needed to get my life back on track & a boost of confidence. And, that's when I happened upon Angie. Angie is amazing! She's attentive, informative & extremely professional. She made me feel at ease & always made sure I wasn't feeling any pain or discomfort throughout my injections, which is key. Nothing sucks more than being tense when someone's got a needle to your face. After a couple sessions with her (all my older injections had worn off, so we needed a couple times to get it right)... the 11's are completely gone between my brows. There are still slight wrinkles when I move my brows & smile, but definitely less than before & not as prominent. This is something I wanted because I didn't want it to be obvious I got injections. So, I still wanted to have plenty of expression. I didn't want to look surprised all the time... bad eyebrow lift anyone?
