You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. My doc office gave me the old address, the old phone number doesn't work (I called headquarters and they gave me the info). I walked into the CORRECT office (finally!) and it was nice in there, no wait, friendly service, very professional. The girl explained that the old building refuses to take down their sign on the door and every time they put up a sign on the door saying they've moved, the maintenance takes it down. I can understand how this would be frustrating, and definitely not their fault! But they really should reach out to all the doctor offices in the area to notify them that they have moved so they stop sending patients to the wrong place. Second time in a row I arrived at or just before 12:15 (on my way home from work). The sign on the door says closed 1230-130 for lunch (not 1200). Also the paperwork I have says the same. When I call they cut it off so it won't even ring or they immediately disconnect. Posted is a screenshot of me having called 4 times between 1210 and 1216 because the door was locked, every call was immediately disconnected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wonder if the owner is aware of these practices and Xlong lunch breaks i'll go to another office, they're not getting my $.

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. I went into carbon health urgent care today because I had cut my heel. The nurse practitioner who…read morestitched me up was very pleasant as were most everybody at the place. The problem I had with them was once I got home I noticed the dressing on my heel was not properly applied and I was concerned of possible infection. I wanted to go back into carbon health to get it redressed but I was told they close in 10 minutes at 6 PM. I guess they didn't want to hang out an extra 30 minutes and redress my wound. My wife and I had thought we found a good urgent care, but now it turns out we won't be going back. Personally, if it was my business, I would've stayed late and taken care of my customer the right way.

The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. Based on our experience, I would not return.

I couldn't handle the no sleep so called and luckily they were able to get me in last minute. I waited in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes, waited for the provider who came in less then 15 minutes afterwards, and was diagnosed with strep throat and with a sinus infection. After being given 5 prescriptions later, i got to go home with self care instructions. So far, this has been the easiest and best Urgent care I've been to in all of OC and Riverside county.
