From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, caring, and professional service. Everyone I met was super nice and made me feel comfortable. A special shout-out to Irving! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really put me at ease while drawing my blood. He explained everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. Also, thank you to Dr. Johnson for being friendly, funny, professional, and for explaining everything and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Thank you to the entire staff at Corona Regional Medical Center for the great care and kindness. It definitely made a stressful situation a little easier!

My mom was initially placed in a three-bed room with a very loud patient, making it difficult for her to rest. Krystal went out of her way to find a quieter room that happened to be available and arranged for my mom to be moved so she could have a more restful night. My mom was extremely appreciative, and so was I. The entire staff on the unit was wonderful, but Crystal truly went above and beyond. Her compassion, attentiveness, and willingness to advocate for her patient made a difficult situation much more comfortable. I would also like to recognize the echo technician who cared for my mom. She had initially requested a female technician, but his kindness, professionalism, and respectful demeanor immediately put her at ease. He earned her trust right away, and she felt completely comfortable in his care. His professionalism and compassionate approach made a lasting impression on both of us. I would also like to recognize Jackie , CNA ( I believe that's her name) . She has a very boisterous personality that immediately brightened the atmosphere on the unit. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but her hard-working attitude and comedic sense of humor made a positive impact on everyone around her. She balanced professionalism with a lighthearted approach that helped put patients and families at ease. Her energy, dedication, and ability to bring smiles to those around her did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciated her efforts. Nursing is not an easy profession, and Crystal's dedication, kindness, and professionalism did not go unnoticed. The exceptional care provided by Crystal, the echo technician, Rena, and the rest of the staff reflects the very best of patient-centered care. Thank you all for making a difference during my mom's hospital stay.

This clinic does not prioritize patient care it appears to prioritize money instead…read more I came in with clear symptoms of an infection expecting basic medical evaluation and treatment. Instead, I was met by a doctor (a tall woman who refused to provide her name) who was aggressive and unprofessional. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was not properly evaluated or treated. Instead of addressing my symptoms, she repeatedly attempted to push unrelated services, which made the visit feel more like a sales pitch than a medical appointment. Refusing to appropriately evaluate and treat a patient presenting with clear symptoms comes in way below the standard of care and raises serious concerns about patient safety and professional conduct. I left without receiving the care I needed for what should have been a straightforward issue. Patients deserve to be heard, respected, and properly treated this experience failed on all three. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California so this incident is documented and reviewed.

They never know what they are doing and the customer service is the worse, not so much from the man in the front but the medical assistants, Nicole I don't know what her role is in the clinic but she is always with an unwelcome face! I had an appointment this morning at 9am for blood work only, I had to knock on the door at 9:10am because nobody came to open the door when they were already there, Nicole opened the door with a rude attitude and asked me if I had an appointment, I said yes at 9am, she said Ok and went back to her cubicle and left me there, I waited for a few minutes more and I had to caller to tell her that i was just there for blood work, with an attitude again she said that the technician wasn't there yet, so I asked at what time would she be coming and again with an attitude she said she didn't know, I told her that that wasn't the way to answer a patient and that she is always rude, and she just went back to her cubicle! The receptionist was arriving at the moment he got my info, and he didn't know why I was there which I assume they have to put notes why are patient coming back!! The whole situation was just bad and every time I go there, there is always an unwelcome vibe, mostly in the back! The Corona location is a lot nicer and a lot less busy too. You can easily get next day appointments most of the time and I never wait more than 5 min in the lobby and I'm never left sitting by myself waiting for long periods of time for the doctor to show up. Everything flows very smoothly (as long as you are on time of course). All the staff here are so nice and makes me feel so comfortable and are never judgmental. Also great that this location is in a nice part of town and the inside and outside are always very clean. Love the work that Planned Parenthood does!!!! Such a great organization. Reading the 1 star reviews surprises me as I've been here 5 or more times and each time went great because I was on time, remained professional, listened/followed directions, and gave truthful and accurate answers. The stuff written in the 1 star reviews were all very odd. I think it's one of those situations where if you're always finding problems wherever you go, perhaps you are the problem (look at their profiles and see they ONLY or mostly give out 1 star reviews. Literally all of them). Just remember the type of clientele PP mostly deals with. I go here because they helped me out with getting BC when I was 16, and I think they're a great organization and want to continue supporting them even tho I could go to a gyno at a regular hospital. But I know most are not in that situation. Just remember to be professional if you expect professionalism back.
