My son has needed his blood to be drawn multiple times here and he rates Labcorp and especially Oscar the phlebotomist as 5 star because Oscar does such a good job at drawing blood (my son hates needles). We didn't have an appointment so we showed up 25 minutes early. We were second in line Check in is easy on the tablet with follow up questions by the receptionist and we were on our way home in 30 minutes. I was right on time to my appointment. Checked in at 10am. Didn't get seen at desk until 10:15. Then didn't get taken back for at least 45 min after my appointment time. The place smells, and they told us that there is only 1 person drawing blood back in the lab. The room has at least 20 ppl waiting to be seen. Horrible experience. Wish there was a better way to get my blood drawn. read more

This place smelled the last time I went in ! Not to mention the first time I got blood drawn the previous week the girls seemed overwhelmed. But the first girl was running the front desk then said I was a hard poke and then the second girl friendly did her best but they must have not communicated on which arm to re try to say the least both arms were sore when I left and my left arm has a huge bruise I have never gotten such a bad bruise from getting bloodwork.. it makes me weary of even of even going back. read more

I received a text confirming the appointment, I got there and there was a note on the door, saying the office is Closed. The quality and care given to patients/customers is below average. Had to get some routine lab work done since it's been about 2 years. Guess it had to be done sooner or later...last time my results came back showing I was anemic and low in Vitamin D (average range per my PCM is 20 or 30 - 50ng/mL, I was at 17 =( ). The whole process of checking in is completely different now due to the damn rona. I chose to check in from my phone as I sat in my car. It was quick and I got a text telling me to go in when they were ready for me. Walked in and I still had to go up to the front desk to let the lady know I was there. They have kiosks set up inside if you want to do it that way. The last time I was here, there were tons of seats, but of course now they hardly had any out. I got called to the back right away and the phlebotomist, who also happens to share my name, is awesome! I remember she drew my blood last time after her coworker poked me 3 times with no luck. One poke and she got what she needed. I barely felt anything. That's a phenomenal phlebotomist!! Say that 10 times fast, lmao! People named Joy are pretty damn amazing...just sayin'!! Lol LabCorp has locations all over the place so it's convenient wherever you are. I've also been to their Murrieta and Temecula locations. I didn't need to make an appointment but I made one online anyway. Their labs are always clean and the staff is always friendly. I'll be back again sooner or later. read more

I've visited for blood work several times, and today I noticed that the front desk staff member was chewing gum (the woman sitting to the right at the desk). In a healthcare setting, where professionalism is crucial, chewing gum at the front desk is not appropriate. The sound of the gum popping was distracting and unprofessional. As someone who also works in healthcare, I believe maintaining proper office etiquette is important. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed to ensure a more professional environment. read more

So I'm VENTING!.... made appt. on line in Oct. for this location for the Friday AFTER thanksgiving. This morning ( Wednesday) i get a voicemail at 7:30 AM saying I need to reschedule due to they will be closed Thursday ( Thanksgiving & Friday!!! ) I ask myself ? so why in the world did they NOT block out FRIDAY ! for appts. !!!! I've never had any problems with appts or the staff. My recent issue is I called for several days and left messages just trying to find out if they received my doctors orders given the fact I was unable to physically go there before my scheduled appointment or do a walk in to no avail I never received a call back. This lab work was very important to get done before 2 separate MRI's. I have now rescheduled lab work in hopes the results are to my doctors before my appointments and already having to go to UCI which is up to 2 hours away from me and this non answering the phone fiasco did not help my situation at all. If they're not going to answer the phone at this location or return messages they need to fix the recording and say people cannot leave a because we won't return your calls. This is very unprofessional for this company. Given some of the reviews I saw this seems to be the norm for this location and it needs to be fixed. read more

Their company motto should be... Not only will we make you wait hours for a blood test, but we'll make you wait standing up. They don't answer their phones, they don't have enough chairs in the waiting room, and people are forced to wait in the hallway. I would much rather go to the DMV than wait at Labcorp. Decorated for the holidays. Flooring and floorboards are old and need TLC. Staff is friendly. Check in is easy. Greeting is friendly. Plenty of water. Plenty of hand sanitizer around. Seats are socially distanced. 3 check in kiosks. Tv offering helpful retirement information and details on cleaning protocols approved by the CDC. Staff all wearing masks and gloves. Great location and easy to find. The mismatched old chairs and oldness of the place and the smudged walls are unfortunate, but I think this place is just old and needs some cosmetic improvements which may not be a priority for labcorp, but a few hundred bucks won't break their giant bank. read more

I just had a pretty unpleasant experience at this location. I went in for bloodwork and after about 30 min I noticed that my name wasn't on the waiting list screen . I asked the receptionist why my name wasn't up there & she brushed me off and said " that means they're going to call you soon" ... Another 40 minutes went by and I decided to ask the other receptionist if he knew an estimated wait time for me , he said he didn't have my name in the system . The other lady I initially spoke with said to walk to the back and ask the nurse if they had my paperwork , she said she didn't have it. So the original receptionist never checked me in or gave me the proper paperwork. Not going to lie, it was a very frustrating experience, especially considering you have to fast to give blood , so hanger definitely set in. Just a heads up for anyone visiting this location. read more

1....I walked in and there were lots of people there at 8:00. With a fasting blood draw the last thing you want is to sit there forever being hungry. I was surprised though, 15 min wait and I was called back. 2...phlebotomist was on it too as my name was misspelled all over the forms from my dr office. 3...I've got deep veins and phlebotomist found right away instead of the poke-withdraw cycle I often have done to me. 4...Family friendly tv not Jerry Springer, or one of those sassy-mouthed daytime shows they often have talking about sex and gossip. NOTE: Do not walk in on a Saturday. You won't be seen without an appointment. You've been warned. I'm giving this place three stars because I've had very, very mixed experiences. In general, the front desk staff is super friendly. The check-in process is usually seamless, and they get you going as soon as possible. However, the phlebotomists are HIT AND MISS! On two separate occasions, I've had two very rough ladies (one of which is tall with glasses and light hair) poking around in my arm because they didn't find the vein the first time. #petpeeve The same lady (with the glasses) jammed the needle into my arm and scratched me pulling it back out. It was ridiculous. Oh, and then there was the time that the lady had to poke me twice because she didn't correctly count the vials needed the first time. There were two women who were amazing, though: Juana and a thin, Black lady. Both got my vein immediately, and I hardly felt a thing. They also held conversations and made it less awkward. I'm still not sold on this place, though. They didn't administer my glucose test correctly, and when I questioned them, they told me my doctor only requested one draw this time, but when I spoke to my doctor, she said otherwise. I'll be back because it's close, but I'm avoiding that broad with the glasses. read more

This location is typically very slow in seeing patients so I always make an appointment. I showed up this morning 10 minutes before the appointment time and was finally called back 45 minutes after the appointment time. The receptionist was rude and curt with everyone. She even yelled at people for standing in the lobby and told them to go in the hallway. Their lobby has four chairs. There are no chairs in the hallway. Some people can't stand for 55 minutes. The technician jabbed the needle in pretty hard causing pain. I'm guessed she's not that experienced. The location in Murrieta is much faster and staff there are professional. I will drive to Murrieta from now on. Over the past five years, I've been to the Menifee location many many times for various family members and it's always the same story...rude staff and long wait. Once they even lost my mom's sample and/or switched it with someone else's. Never, never again will I go to this location. Our insurance only uses Labcorp or I would go somewhere else all together. read more

Quick and efficient.. it is. Rey difficult to find my veins do to an injury I had years ago but they hit the vein every time.. they make you feel at ease and talk thru everything they need to accomplish! I love the LabCorp off of Haun in Menifee! read more
