Very disappointing and unprofessional. Drove an hour to Chino for my 3:30pm appointment, which I was really looking forward to. Upon arriving at 3:25, I called and was paged in by a staff member who was not physically present, but told me the nurse could be with a client and that I could wait on the bench outside the room. I proceeded to wait until 4pm. I then called the business number twice and no one answered so I left a voicemail. A staff member texted me after, saying that she wasn't sure if the nurse was at the studio and that she needed to check. I then was called and told they couldn't get a hold of the nurse but could reschedule my appointment at 15% off. It's extremely difficult for me to put my trust in this business when I drove an hour and waited 45 mins to essentially be ghosted irl. From one nurse to another, this is very disheartening. read more
