This place smelled the last time I went in ! Not to mention the first time I got blood drawn the previous week the girls seemed overwhelmed. But the first girl was running the front desk then said I was a hard poke and then the second girl friendly did her best but they must have not communicated on which arm to re try to say the least both arms were sore when I left and my left arm has a huge bruise I have never gotten such a bad bruise from getting bloodwork.. it makes me weary of even of even going back.

Had to get some routine lab work done since it's been about 2 years. Guess it had to be done sooner or later...last time my results came back showing I was anemic and low in Vitamin D (average range per my PCM is 20 or 30 - 50ng/mL, I was at 17 =( ). The whole process of checking in is completely different now due to the damn rona. I chose to check in from my phone as I sat in my car. It was quick and I got a text telling me to go in when they were ready for me. Walked in and I still had to go up to the front desk to let the lady know I was there. They have kiosks set up inside if you want to do it that way. The last time I was here, there were tons of seats, but of course now they hardly had any out. I got called to the back right away and the phlebotomist, who also happens to share my name, is awesome! I remember she drew my blood last time after her coworker poked me 3 times with no luck. One poke and she got what she needed. I barely felt anything. That's a phenomenal phlebotomist!! Say that 10 times fast, lmao! People named Joy are pretty damn amazing...just sayin'!! Lol LabCorp has locations all over the place so it's convenient wherever you are. I've also been to their Murrieta and Temecula locations. I didn't need to make an appointment but I made one online anyway. Their labs are always clean and the staff is always friendly. I'll be back again sooner or later.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of this facility. Bathrooms were also very unclean, hair and urine on the toilet seat and urine on floor

Decorated for the holidays. Flooring and floorboards are old and need TLC. Staff is friendly. Check in is easy. Greeting is friendly. Plenty of water. Plenty of hand sanitizer around. Seats are socially distanced. 3 check in kiosks. Tv offering helpful retirement information and details on cleaning protocols approved by the CDC. Staff all wearing masks and gloves. Great location and easy to find. The mismatched old chairs and oldness of the place and the smudged walls are unfortunate, but I think this place is just old and needs some cosmetic improvements which may not be a priority for labcorp, but a few hundred bucks won't break their giant bank.

I don't get the negative reviews. It was pretty standard lol…read more I hate needles and stuff and the lady that did my sample was great close to home but definitely busy. Can't fault them for that though.

    - Had a confirmed appointment - Arrived on time…read more- Checked in per protocol on iPad - Name called within minutes to come back, sat in chair - Told our information wasn't on file, even though doctor office confirmed they sent it. Patient must have done something wrong?! WHAT?! We have ALWAYS gone to Quest, was turned away and told to go downstairs to LabCorp (which was closed) Called Health insurance -- they confirmed yes Quest, they tried to call location and no one answered (they said this is also typical) Called Doctor office - they confirmed yes Quest, labs sent. Health insurance opened grievance, seems this location is under investigation for bad practices. When they get busy and don't want to look up paperwork they just lie to patients, turn them away, and waste their time. I reviewed my account online and found that BOTH of my children had their birthday altered by 1 day. HOW ODD. This data discrepancy would definitely cause a mismatch in systems preventing correct records from being pulled. I hadn't touched my account in over a year and the last appointment was flawless --so what happened between June 2025 and now? Tried calling the Menifee Quest location this morning to report data discrepancy and verify if 2nd paperwork attempt was successful, no answer, when you select the menu option for "more help" it tells you to go to their website and HANGS UP. Save yourself the trouble, find another location, this one is severely mismanaged.

I recently switched my PCM and asked my new doc to run a panel of routine lab work to make sure…read moreeverything is running smoothly. I usually get sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, so this was my first visit here. It was a great experience! You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. Just walk right in! =)

Ok so I figured out why they always seemed to be closed when they shouldn't have been - they moved…read moreto the next building over. My doc office gave me the old address, the old phone number doesn't work (I called headquarters and they gave me the info). I walked into the CORRECT office (finally!) and it was nice in there, no wait, friendly service, very professional. The girl explained that the old building refuses to take down their sign on the door and every time they put up a sign on the door saying they've moved, the maintenance takes it down. I can understand how this would be frustrating, and definitely not their fault! But they really should reach out to all the doctor offices in the area to notify them that they have moved so they stop sending patients to the wrong place. Second time in a row I arrived at or just before 12:15 (on my way home from work). The sign on the door says closed 1230-130 for lunch (not 1200). Also the paperwork I have says the same. When I call they cut it off so it won't even ring or they immediately disconnect. Posted is a screenshot of me having called 4 times between 1210 and 1216 because the door was locked, every call was immediately disconnected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wonder if the owner is aware of these practices and Xlong lunch breaks i'll go to another office, they're not getting my $.
