She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful -- very clean, modern, contemporary, and hygienic. Booking online was also super easy and convenient and pricing was fair and transparent. I was so happy with my experience that I already booked a follow-up appointment for additional treatments. Highly recommend Skin Casa and Alyssa if you're looking for quality care and an amazing overall experience! My only criticism is the rooms aren't sound proof or sealed. They are separated by short walls similar to how bathroom stalls are "open air". So if someone's trying to have a relaxing facial next to someone's first time Brazilian wax appt....could be interesting.

She has an online booking system (hallelujah) and is very reasonably priced. She makes you feel like you're important and valued. If you're looking for someone for waxing, I would just tell you to go here and do not waste your time anywhere else. Even better-she has her own studio so you get privacy and a 1:1 experience. Pro tip: When you walk in, hang a right and she's to the left.

I'm writing this review as I just got home from my sugaring appointment…read more I am a loyal customer and have gone to different estheticians for Brazilian sugaring here - at their old Rancho location, the new Fontana location, and my first time here at the new Rancho location. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.
