I usually get sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, so this was my first visit here. It was a great experience! You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. Just walk right in! =)

My doc office gave me the old address, the old phone number doesn't work (I called headquarters and they gave me the info). I walked into the CORRECT office (finally!) and it was nice in there, no wait, friendly service, very professional. The girl explained that the old building refuses to take down their sign on the door and every time they put up a sign on the door saying they've moved, the maintenance takes it down. I can understand how this would be frustrating, and definitely not their fault! But they really should reach out to all the doctor offices in the area to notify them that they have moved so they stop sending patients to the wrong place. Second time in a row I arrived at or just before 12:15 (on my way home from work). The sign on the door says closed 1230-130 for lunch (not 1200). Also the paperwork I have says the same. When I call they cut it off so it won't even ring or they immediately disconnect. Posted is a screenshot of me having called 4 times between 1210 and 1216 because the door was locked, every call was immediately disconnected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wonder if the owner is aware of these practices and Xlong lunch breaks i'll go to another office, they're not getting my $.

    - Had a confirmed appointment - Arrived on time…read more- Checked in per protocol on iPad - Name called within minutes to come back, sat in chair - Told our information wasn't on file, even though doctor office confirmed they sent it. Patient must have done something wrong?! WHAT?! We have ALWAYS gone to Quest, was turned away and told to go downstairs to LabCorp (which was closed) Called Health insurance -- they confirmed yes Quest, they tried to call location and no one answered (they said this is also typical) Called Doctor office - they confirmed yes Quest, labs sent. Health insurance opened grievance, seems this location is under investigation for bad practices. When they get busy and don't want to look up paperwork they just lie to patients, turn them away, and waste their time. I reviewed my account online and found that BOTH of my children had their birthday altered by 1 day. HOW ODD. This data discrepancy would definitely cause a mismatch in systems preventing correct records from being pulled. I hadn't touched my account in over a year and the last appointment was flawless --so what happened between June 2025 and now? Tried calling the Menifee Quest location this morning to report data discrepancy and verify if 2nd paperwork attempt was successful, no answer, when you select the menu option for "more help" it tells you to go to their website and HANGS UP. Save yourself the trouble, find another location, this one is severely mismanaged.

It sounded like the wait was really long for some of the walk-ins. So I recommend making an appointment online. While I was there, an elderly patient mentioned that she sometimes faints during blood draws, and the staff took extra care of her. The staff overall was very friendly and efficient. Appointments mean nothing -- you can show up on time and still wait far beyond your scheduled slot while staff shuffle people around with no clear system. Walk-ins pile up, and there's zero communication about delays. The staff appeared overwhelmed and disengaged. Instead of helping patients feel comfortable, interactions felt rushed and impersonal. Basic questions were met with vague or dismissive responses, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting where clarity matters. The facility itself didn't inspire confidence either -- long lines, crowded waiting areas, and a general lack of efficiency. For something as routine as lab work, this should be a smooth process. Instead, it felt chaotic. What's most concerning is the lack of professionalism and accountability. When dealing with people's health, there should be a higher standard. Labcorp misses that mark entirely. I would strongly recommend looking for alternative labs if you have the option.

We fasted for 18 hours (instead of the normal 8-10 hour window) just to make sure everything worked out. We even arrived a little after 1000am, hoping we could be seen earlier. But the staff said we would be considered "walk-ins" with a long wait time (if possibly seen), so we kept our appointments. We opted for text messages to keep us updated on our scheduled appointment, and were able to run a few errands. We arrived back around 1115am and waited for our appointment in the lobby. But I finally RECEIVED the text message update stating I "will be called soon" at 119PM, and we were finally seen around 125PM!! Then what is the point in having a *&@$ appointment? And during the wait, I heard the staff saying to other customers in the lobby that if they were even 5 minutes late, they would be cancelled and have to reschedule! I asked the technician about the rescheduling comment (of course after she finished with the needle poking me!) and she said that it was company policy. I feel sorry for those people who were trying to complete their appointment during a lunch break! Good luck! I hope this late experience is a one-off at this location, but doubt it, and will never go back there again. I will take my chances at the Medical Center location next time.
