Highly recommend!! I was under the weather with a cold for a couple of days and called for a same day appointment for an immunity drip. They were able to get me in same day for a time that worked for me. The nurse was very professional, kind, and informative. Icing on the cake was that after the IV treatment I was finally able to sleep through the night for the first time in 3-4 days. Came in here today for a NIPT test. There were 3 techs working (2 of which I think were training). Overall great experience. The young lady that took my blood was nice. I could tell she was a bit nervous and asked her trainer questions when needed. She did great, didn't feel a thing. I had my 1 year old was with me and they didn't mind letting her sit on my lap.. Fast fast fast, that's the only thing I can tell you if you need COVID result RIGHT AWAY. The downside, they don't take insurance and it costs $175 for the COVID rapid test. I suggest prior to going to this lab, check with your insurance if you are covered. If you are out of network like me, it is tough luck, no reimbursement for $175 fees. But again time is the essence here. If you are stuck with no other options, like having a flight the next day that requires COVID test, definitely come here... I'd set up an appointment with them to do a blood draw for a specialised test. I've had the appointment for weeks. No one called to confirm, because it's tomorrow. I called them and they didn't have the appointment on the books. They admitted that there was a whole slew of employees including supervisors who had suddenly quit. They said they'd get back to me. They didn't. I called them again and they simply said they were going to refund me my money, whether I liked it or not. Left me stranded with no one here to do the test. Hung up on me. I was here to for a COVID test and paid $150. I missed the call 30 minutes later and unfortunately they had already closed. Not only were they so courteous, they worked hard to schedule during a time of despair-the COVID-19 pandemic. Went there to have blood work done signed in and they said they will text me when it's my turn sprouts was right next-door went over there grabbed a few things paid when I was dome paying I received the text it said it go toward the lab and we will call your name I got there in less than 2 minutes they kept calling everybody's name but mine finally I asked someone why my name hasn't been called I told her my name and she said we called your name she said I have to come back in an hour I said I've been fasting I need to eat she said that man was the last patient and basically shut the door on me! I will never go back they are texting me one thing and doing something different! what's happening to our medical system are they so overwhelmed they just don't care anymore? I called 3 or 4 times i get disconnected and going in circles. They need to improve their answering service

I have been here to get testing a couple times now. The first time my entire family came because we suspected my brother in law had covid. He tested positive and the rest of us were negative. They come right out to your car and have you fill out some quick paperwork and the someone will be out to administer the test. It is hassle free and quick. We got our results within the hour. I had to come again when I was exposed a couple weeks later and had symptoms. Yet again great service and I had my results within the hour. I was unfortunately positive but they recommended I contact my doctor as well as isolate at home. read more

Came to get my covid vacvine here because I saw it had good reviews. I had an appointment at 4pm and got there at 3:30 but saw they do walk ins so I said oh perfect I'll go in and they'll take me in. No lady in the front so I "signed" in and sat down thinking she'll look at the list. Another lady comes in and oh the front desk lady is there and gave her paperwork so I got up and said oh I signed in can I get paperwork so she'll know I was there before that lady. Gave her my paper work once I was done and waited and waited. A couple came in filled paperwork out and they called him in first when me and the girl were there first. Then they called the lady that got there after me in then another man that was there AFTER me AGAIN. It's like 4:30 now so I got up and asked the front lady what the wait time was because three people already went in front of me. She went to go check and said oh it's because we only have one nurse but I put your paperwork on top of everyone else. like what do you mean it wasn't on too already ?!? And what does one nurse have to do with three people going in front of me ? I go in finally and nurse was nice and everything but then she got the needle and took out the vaccine from the bottle looked at it and walked out and told some other person in the other room " can you verify" ummm verify what ? Why was my needle with the vaccine liquid even out of the room ?! Then I waited my 15 minutes and had to ask if I can leave and have my id and vaccine card and she said let me go get your paperwork. She even let the kid that got the vaccine after me leave before the 15 minutes. Just so frustrating waiting an hour and a half because they aren't organized or alert.
