1/13/26 I made the mistake of going to the wrong office, this morning. BEWARE: There are 2 Quest offices across the parking lot from each other. 1 office is listed as "Medical Center Drive (Suite 102)" 2nd office listed is also suite 102 but the address listed is Hancock. I've made this mistake twice, now. Today I missed my 10:00 am appt because I was in the wrong office. My car took me to this place and my app let me check in. There is really nobody to help you as you check in via a kiosk. I caught one gal as she came out but it was already too late. I then, became a walk-in and wasn't seen til about 12:20. Sedoff was her name. She took great care of me and was so friendly and smiley. For her, this office on Medical center drive gets 5 stars. I hope I spelled her name close to what it is. Thank you. Don't say I didn't tell you. Suite 102 applies to both addresses. Make sure you're at the right one. If you scan your ID and it says you don't have an appt, chances are you need to walk across the parking lot. read more

So I have been sitting here in the lobby for over an hour. When I checked in on the kiosk at 1130, the screen said the wait would be 30 to 60 minutes. Yeah, ummm... I get that I came as a walk-in, but they need a better way. The screen in the lobby shows everyone who has checked in for their appointment, and the standby list as well. I'm up next. It only took almost an hour and a half wait!! I have had better luck at the Antelope location in Murrieta. This one is whack. I myself take walk-in patients as well and I would NEVER have anyone wait longer than 15 minutes on a normal day. The employees are nice, but they either need to hire more people or just straight up REQUIRE appointments. Waiting over 30 minutes is ridiculous, so waiting an hour is out of control. If you wait over 1 hour like me, consider yourself a trooper! Lesson learned. I will make sure to get my labs drawn ahead of time so I can avoid this hot mess. I forgot to do it last week and this is the price I'm paying. It's a good thing I don't have any obligations today. Just be warned that if you come here, you could wait 2 hours... you have been warned! I just walked out at 1:23 pm... I love this location. The parking lot is spacious and finding a parking spot is so quick and easy. I use to go to the Quest facility next door at the Walsh Medical Building but there parking lot is horrible. I can never find a parking spot and the parking lot is so cramped. When I discovered they had this location I started to come here and so glad I made the change. I love all the techs I have had. They have all been very nice and patient. They put up with a lot of abuse by some of the patients. It's really sad because they work so hard and then the bad tempered patients are so rude, because they expect to be helped the minute they walk in. They should make an appointment and expect to not be called right away because sometimes the staff gets busy. My suggestion is bring something to read or look at your cell phone and mostly remember to treat the techs with respect and treat them the way you would want to be treated. Why do your locations have no people to help us check in? If there was a human there they could tell us if we're in the right location because there's two in almost the identical area-same parking lot, same complex, buildings right next to each other. Same suite number so confusing. read more

My grandmother needed some blood work done stat. This was the only place available that had appointments. I needed blood work as well so I schedule myself an appointment. The place was extremely packed. The staff was not friendly at all. There was an older man who didn't feel well and they did not want to help him out at all. We waited a bit even though we made an appointment. When I finally got called to the back. I had what it seemed like a new girl. She could not find my veins and picked me 3 times before she decided to get help. I told her I understand your new but I am NOT a test patient. My arms are bruised up and it looks horrible. I will NOT be back at this place. They are in major need of a supervisor to run this place. And a major training in costumer service. If you are elderly do not come here or send your parents. I usually come here for lab work and never have I had a bad experience until today. For unforeseen circumstances I've been unable to schedule an appointment because I don't know what my schedule will be like. I walked-in yesterday and asked a phlebotomist if they accepted walk-ins otherwise I would schedule sometime in two weeks. She was very nice and told me they did in fact accept walk-ins but it'll be a bit of a wait. Knowing I had to fast I decided to go in on the following day. Now today I walked-in at 6:50 a.m. and phlebotomists working were not only rude, but I feel they were purposely dragging their feet. When I checked-in only one person was waiting with an appointment and 5 of us (me being #5) were walk-ins. You could hear the girls laughing and chit-chatting inside. Patients would leave and they would wait inside until someone else who had an appointment checked-in then would come out to get them. To make a long story short, I waited for almost 2 hrs and I was still #5 on the walk-in list! This is ridiculous! I expect to wait knowing that I didn't have an appointment but they never called anyone from the walk-in list since I got there. I find this to be unacceptable and unprofessional especially when we can clearly hear them having a great time in between appointments. read more

They have the most unfriendliest and most unhelpful employees here. Like people want to come here for fun, let us make your anxiety even worse by treating you like crap and ignoring you. This place is always a hot mess and don't even plan on doing a random walk-in, you will wait forever to not even be seen. They should probably be a little more transparent with that even though I completely understand that appointments take priority, but how's about let those walk-ins know they are most likely waiting around for nothing. Today we waited 40 minutes along with a few other walk-ins in the queue. At first we came in behind just two people waiting (also walk-in's)...they were both seen and after that about a dozen people walked in with appointments before we got a chance to go. I feel like the employees move extra slow here on purpose because they like wasting peoples' time, just being honest, that's just the feeling I get every visit. I still don't understand why I was turned away. Apparently in Murrieta, there are two Quest Labs across the street from one another and if you're at the wrong one, and are more than 10 minutes late, they turn you away. So I didn't get seen by a phlebotomist and walked out without patient care. I took my business to West Pac instead, where there was no wait, was seen as soon as I got there, where staff treated me like a patient. read more

I am just going to give this place a 2 star because the wait time wasn't bad at all. Especially walking in with no appointment. The phlebotomist I would give a 1 star rating to. She was rude and blamed me for not hitting my vein the first time, she told me it shouldn't be this hard after I specifically told her my veins were small and I bruise easily. She was the first one not to listen to my advice and continue with using a large needle and blames me for missing. Then she had to poke my other arm and mentions she hopes she doesn't bruise me. Routinely my labs are not in the system even though I'm assured by my Doctor they are. There is a flaw in Quest system as this is routinely the issue with Quest. I have now been checking with my Doctor the day before my Quest appointment to confirm my labs are put into Quest with positive confirmation from my Dr. Go to Quest, nope no labs. Now its Standby again, total blows the appointment and standby is over an hour usually. Quest new computer check in is a nightmare for customers. Time to find a new lab. read more

Lots of bad reviews and i get it, its not a fun experience but its what you make it. The people working there take a lot of abuse because everyone is entitled to be next. Dont just walk in, make an appointment with their automated phone scheduler. Check in with their easy check in devices. Be patient, if you're patient you will meet some really nice people visiting and working there. Been there at least 6 times and it is what it is. Seem understaffed , but they take good care of you. Last time i went i got Lucy, she's very direct but I appreciate direct. She told me "i have a feathers touch" and she was right. Barely felt the prick of the needle and was out in no time. I was just at this location and left, I was passed over after waiting an hour. i had asked the lab tech and was told very rudely that I would be called back when they could get to me, meanwhile they are calling people back that have arrived after me. How do you not notice a patient sitting in your waiting room for over an hour that has not been helped? Maybe thats because you only have a door and with the window covered so no one can see in and a kiosk check in. Your staff here sucks! Most unfriendly and unhelpful employees. Working in the medical field is hard and you have to have compassion but you don't leave patients just sitting in your lobby. read more

LAB QUEST was Never like this!!! Guessing my 'famous' gp dr opted to Switch from Lab Quest to Quest Diagnostics for a lower cost. This certainly feels like 'bargain basement' to me!! I went in early as a walk in for fasting bloodwork and ended up waiting for over 2 hours. They give no priority to walk ins, even though they say they take walk ins. You could hear the staff chatting in the back, they had no respect for anyone's time. A staff member, with long red hair, was rude and loud to all patients who were waiting. She did not respect privacy of others. As I sat in the waiting room. I tried to make an appointment online, but the system was down for maintenance. There is also no longer a counter, just an electronic kiosk. So, good luck if you have a question. The whole experience was ridiculous. If you do go to this location, I highly recommend making an appointment. I ended up leaving and scheduled an appointment for a different location. read more

A bit of advice, have 1 person take all walk-ins, and everyone else do the appointments. And then when there's no walk-ins, everyone can do the appointments. Otherwise, take the walk-in option the kiosk because you all know you don't wanna be taking walk-ins. Great, but if that's the case, don't give a false sense of hope that you take walk-ins. I was number one on the walk-ins all day and never got called. I had to leave to pick up my kid from school at 2pm. You all need a better manager because this isn't working for you, and you're going to keep getting bad reviews. So many times you all were on your last appointment, and then seems like you all stopped working until the other appointments came. This is the worst health care related business I've ever had the displeasure of tr to deal with. They make contacting them impossible. if you call you're put into voice response hell. there's no way to speak to a human being. I'm trying to find out why my test results from a blood test a week ago don't show up in their app. I had 2 sets of tests ordered from 2 different doctors for 2 different reasons. I don't see the first one but the second is there. I'm going to have to drive to the lab again and hopefully find a human that will help me. read more

I have lab tests/blood work, completed twice a year. I have been to four Valley locations, both Lab Corps and Quest, for the past 20 years, so I have a lot of experience. I went to the Quest Medical Center Drive location for the first time today. I made an appointment and was called right on time which I really appreciated. The technician, Lucy, was one of the best I've worked with. Personable, professional, and very efficient. This location will now be my go-to for lab tests. About the only glitch was I was given a survey to complete with a QR Code which my phone couldn't scan for some reason. Sorry, Lucy, I tried! Extremely satisfied with today's experience. read more

Blood pressure machine is broken (for two weeks) so when we finally get there, they cannot complete the wellness check. Why can't we be notified ahead of time? Also, we go yearly for a wellness check and constantly show up at the wrong Quest , because they are both on Hancock and the same parking lot. Even the directions took us to the wrong one. While in the waiting room, two other people were also in the wrong building. I bet this goes on ALL DAY, every day. Unacceptable. Fix it. read more

Recently moved to the area and wasn't sure which location to choose for bloodwork and thought I'd come here since it's by my new doctor. Well this gem seems to be staffed by people that can't bother to open on time (or at all). Four of us waited in line outside in 30 degree weather, one who had already checked in online for his appointment (I attempted walk in), and 15 minutes after they were supposed to open (and his scheduled appointment time), I just left. My husband's doctor sent Quest an order for bloodwork, so we made an appointment at the lab on Medical Center Drive for today, at 1:00pm. When we arrived, there were 6 people waiting in line outside the lab. My husband went to stand in the line, as well. After about 15 minutes a lady decided to investigate because people were getting very angry, including my husband! Suddenly, the lady announced that she found a "small sign" that stated THE OFFICE was CLOSED!! Everyone scattered to go find another lab. So did we! To no avail! What the hell?! No one received any notification that the office would be closed! No messages, no phone calls! We couldn't get into any lab at all! With an appointment, I still had to wait over an hour. As walk-ins came in, my number got bumped down. The walk-ins were getting more priority than appointment customers. There was no one at the receptionist to help with questions. There is only one check-in kiosk and you have to wait in a long line JUST for that. There were about 30 of us waiting to be called and they were not fast at calling patients. You had elderly patients in there fasting and were about to faint. You need to put patients first instead of your pockets, QD! Hire more phlebotomists and a receptionist! I will never come here again! read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came as a walk in and waited in the lobby to be called. At one point I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes by myself. The staff did not have patients in the back and ignored me each time I said "excuse me." When someone finally advocated for me to be helped, the employee was agitated and upset. I have been here for 1.5 hours and they claimed my name was called and I was not in the waiting room. The staff is not helpful. They are rude. They don't have a person at the front desk to assist. They made me check in a second time and finally took me in after a nice lady gave up her turn to have me go. I am diabetic, was fasting for the test and was be mixing symptomatic. Need to have extensive bloodwork every 6 months and the technician at this Quest was one of the best ever. Didn't even feel the needle and there was no hematoma afterwards. At other facilities I have been poked more than once before the tech could locate a vein. My first time here and was impressed. I did have an appointment and was seen on time. read more

I had blood drawn by Brianna. Best phlebotomist around! Never once in my life has anyone drawn my blood with such ease, without having to poke and repoke and dig around trying to find my tiny veins, always resulting in terrible bruising!
